He explained the process, told us our tank was in good condition, and would return the next day with a supply of tablets to introduce bacteria necessary to keep our tank operating efficiently. I recently bought a home and needed to establish myself with a company for services. Plus, I didn't receive the care information from the previous owners. Come to find out, the system was not cleaned and emptied as I was told. The gentleman was very honest and thorough with his inspection and how the report would show pictures and a detailed report of his findings. I also asked several questions regarding maintenance and upkeep and again he was very thorough with his answers. I would highly recommend them.

I called to inquire about having my septic system serviced. Everyone else I had called were taking appointments 2-3 weeks out. I called and they set an appointment the very next day!! I received a phone call and email the day before the appointment. The Day of the service I received a phone call, text and email before they arrived. We recently bought a new home that has a septic system, which we've never had experience with before. We were unclear when the last owner's had it serviced and were experiencing some symptoms of it possibly being full so we called Maxwell Septic Pumping after a friend of ours recommended them and they were able to come out that same week! A good friend (who is very picky) recommended Maxwell when I needed my septic pumped after purchasing a new home. Maxwell did not disappoint! They were able to come same day (such a blessing) and Dylan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, helping me better understand my system and how to maintain it. Unfortunately, the truck accidentally caught an old cable line hanging over my driveway, taking off a corner of the soffit. Maxwell "made it right" by reimbursing me for the repairs. It seems like a given that a company would do this, but so many just shrug their shoulders and pass the blame. Maxwell stepped up to the plate, and for that, they have a customer for life. Justin performed our bi-annual pumping of the septic system with extreme care. Why the use of the word, extreme you may ask? He was careful to avoid mature azalea bushes; he was careful not to let any residue drop on the driveway or surrounding landscaped areas; he was careful, while guiding unwieldy hoses, not to let them scare, mar or come in contact with two support columns in the carport and also avoiding other obstacles in the landscape. In addition, he wrapped wire around the opening concert block, forming a wire handle, so in two years the next person will be able to access the opening more easily. That’s more words than most people will read. That’s why I continue to rely on and why I highly recommend Maxwell Septic Pumping, LLC to service our needs.

Called Maxwell on a Friday requesting to be added to their schedule to have our septic tank pumped, they were able to get us added for the following Monday and only gave a 2 hour window (way better than the 4 hour window most companies do). The driver reached out about 25 minutes before getting to our house to let us know he was coming, and when he arrived was extremely friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly and then was off. Extremely pleased with Blake (The driver) as well as everyone at Maxwell we interacted with. Plus I thought the price was fantastic! I don’t care to leave public reviews. But I had a great experience with Maxwell Septic and want my neighbors and community to know. The engineer that arrived to pump and repair my septic was amazing. The young man was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t realize it but we have two septic tanks. One for solids and another for water. The last ‘local’ company that came last year only pumped the water tank. So I found myself in the same situation with a overflowing septic a year later. The engineer from Maxwell Septic took the time to explain the architecture of the system to me. He then pumped the correct tank with the solids. On top of this great experience the bill was $350. The other four quotes I got were $450-$500. Great job and thank you.

I was completely thrilled with the professionalism, the showing up on time to the minute I was told they would be here, the communication from the front office and from the driver when he was on the way, and how easy of process this was. My service guy answered all of my questions in detail… And I had a lot as this was my first septic pumping. He gave recommendations for using a product other than RidX, which floats on top, versus the bio tabs that they use that sink to the bottom and disperse better. I did not feel like I was being up-sold at any point, and chose to go with their recommended once a month enzyme. The whole process was easy, smooth, and professional. As so many other contractors or service people either don’t show up, don’t show up on time, or don’t have this level of professional business acumen, It was refreshing to know that there are companies out there that still uphold the value of customer service, communicating clearly, and being professional. Without reservation I recommend Maxwell Septic plumbing. Well done!

