I had an issue with my shower drain, the water was not going down and I had 3 different plumbers come and take a look at it. None of them were successful and one even suggested he make holes in my walls and ceiling to figure out what the issue was! He wanted to charge me $4,000!! I was so desperate I googled another plumbing service last minute, read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a call. Chris arrived at my house at 6:30pm that same day, was in my house for about 10min or so and was able to clear out my drain! He saved me $4,000! I wanted to give him the biggest hug ever! He was amazing, friendly, quick and explained the issue! Will be using them for future plumbing services (:

I had a flood in my basement due to an overflow from a clogged sink drain. I called Roto Rooter and they were able to send Luis almost immediately. Luis came in, evaluated the situation, determined where the blockage was and then went to work with a snake. It took a few minutes, but the drain was cleared! They were here within the fast time frame they mentioned. The employee was named George. He helped me move things around to get to reach the sewer line. My basement mop sink was backed up to the point I couldn't get it sorted out. So I went on line to schedule RotoRooter. Austin showed up the next morning. Here is what I liked- 1) he fixed the problem 2) he explained the cost before he started (no surprises) 3) he explained what the problem was (built up grease in the drain...joys of getting kids to clear their table after meals- you get more grease in the drain) 4) sold me some root buster and drain degreaser- two things I need to delay when I have to call them again 5) When I asked him how he liked working for the company he could not say enough great stuff about the company and his boss. Gallons of hot water (💲💲💲💲💲) was being wasted from a tub leak that we had. Maurice saw it and knew what needed to be done and did it. He was very patient and explained what was going on. Maurice is the best!!! Last Saturday, I noticed water leaking from behind of bathroom wall and ceiling at the basement. So we contacted the Roto-Rooter and scheduled one. But I thought that the local plumber that I hired last time who fixed draining issue on kitchen sink might be better idea - cost wise. Obviously very wrong idea. The local guy came and tried to fix with the snake but he said he couldn’t fix and doesn’t know what causes are. So I paid for him who didn’t resolve the issue. So we contacted the Roto-Rooter again and amazing Maurice came this morning. After talking him all the histories, he just fixed everything under 15 mins. I tested water draining running and everything works PERFECT. And I’ve noticed that the kitchen sink is not draining again. The previous plumber used snake and couldn’t resolve the clogging so he used acid to flush the clog out. But the Awesome Maurice used his snake to unclog it under 30 mins!!! How amazing is it?! Price-wise, compared to the local guy who charges per hour with lack of experience/knowledge, paying Roto-Rooter, who is very knowledgeable and fast, is more affordable! Also, Maurice educated me how the draining pipes work — since I don’t know anything about it after moving from apartment environment. Did I say Maurice is amazing and awesome? I had a main sewer blockage in my home causing water to back up in my basement. Of course it had to happen late on a weekend. I called many places who couldn't send anyone out. Finally called RotoRooter despite being skeptical due to some bad reviews. They sent a plumber out right away, within the time frame promised. Took Two visits to remove the roots, but seems to be clear of the roots. For now. First visit, the tech Mike M utilized 48' worth of snake called Eel. He removed .5 of a 5 gallon bucket of roots. Two days later, we called them back. the system was not yet cleared of the blockage. This time Mike M carried in only 40' of snake at first, and all 5 of the 8' lengths of the connected snake drilled in. He went back out to his van and carried 40' more of the snake into my basement. He then connected 3 of the five additional lengths of snake (now equalling 56' of root clearing depth total.) He pulled out another 1/2 bucket more of root. I think that this could have been accomplished in one visit, if the 3" blade at the head end of the snake was newer and not so worn down. Our drain is now cleared, jury is still deliberating on the success and overall customer-facing service we received.

I had a local plumber come in because both my kitchen & bathroom sink were clogged in the basement and the 1st floor kitchen was clogged as well. He used a snake which helped until he left. I turned both sinks on at the same time and they clogged again. He suggested that I call Roto-Rooter because there might be something wrong with the main line. Made a service request online on Saturday with Roto-Rooter and I got a call back the next morning. I love that they call you when your tech is on the way and the approximate ETA. After observing everything, he said that he believes nothing is wrong with the main line (whew!). Suggested they use their snake. Now they do charge for that, but their snake is heavy duty. He was able to remove what was clogging our pipes! Thanks again Jose!

Late Friday eve our youngest flushed some toys (stuffed animals) down the basement bathroom toilet and they hung up in the waste line causing the toilet to back up. We had a problem with our toilet shortly after we bought our home. It's an older home and we started getting water around the toilet. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out in about an hour. What they found was our septic was clogged and the seal under our toilet was leaking. After they snaked our main pipe and put our toilet back everything was much better. Two days ago it rained so hard it filled my basement window well and leaked into my lower level. As I went out in the rain to bail out the window well, I discovered the cause. My roof gutter leader which goes into a pipe to the street was clogged and not draining, so was causing the trouble. I called this company, and they responded immediately. They sent Joshue [ Jose ], who did a FABULOUS JOB! He stuck his arm into the pipe and pulled out some 60 rocks which had gotten in there. He then roto rooter'd it out for 60 feet to the street to assure it was clear. He then ran a hose thru it for 10 minutes to assure it ran well. He then hooked the leader back up!
