Eric was excellent. He came about 2 hours earlier than the initially scheduled time, which they called to check with me, and spent more than 4 hours to install a clean-out and to clean the drain thoroughly while explaining what he was doing and answering all my questions. It was expensive (I had never used a professional plumber before), but you get what you pay for. If you do not mind paying a little more for a peace of mind, then Mr. Rooter of RI provides an excellent service.

We had a whole slew of issues in our house from a leaky faucet to problems with the house shut off valves.. couple guys came out really quickly to look at everything. They were on-time, professional and spoke in ways I could understand everything that was needed. They got it done fast and did a really good job. When you're living without using a kitchen sink for over a month. You get desperate. We recently had renovations done with our kitchen and bathroom and once the job was done. Our contractor ghosted us when we spotted a few leaks. So we resorted to Mr. Rooter. After many attempts of trying to get a local plumber out asap. We were unsuccessful. Mr. Rooter was able to send out a plumber within an hour of my phone call. Ed showed up for the job and he went straight to it. He told us the work done by the contractor's plumber was garbage and all the piping needed to be replaced, which we already kinda figured that it would happen. Ed was significantly thorough. He was able to break down what needed to be done and suggested a couple of things along the way. With all that was discussed, we went with the job and Ed was super professional and was able to walk us through the process. He answered our questions and insisted that we keep asking questions. He had all the answers and it made us comfortable knowing that everything was fixed by the time he was done. Thank you, Mr. Rooter for sending out our savior Ed. He is the reason why we can actually enjoy a home cooked meal now that we have our kitchen sink working properly. We can also sleep easily at night! These guys are awesome, from the lady who answers the phones to the people slinging the wrenches. Other plumbers have kept me waiting for days, these guys apologize for taking 40 minutes to make it to an emergency call. This time, they came to replace a bad water heater. They got done under time, so they hooked up my sink and shower and didn't charge me extra. THE best.

She even walked me through what she did and had a recommended solution to help prevent further clogs in our home. We received a text first thing in morning, with a name & picture of the technician that would be arriving at our house. After multiple estimates, I decided to hire Mr. Rooter Plumbing for the rough in plumbing work, to install a Sanyflo system, faucets, shower valve etc. Their sense of responsibility is 10/10; and the quality of their work is out of question. This is a great company. Although their quote was not the lowest, upon their assessment they explained things that had to be done, that the other three companies who assessed the work I needed to be done, never even talked about it. The service was phenomenal! Our furnace stopped running and the part that was needed wasn't worth replacing due to the age of the system, lack of care by previous owners and the cost of the part. So we made the decision to get a new furnace. The pricing was beyond fair and the installation was done in less that 3 hours. Will was my technician. I needed heat in my kitchen and daughter's playroom. I had the existing baseboard heater in the playroom but not kitchen when it was remodeled by the previous homeowner, they had cut the pipes and removed the baseboard heater. Will was professional, very helpful and explained everything to me of the steps needed. I am MORE than happy with getting exactly what I needed. I had a sewer backup emergency on the Labor Day holiday, after hours in East Greenwich and I called Mr. Rooter, mostly due to their reviews here. They had someone at my house within the hour. They cleared my sewer main and came back a following day and scoped my line. Top-end service and they were thorough throughout. They explained everything to me and did not try to sell on any advanced work. Not that more stuff doesn't need to be done, but they gave you an accurate picture of what's going on. We had a burst pipe in our heating system that casued a great deal of damage. Pete responded quickly and stopped the leak, put in something like antifreeze and got the heating back up and running. I highly recommend.

Had a baseboard 1” water pipe burst during a -10 degree weekend. Was able to get the zone shutoff and called a few places but non would do my baseboard heating pipes. They sent out Ed who diagnosed and listed what he would need. Cut the pipes out that day and came back the next with materials to finish install. We found a large draft coming from the wall so in between the first and second day I used expanded foam rated -41 to 195 degrees service usage let cure and cut flush with floor before Ed arrived and finished. Heat is working great and Ed was knowledgeable and informative on how the plumbing flows through my house.