Maxwell does a good job! They have always been good at communicating. For a project where they had to dig, they were careful with the equipment around the house and made sure to put the 811 request in beforehand. So when the water started backing up last weekend, we were super stressed because we knew the tank needed to be cleaned, but we didn't know where it was or how deep it was. I called and spoke to Michelle and she immediately put me at ease, explaining every step of the process to either have it pumped, or have it pumped and inspected. Since we are both new to septic AND this house, we opted to have it inspected as well. She was even able to fit us in the very next morning! They gave me a thirty minute courtesy call and were here just when they said they would be. Both of the guys were incredibly polite and patient. The one gentleman located our septic tank, showed us where it was and then walked us through exactly how it works, what they do when draining it, and how he was going to inspect it. From the initial call for pricing to pump my septic tank and throughout the entire service, Maxwell Septic Pumping Service was right on point. I scheduled the appointment for the next day. I received notification via email to confirm the appointment time. Another email the morning of the service. And another email to confirm they were on their way. Ryan was my service technician. Super pleasant young man. He got right to work. I had uncovered the previous clean out hole, or so I thought. Turns out it was only the water side of the tank. Ryan informed me there were probably at least 2 more holes. One of which would be the clean out hole for the sewage. This was news to me, as a different septic company had come out about 3 years prior. They never mentioned this info at all. So, basically, they ripped me off and only pumped out the water side of the tank and not the sewage. I certainly appreciated Ryan's professionalism in providing a complete service. Ryan also informed me there would be a dig charge for the extra work. I agreed. Once the clean out holes were uncovered, Ryan pumped out the entire system. If there were 6 stars in the rating , that is what he would get. He even helped shovel the dirt back over the septic tank. I sprayed off his tools with the garden hose. And we were ready for payment. Electronic payment made it super easy to settle the charges and Ryan was off to the next homeowner. I would recommend Maxwell Septic to Anyone that needs their service. They are TOP NOTCH!!!

My wife and I just bought a new house and writhing the first week the sanitary lines started backing up. I ran a drain machine through the sanitary lines but was unable to clear any blockage. I pulled a toilet and ran a camera to inspect for any breakages or root intrusion but did not find any. I pushed the camera as far as I could and located the camera outside to the side of the house. I dug down where I located the head and found the septic lid. I was very concerned about the cost having just bought this home and all the money spent moving from San Diego. Another company that come out for a simple fix of an outlet valve discovered the leach line had come loose from the tank but never contacted me back to setup the repair. That's when call Maxwell, this could have been a lot worst than it turned out to be, we didn't know how bad the lines might be clogged. As soon as they found the problem knowing how upset I was, they let me know It wasn't as bad as we thought just to ease my mind. They also made an extra effort to level my yard after having to remove a ton of rocks that should have never been there in the first place as well as let me know letting me know right away that they found the problem and it wouldn't cost as much as was quoted.

Excellent service but get a quote in WRITING! These guys are great... had them come out and inspect a septic system for a property I'm buying. They were very responsive, prompt, and professional in our dealings both on site and on the phone. The original quote for "inspection & cleaning" was $539.00. My current home has a septic so I'm familiar with the costs and this was reasonable especially considering we were asking for it to be done quickly. After the truck arrived the tech found he could not access the inlet due to hard ground so I get a call saying we need to "come back with a mini-excavator to dig so we can clean and pump." Ok, great but how much is this going to cost (and in my mind I'm thinking why are they not prepared to do this when arriving but ok) Michelle starting firing off lots of numbers for "it's this for that, and this for that, and this for that" but I finally just asked... what's the "BOTTOM LINE TOTAL for everything"? All I remember was $700-something and in my mind thinking... ok, it's a few hundred bucks more for peace of mind so I gave the green light. I was on the call with the office Mgr as well as my Agent and we all agreed on a day/time for them to come back in a few days which they did. Again, great service, prompt, phots, etc and all is well until I opened up my Credit Card and I had an extra charge... I thought perhaps just a mistake so I sent an email with receipts asking for the refund of the (what I thought) was an over-charge but apparently my perspective was not Michelles perspective. She's confident she was clear... I'm confidant that I heard the TOTAL price was $740.00 so we found ourselves at a "he said/she said" crossroads which is never a win for either side. I talked to my agent and asked what HE heard and he confirmed that he heard the TOTAL was going to be $740.00. It wasn't... the total turned out to be $989.00. Yes, the service was fantastic and yes, I would totally use them again but next time I'm going to ask any quotes or potential "what ifs" to be put in writing so I don't have any other surprises. 5 Star service though.

I purchased a house and the previous owners had never serviced or pumped the septic. I called a few other recommended companies from community FB pages. It went to cellphone voicemails and I wasn't certain if I was calling the correct number. I eventually did an internet search and found Maxwell Septic. I called and a very nice lady in the office answered and got me scheduled. We discussed that I wasn't certain where the tank was and she said they could probe for it or use a sensor to locate it. We discussed prices and what prices are if the sensor had to be used and if a riser had to be added. I scheduled my appointment. I was pleased that I could pay by credit card or check. I was shocked to receive a reminder call the night before about my appointment the folowing day and that the drivers would call when about 20 minutes out to confirm arrival time for the short appointment window. The workers get there and they are very nice even though it was a gloomy rainy day. They located my tank, looked at my level alarm and discussed basic septic maintenance and use with me. I paid with a credit card and received a receipt and a magnet that listed Maxwell name and number and when my tank was pumped. I am pleased and will be a customer of theirs as long as I have septic needs. I will also recommend them to others.
