I was very pleased and satisfied with the excellent service I received from Blue Frog Plumbing. I had a gas leak and needed someone to come out immediately. After calling a couple of other companies that could not help until a few days to a week, Blue Frog was able to take care of the problem within an hour. Travis, the plumber was very nice and professional. He found the gas leak right away coming from the stove and made the repair. I am grateful for the quick service and will call Blue Frog for any future plumbing problems.

Blue Frog helped us out of a big jam yesterday. I was a first-time customer with a water emergency. The phone operator was polite and helpful. They were able to send Jake out in less than an hour. He fixed the problem and was gone within about another half hour. All told from original phone call to final bill was less than 2 hours. Called BF w/ an emergency and they were here w/I an hour. Travis was amazing. He took no short cuts and did the job right. He may look like he’s 15 but this man definitely knows his business. I was so impressed that I had him to look at a problem we were having since the house was built. The next day he and a crew came out and found and fixed the problem that caused us so much distress over the years. WOW! I can’t say enough about the Blue Frog team. The hallway bathroom was backing up and we tried to get a plumber to come out for 3 days with no luck. After still having issues with the heater after service and diagnosis we decided to replace unit and the company was eager to make sure my service fee wasn’t wasted. Jake Enslo was awesome! He came out within an hour of my call and had the leak in my lawn fixed the next day. It wasn’t an easy job. We are in the process of selling our home currently and found out the sewage line needed replacement. I needed verification after the buyers inspection. Andrew and Daniel were able to verify the issue and were 100% upfront about everything vs. the other company who only quoted to break ground pretty much... Bluefrog started digging the same day that they inspected the sewer line... MUCH faster than any other company could do for me... After further replacing sewer line they found another 25' of line that was needing to be dug and replaced. The company ate the cost saving me a few THOUSAND dollars. I am just awaiting the backfill now but am more than pleased with how the company has treated me during this process.

Had a leaky bathroom faucet and used my home warranty to get a quote to fix the issue. The company quoted us almost a thousand dollars plus additional cost for drilling into our bathroom tile to replace the pipe work. Called blue frog and had same day service. Bryan was able to quickly fix the issue in a fast professional matter with out drilling into the tile, saving us a lot of money. .Not only did he fix the issue but explained what he did every step of the way.. He communicated clearly about what the problem was, he looked for the most economical solution, and he told us what was needed to fix it. He offered a more expensive solution that included more service from them (ordering and picking up the part) or the option where we handled ordering the part and he did the labor. We had a plumbing emergency (is there another kind?) today at an apartment building. After calling several local plumbers that advertised "emergency 24/7" services in town, everyone told me it would be at least 1 week, maybe longer. Then I went searching a bit out of the area and found Blue Frog. Their tech Walter was at the location in an hour. He assessed the problem, gave me a couple options and had a workable solution for me right away. My tenants have hot water again! I've worked with many tradespeople over the years, and I'll say this, when you hire professionals, which Walter absolutely is, you get a great outcome. It was money well spent. Blue Frog is now our vendor of choice.

We had off and on smells of gas in the house when we ran the heater and I only noticed this in colder months. I called Entergy and a few other companies. No one could find the problem or smell the gas under the house or near the heater. I finally determined it was coming from under the house and the Blue Frog tech found the degrading pipe. It was not broken but it was falling apart which is why we could smell the gas off and on coming up through our wood floors. I spent a few months working on this and worrying a lot so I was ecstatic to get it resolved. Blue Frog is now my first call for any plumbing or pipe issues.

I am so glad I called Blue Frog! We had a terrible contractor that didn't finish the job and was told it would be thousands of dollars to fix our water pressure. I wanted a second opinion and called Blue Frog. The receptionist was very polite and booked a next day appointment. John Doane was our plumber and he was professional and polite and most importantly he knows his trade. He checked everything out and was able to find the problem. It was a pretty simple fix. It did not involve completely putting in new pipes to the kitchen and bathroom like we were told by other plumber. He probably saved us $2,000.00!!! He will have our business from here on out and I will recommend him to anyone.

I had my bathrooms remodeled and the plumber did not install my shower faucet correctly. I’d googled local plumbers and ran across Blue Dog. The reviews were so good I thought they were made up. However, I called for service anyway. The company sent a young fellow named Blaine. He was so helpful and corrected the problem quickly. I had a massive plumbing job which involved replacing under slab pipes. 😓 Blaine was in charge of this project, and i want to say this: Blaine and the others at BlueFrog were extremely helpful, friendly and most of all-- they assessed the problem, and by the next day he had the job initiated.
