We were very pleased with Jimmy and the work he put in when we had a leak in our laundry area sink that became a mini crisis when the main water valve burst upon shutoff. Jimmy wound up digging outside in order to shut off the water, and we appreciate his going above and beyond to finish the job on the same day. The price was fair - even though it was more than had budgeted due to the broken valve - and the work was great. Yesterday was the 2nd time I used Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating. I reached out to them because they had done such a great job replacing the main waste water drain line in my family home. This time it was to replace water line pipe going to home steam heating system which was leaking and replace return pipe as well as Hartford Loop which was also leaking. Once again they were meticulous, stayed till job was done 5:45 pm due to complications arising and cleaned the area. They went above and beyond by unclogging sludge build up in steam boiler pipes, flushing and treating the system with PH and anti rusting chemicals, which should have been done by previous company that came out in November to service the heater. I can't say enough about what a caring, professional, knowledgeable and thorough team Rich and Joe are. In both experiences I found their pricing to be fair and the company to be trustworthy.

We had a leak in our tub which they fixed. They also did a great job repairing the ceiling that was damaged as a result of the leak. I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing. I have been using them for many years for various services. Guaranteed has replaced a pipe in the basement, installed new pipes, garbage disposal and faucet in my kitchen, new toilet in the bathroom and I always use their emergency service for clogs. I have a very old house (100 years old) and the bathtub tends to clog a lot. Guaranteed always comes out and knows exactly what to do considering that it is an old system. My name is Jerome and I'm have an business located on Hunting Park that needed an entire water line replaced. Initially I had one part replaced and recently I had my line from the curb to the street replaced. The plumbers stop traffic, dig up the street and replaced my line lightning fast and correctly. tenant sent me a text at 7:00 that heat wasn't coming out of vents. I saw the text just after 8 and immediately called Guaranteed and told them the problem. After giving them my tenant's name and # I was done! In less than a couple of hours the service rep was at the property and had uncovered the problem. I called Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating to schedule an appointment to come to my home to check the plumbing problem I was having. The date/time I scheduled the appointment the plumbers showed up with pleasant/professional attitudes. They listened to my explanation of the problem and then gave me their ideas of what the plumbing problem could actually be steaming from. They immediately begin working to research the plumbing problem/s. When discovered they both came to me to discuss what plumbing problems they had found. They discussed price/labor/parts which should always be discussed before plumbing jobs begin in all locations so that the plumbers and the customers can agree. Every plumbing detail was discussed before the job began. Once the job was complete, both plumbers cleaned the areas of my home where plumbing concerns were located as if it was a personal property. Our sewer pipe was clogged and Guaranteed Plumbing came out quickly to clean it. We decided to get a video of the pipe and they came out the next day. It was apparent we needed our pipe replaced due to roots. They gave us a reasonable price considering they were at our house twice already. They handled the removal of a school sign from our sidewalk that needed to me removed before they could begin work. They were out a few days later. They sent a four man crew to the house who worked all day digging and replacing the pipe. They were neat and considerate of our garden area. They only broke up cement where necessary. I recommend using their services. Tip: be prepared for dust. Keep windows closed while they saw through cement. :)

