Ron Peterson was dispatched to our home two weeks ago, on a Saturday afternoon, to fix a clogged toilet. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic and how personable he was that we special requested him to replace our water heater today. The coldest day of the year, -37° windchill, Ron showed up and finished the job. We are already planning for him to come back in the Spring to run a camera through our pipes. I highly recommend Ron and Mr. Rooter for all your plumbing needs! Edit…(12/28/2022) Third call to Mr. Rooter. We had a sink that wouldn’t drain in a bathroom. We have only lived in this house a month. Called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched Jamie to our residence. He was amazing! Very thorough, professional, and explained everything my husband and I needed to know regarding the issue. These guys have been amazing and they will continue to have our service in future. Again, we highly recommend their service!

Great experience with Mr. Rooter of Omaha, and Jaime who did the work. I called at 8:30 am and Jaime was out to my house by 9:00! I appreciated the prompt response (another company I called said they couldn't get someone out for 4 days!). Jaime was very professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. Ken replaced the air switch on my Trajet whirlpool tub. I’m so happy to have the jets working again! I called Mr. Rooter on a Wednesday afternoon. Ken was there within a few hours to assess the problem. He was back the next day with the required parts, and had the tub working in less than an hour. Best plumbing company out of 3 big ones I have used They have done residential and business locations for me I have them jet the main line from my house to the street every 2 year because we have trees up front. After they jet they show you exactly what the whole pipe looks like from your house to the street and any potential problems to keep an eye on. Also the best price of the other big plumbing companies. All their staff are super friendly and helpful Highly recommend

We have been having problems with our plumbing since we moved in. Had used another plumber who kept uncloging our floor drain but no explanation of what was happening. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out. Within 30 minutes. He showed us how the sumpump was incorrectly installed and not working, and found that our waters line to the fridgerator w a set up to code. He we was honest with us on what we needed and didn't need. He was professional and explained everything so we could understand what we was happening. To say we are pleased with him and his work would be an understatement. I won't trust anyone else with our plumbing again. We are looking to add an additional bathroom and feel very comfortable know they're knowledgeable and get the job done right. We moved into our new home September 3 by Sep 5 we were living a nightmare! 8 weeks of sewage over flow plumbers at my home weekly. 6 weeks of supposed fixes with Roto well we won’tsay , add a bill over 22k after fixes that supposedly were necessary to solve the issue. I got fed up , such of being taken advantage of and called Mr.Rooter . From the time of my call I felt heard. The dispatch listened and understood this was my first home . Bryson was at my home by that afternoon. Diagnosed and was able to return that day and complete the pipe removal and replacement showing the pipe that was just gone and undesirable after the competitor RR 4 times of cameras and small fixes . Since Bryson was here my family and I had the ability to breathe and not fear water flooding even we woke. 1/2 the cost and straight to the point. Mr. Rooter is proven that they exceed expectations with their customers

Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve while in the process of cooking for Christmas dinner. My husband worked steadily for 6 hours trying to clear the drain. I finally called Mr Rooter, and was pleasantly surprised that they had someone who could come help. He was there within 45 minutes and worked diligently until our drain was cleared. I called at 8:30 on a Friday night because we had a DIY refrigerator line install go VERY wrong. The lady who answered the phone was kind and assured me that these things happen all the time. Jamie showed up professional and knowledgeable. He did not laugh at us for our DIY mistake and assured us we did have the catastrophe on our hands that I thought. He quoted us the worst case and the best case scenario, and said it could be fixed today. He bought a better part than we even asked for and installation was quick and clean. The price was fair. He fixed a mistake and made it better than we could have. Overall this bad situation was better from the phone call to the technician to having the problem fixed in less than an hour! I have to applause the people that work for this company! IZZY was awesome really good customer service. Always have fast and knowledgeable service. I have used them twice once for a water heater and pipe repair for a sink. Big or small they can get it done. The people on the phone are kind oh and I said people not machines. Mr. Rooter was a great experience. The main water drain in my basement backed-up and caused some water issues. I called two companies in the area and Mr. Rooter was able to get out to my house within 2 hours of my call. The plumber, called 20 minutes ahead of time to give a heads up he was on the way. When he arrived, Alex shook my hand introduced himself with a smile and quickly got to work. He identified the main issue and what it was stemming from in a matter of minutes. He fixed the issue, gave me a bit of a tutorial on why it happened, what steps I can do to remedy in the future, and what he was going to do to fix it today. Only took a matter of 30-45 minutes to do all of this. Fantastic experience, awesome service, will make me call Mr.Rooter anytime for any future drainage issues. Well done.

They are not more expensive than anybody else. But they are MUCH faster responding to fix your problem, other plumbers I called before them, I had a wait. Will use Mr Rooter anytime!

The technician was very nice and on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, when I called to schedule, I asked the scheduler how much the service call was, so I could compare, and was told that there was no service call charge. He would come out, assess the problem, and let me know how much it would be to fix it. Then I could decide what I wanted to do. While he was here he suggested to change the flapper in one of the toilets. I said I would try that and he charged me $125 bucks and left! It made me feel kind of duped. Just tell people how much a service call is, so they can be prepared

Heimann was very polite and professional ,apologized for any inconvenience and went above and beyond to listen and then explain what could be happening and how we could solve it. Ive had a clogged sink for some time, it would go down if plunged however I got sick or doing that,so we called Mr. Rooter and they came right over, said I needed a new pipe the old one was bad, so I say ok. 3 hrs later and 650 bucks and I still have a clogged sink even worse then before since now I can't even plunge it!!!! 😢😢🤮🤮 im back to doing dishes in tub until i save up and get another plumber!! So NOO I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!

Bart came out and cleared our line all the way to the street. He was able to show us that our line looked in good shape and just needed some tree roots removed to prevent any further problems. He had a challenge with the way the line was laid with 4 or more turns but did a great job. He and his partner cleaned up after themselves and where very easy to work with.

I called last Sunday when I found out our sump pump got overworked and died. I called in the morning and Ron came out early afternoon. He was great. Explained everything well. He couldn't get supplies from their shop, so he had to come out the next morning. He got everything replaced quickly. I'd definitely use them again.

We have a sink in our kids bathroom that always clogged up. Which btw, we always had serviced by an expensive plumber. This time we called Mr. Rooter and Adrian showed up, not knowing what he was in for. He was immediately able to unclog the drain but also exposed a slow leak we had for a while. Not what you want but definitely needed to be resolved. Adrian was able to replace some piping ( that's a simple description but you get it) and fix the leak. Overall, I think most people are looking for value when they hire someone to work on their home and we certainly received it with the job that Adrian performed! We are definitely going to continue to use Mr. Rooter for more than just a clogged drain.
