I cannot say enough good things. I called because we had water coming up through our basement drain. They were able to fit us in on short notice and didn't do any emergency charges. Very nice, friendly, and professional. They were very up-front about charges and much lower than other places. While I really do not anymore drain problems in the future, I will definitely be using A-1 Sewer & Drain for my maintenance.

I'm stealing this quote from another review because this is exactly what happened. "Came out on a Friday 30 minutes after I called, service was finished within another 30 minutes. Great all around." The person dispatching was great, got the techs out right away, the usual plumbing company I use was backed up at least four days for an appt, and some others don't even do sewer drains. Would not have been able to do anything myself as they found the blockage way out around 120' where the pipe dipped a bit.

Noticed we had some water in the basement and on the recommendation of a friend we contacted A1. They answered the phone on a Saturday morning and they were able to come out the same day. Tyler was very professional and explained what he would be doing, he did a fantastic job and we will be contacting them for future drain cleaning. If you are looking for a friendly, honest, and well priced service I would definitely recommend A1 !

I usually check with neighbors for service referrals but this time I went strictly by price. The sewer line needed to be "scoped" so I called several plumbers. The first would not give a price, for the second call the answering machine said it would be a 30 day wait for services and of the next 3 , A-1 had the lowest price. Zach, a veteran, came out, even in a rainstorm, on the day I called so we could talk and plan. He has an eye for detail and wants to know the full picture. The office does a great job of giving notice of his arrival time and he came back with his camera the very next day. My "bargain plumber" turned out to have an A#1 technician in Zach. I especially value the fact that he actually listens to the homeowner.

High quality work (jet sewer cleaning), same-day response, super friendly service. Highly recommend! After a questionable visit from a big name in town, I googled local companies to get a 2nd opinion. A-1 popped up with positive reviews, and I recognized the logo from trucks around town, so I called. Tyler answered and was at my house within an hour. He assessed the problem and told me it was totally possible to fix it without demoing an entire shower (which is what the other company told me must be done). He had the sewer main cleared and everything back to normal within two hours (and at a totally affordable rate — less than the other company quoted!). He also used his camera to check the entire line, etc. He was super friendly and kind, and talked me through all my options and questions as we went along. I couldn’t be more impressed by Tyler and A-1!! They have a new customer for life.

Surprised how fast they were able to respond to my problem. They were very thorough. Ended up using a camera and jetting my main drain to remove roots and sediment until clean. Very happy with the quality of work and price was reasonable for amount of work involved.

Called A-1 after we had a bad experience with another company in town when our drain backed up. They came in a timely manner and more importantly right on time. Noah was our technician he was clean, fast, very friendly, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. These guys are way ahead of the pack when it comes to customer service and prices. In the future when I need a plumber I know who my first and last call is going to be. Thanks again A-1 for all the help and the lost art of actually keeping the customer #1 and a hand shake at the end of the job. Highly recommended!

James was very descriptive as to issues he may encounter with our sewer system. He knew the area very well and common problems with tree roots and flushable wipes. James also showed me the camera through the line and pointed out issues that should be watched in the future. There are companies out there that won't talk to you about the work being done, you then find yourself with a huge bill. A-1 was upfront honest, and also laid down drop cloths to protect our flooring. I have had other companies come to our house and didn't even clean up after they completed the work. Highly recommend this company!

Called with a backed up sewer at 9am. Tech was here by 10am. Roots cleared out of my line by 11am. Even below rate that I was quoted over the phone, which was already a great price. Highly recommend!

Called A-1 at around 8:45 this morning. The technician, Nathan, showed up within 20 minutes. Was extremely friendly, helpful and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. While he was here, he also fixed my son's plugged up sink downstairs, and once again, explained in detail how much. Was so reasonably priced, I will always recommend them to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Oh, and by the way, Nathan had everything he needed on the truck with him. Unlike other places that charge you when they have to run back to the shop for the part they need, this place says if they have to run back for something, it's on their dime, not yours. Try this place out. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic service, friendly guys, came to my house quick, and fixed the problem! I called because my basement toilet was overflowing whenever we used the upstairs bathrooms. The guys came out and cleaned the line, and now we can use the bathrooms again! It ended up being the main sewer line was clogged cause of tree roots. They suggested next year we do a high pressure cleaning, for a longer solution. But now it is great cause we can use our toilets again lol so grateful Thanks guys!