I can't tell you how pleased I am that we called Guaranteed!! In desperation, my husband called a different company that clearly price gouged us, sent two plumbers over two days and, between them spent an hour and a half and couldn't fix the problem. They told us we needed a camera and possibly needed to replace the pipes under the house. The prices they quoted were extraordinary! Having had prior experience with Guaranteed, I called them to get an estimate for the next level of work the first company said we needed done. Eric calmed me down and suggested we snake the clog again. Last week, the guys came over and replaced a leaky bathroom faucet, which was one that we were planning on replacing ourselves. Turned out that task was beyond my abilities-- and it turned out that we needed new pipes under the sink. They did an excellent job with that. My drain was clogged and water was filling up in the basement with every flush of the toilet and rinse cycle. I called around for help, but no one as available on a Friday evening. I found Guaranteed Plumbing on the Internet and gave them a call. My call was answered right away. The receptionist was very polite and professional. My situation was placed on the list for the most earliest convenience, which was early Saturday morning. The plumber called before he came. He was very professional and efficient. He came and assessed the situation and went to work to clear the drain. The plumber took approximately 15 minutes and my drain was open again. On 12-8-20, early morning my heater stopped working, I was already dealing with a clogged kitchen drain, my shower was not working properly, I called Guaranteed Plumbing And Heating and I received a very helpful response and setup time from the office operator , 2 very honest and hardworking professional plumbers came out and gave very reasonable estimates and then performed great work on such short notice and timing but got a lot of work done. I usually do not write reviews but had to make an exception for Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating. I was so so impressed with the prompt, reliable, professionally executed service I received today from this company. I came home to backed up drainage/ plumbing issues in my upstairs bathroom. The sink and shower stall overflowed and toilet water was close to the rim. I contacted GP&H for a service call, and a team of two arrived withing two hours! They quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem and expertly resolved my issue. I was quite impressed with the service delivery and post work clean up. Awoke Saturday morning to a burst water heater and immediately called Guaranteed Plumbing who have been to my house in the past. Teresa in the office was quick to get me on the schedule and followed up with an ETA update as promised. Jim (junior) showed up on time and was totally professional as far as the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. He worked non-stop with no "playing on his phone" as you constantly see people doing these days. I have had all sorts of contracting companies do work over the 10 years I have been in my house they are at the top! -They did a Great Job on the work! I had a leak in an old pipe behind a wall. They were able to find it quickly and show me the issue. -They were very clean, they wore those booties to keep your house clean, they put down tarps to catch any drywall etc. They also took any and all trash with them after the job was complete. -They were very diligent after they completed the work. They stayed to make there were no more leaks once the water was turned back on. -The pricing was very reasonable. Keep this number handy folks, you need it when you have a plumbing problem. I called Guaranteed Plumbing around 9am and asked them if they could come out. The dispatcher was very nice and said they could get us onto to the schedule for the same day. 3/13/19 I need to let Everyone that Guaranteed Plumbing is the Best for drain cleaning. I had three estiments, one couldn’t do the job because he only had a 50’ foot snake not a 100’ foot snake, so he started talking about getting a brand new curb trap which by the way is around 2,500 to 3,000 dollars and the second company said they were going send somebody out and they would call when their on their way so I waited about two hours and that’s when I called Guaranteed Plumbing sent a guy by the name of Jim right out. He was very nice and knowledgeable after he seen my problem. He started by snaking the front curb trap but he didn’t get it from the front so he asked to snake it from the bathroom and when he snake it, he was able to open the drain. We recently moved into a 200+ year old home that appeared to have a galvanized water main pipe. There was a temporary clamp on the pipe and the main shutoff valve did not function, so we decided to take the plunge and investigate new water service. Our regular plumber did not do this type of work, but he referred us to someone, who ended up referring us to Guaranteed Plumbing. I spoke with a number of plumbers about this job and most of them did not provide a quote; it’s a historic house on a busy street and the front yard, which includes mature trees, is built up several feet above the sidewalk. Eric, the owner of Guaranteed Plumbing, met with me to discuss the job rapidly after calling him. Shortly thereafter, he provided a quote, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout this process, promptly returning phone calls and e-mails and always providing candid feedback. As for the job itself, his team delivered; they put the new copper water main pipe in our house with absolute precision and zero disruption. As it turns out, the galvanized pipe inside the house connected to a lead pipe that ran from the house to the sidewalk, so we made the right decision in doing this job now, and we are fortunate we wound up in the very qualified hands of Guaranteed Plumbing. Aside from the plumbing, Guaranteed Plumbing repaired the portion of the sidewalk that needed to be opened for this job, and their concrete work was spectacular, too. If you live in Philly and you need new water service or a new sewer line, these are your guys!

I’m not one to write reviews. After today I felt compelled that I had to. I received a call from my daughter that water was pouring from my 3rd floor to my basement and our ceiling was falling. I had a clogged pipe that after being done once, they thought they needed to use a camera ($275) to find a broken pipe. 2nd tech comes out, listens to what I had to say and figured out what the problem was and fixed it (85$) and never needed the camera ( which I would have never known). So I will use them as my goto plumber because they were honest. My total bill came to $165 for unclogging a pipe. Honest techs and good work is why I'll use them again.

We are close to the owner (Eric) and his employees. The names that come to mind right now are Debbie, Joe, Glen, Big Billy, his Son Lil Bill; there’s many more whose names I can’t recall right now. Each and every time Eric sent his employees to do a job for us (large or small), the job was always done with integrity. I had a problem with a tenant’s heating system one year and did not have the funds to get the work done. Well, I want you to know that this Company replaced the entire heating system for us during the height of the Winter months. I told Eric I do not have the money for this large project. Eric said “Anne, we will do the job for you - we know that you will pay us. He said, “look - I have to pay my suppliers by such-and-such a date and I will need the money by that date.” Of course, we got his money to him in time to pay his suppliers. Guaranteed Plumbing and Heating have installed new heating systems, new central air systems, new underground pipes, and the like. They have also done small jobs for us by replacing toilets and faucets. Whatever job they take on (small or larger), it is done with pride and integrity. I highly recommend this Company for your plumbing needs. They just remodeled my entire Master Bathroom and I’m loving it. In all honesty, the price was a little more than I wanted or expected to pay. I spoke to Eric about the pricing and he said, “Look, we are not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive. We are somewhere in the middle, and you always get superior work.” I said “you’re right, Eric, you’re right.” With respect to my completely remodeled master bath, Eric said, Anne, are you satisfied with our remodel? I said, “of course.” He said did we do a stellar job?” I said, “of course, you always do.” He said okay, “pay the bill and yes, we can work out payment arrangements with you.” P.S. I forgot to mention Kathleen, Eric’s wife. She takes real good care of her husband so that he can come to work every day and work with us (the public - his clients, employees, suppliers, and many more).

We had no heat last weekend and my usually heating guy was away out of town. I tried Guareenteed plumbing and heating and had to replace my circulator motor. As it was the weekend ,I had to wait until Monday when they came as promised first appointment. My hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday afternoon while my husband was at work. Sewer line backed up called another company so they could roter and router around. After 1hr no getting clog free. pipe cracked 6500 etc.. night of sleep and a friends suggestion called them out same day. Couldn't get the clog suggested a high pressure clean out and scope next 9am as they said. Cleaned out clog (dont use wipes anymore) scopped line. Absolutely fine no issues to worry about. Sent me a video of the camera. Took time to call and explain what their plan was and afterwards. Saved me $5800 so i hope i dont but i do ever need them again i will use them again. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work.
