Great service and I highly recommend! I was able to call Geovanny at 3:30am because a pipe burst behind the wall that caused water to come out in many areas and he was on it for us immediately for us. 24/7 service is definitely what he offers! Great knowledge on what he does best and he explained all the options very well. Worth your time and your money!

Second time using their service. Geovanny is so great he explained everything he was doing and why as well as what another repair man did wrong. He was also nice enough to take the time to explain basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly and prevent them from breaking in the future. I am a first time homeowner so a lot of things are new to me and when something breaks it can be stressful. I had water leaking from my ceiling into my kitchen and Geovanny was able to come out that same day to replace some pipes. Even though it was late in the day he took the time to explain everything as well as double and triple check everything was working correctly. I am unfamiliar with home repair pricing but the cost seemed very reasonable considering the work and materials. Also very much worth the peace of mind knowing it was fixed correctly the first time. City and Beyond will be the only service I use because I know I can trust their work.

Geo and team did a great job on our kitchen! We needed a new faucet installed with a new garbage disposal and they were able to make it all fit and work properly. The connection required a special adjustment due to the under-counter faucet configuration but Geo figured out a solution and made it work :) Otherwise we would have needed a different faucet, but Geo saved the day and allowed us to use our desired faucet- thanks Geo!

I live in a townhouse. My hot water heater sprang a leak at the outlet spout. When trying to turn off the water inlet for the water heater, I found out there's 3 shut off failures: one at the water heater inlet, one at the emergency shut off to my unit, and the city shut off valve to all 6 units (connected neighborhooding townhouses) diagnosed by Geovanny's team. After alerting the City of Houston, who quickly fixed the city valve, Geovanny expeditedly came by to fix the emergency shut of valve for my unit around my schedule. Not only is he professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, his price cannot be beat and he stands by his work quality. I frequently use Yelp and run multiple quotes before agreeing to a job. I have already recommended Geovanny to my neighbor who needs plumbing help. Called Geovanny to uninstall a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. He was able to arrive in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. While he was uninstalling the dishwasher he noticed some plumbing problems under the sink, and after he moved all the stuff he gave me a general plumbing consultation where we walked through the whole house and he pointed out all the stuff that the previous owner had done wrong. I was replacing my washer machine valve and had to cut it. I happen to damaged the fitting in the process. I have a 11 month yr. old son, and need running water now. It was now 8:20pm. I Found City & Beyond online and based on reviews, I called Gevanny. He answered and asked, what was my issue. I gave him a detail description and then asked if I can send a picture. He then texted me a reasonable price so I called him back and agreed to his services. He text me his eta and arrived at 9pm. Introduce himself, handed me a card and got to work. I offered him some water and I went upstairs to attend to my son. Within a little over 30 mins he had open the wall, cut the pipe and soldered a new fitting. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I have running water again! We discussed other things and all that he and his company can do. So I hired him for another project for next week. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and does efficient high quality work. I'm very greatfull for him willing to come through on such a sort notice. He didn't try to take advantage by raising his rates like every other company because of the time and urgency. If you ever need something fixed, installed or repaired, call Gevanny!!!

WOW,Mr.Geovanny is awesome, he taught me about the flushable wipes they dissolve with time . I didn't know so if you want to avoid a clogges baby do not flush your wipes feminine products! I havea picture of the work done with him fishing out the wipes. Thank you so much ! Great Guy

I really liked this company. They did everything I asked for and then some. I had major work done on the back door and I wanted a screen door added. Geovanny found one and had it attached. They did a fantastic job in my garage. It got damaged from the winter storm last year.! It looks brand new. He replaced two toilets. I had all the smoke alarms replaced, because they were old. The ones Geovanny got lasts for ten years, so I don’t have to change any batteries. They went above and beyond to make it look good and done right. I am very happy with the plumbing service provided by City and Beyond. Had a leak through the ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom all of a sudden. Called Geo, and he picked up right away. I explained the situation and set a time for him to come by and take a look. Geo kept me up to date via text and arrived on-time. This was important to me because we are all increasingly busy at home due to remote work. He poked around the bathroom and ran the water until it started dripping through the floor below again. Geo was clear and concise with the plan of repair and made sure I understood each step of the way before doing anything. All in all, he was done in a couple of hours, and we made sure it was no longer leaking through the ceiling. Geo was knowledgeable and professional during the repair and even pointed out some other critical repairs we would benefit from around the house. Water heater went out and Geovanny along with José and Carlos did an excellent job installing a new one. There was a lot of rust in the piping which caused the kitchen faucet to have very little pressure after the water was turned back on. Although they couldn’t replace the faucet the same day since they had another appointment, the three men came back the next day to replace the faucet; again they did an excellent job. Geovanny, José, and Carlos really went above and beyond and provided great service. They answered a plethora of questions I had, patched holes in the water heater closet they didn’t create without me asking, gave great advice, and cleaned up well afterwards. I will be recommending them to others who need their services.

I bought a dishwasher from a major retailer that doesn’t deserve to be mentioned, and their delivery people came to my home unqualified to do the job required of them. They then called their boss, spoke to him in a different language, handed me the phone on speakerphone, then he explained to me that they weren’t qualified to do the job on galvanized piping. Afraid they might misdiagnose or damage the pipe(s) in the process of the installation. I understand, but why’d you send unqualified workers to do this job?Then this manager said he’d come by to look at it to see if he might be able to do it, but he couldn’t tell me when he might be able to come within the next 72 hours of our discussion while I was in the process of having a new floor installed. After pinching myself to make sure I wasn’t in a nightmare I stumbled upon this business. I’d already found two other companies that said they’d come out to do it, but when I explained my experience with this retailer and the situation I was in to the gentleman that took my phone call here he thoroughly explained to me what would need to be done in a worse case scenario over the phone. He was able to explain to me why they were afraid to do the work and why their manager was unsure if he could do it. After assuring me that he could do the job and that he’d be willing to we then discussed two possible time frames in which he’d be able to do it, and to be honest I thought he was going to call me back on the later time he’d given me. He shocked me and called me back on a Sunday evening, which was what I preferred!! He was on time, kind, COVID conscious, professional, they worked quickly while he explained to me what they were doing as I watched hoping to not be in their way. The crew of 3 was just as the gentleman that was the lead. If I need anything within their scope of work I’ll be sure to call them because there’s not a bad time to contact them which I can truly appreciate.

Geovanny came out on New Year’s Day and charged the same rate as any other day. He installed a natural gas valve for our new stove then tested all the gas appliances in the house to make sure they were working properly. He also offered advice for keeping our water heaters functioning properly. Great care was taken to not scratch our hardwood floors and marble countertops and everything was cleaned up when he finished. Very friendly guy. I will be calling on him in the future as needed.

Within 20 minutes they installed a brand new fixture with LED lighting that now shines bright like a diamond and I won't have to replace the tubes for at least 45 years! Geovanny and his team were a Godsend for us. On the week of the freeze, water came rushing into the house from the ceiling. I called around and someone came out to look at the problem, but never returned. On that Saturday at 7:30pm I called Geovanny, and he and his team were at my house at 10:00pm that night. It turned out that I had multiple leaks and they stayed until 1am to fix them. Unfortunately, I live in an older home with pipes from the year 1968. They taught us how to read the meter to see if there was a problem. So, if the meter was overly active, we would look around at the ceilings and in the attic. We were able to find some of the leaks before they caused excessive property damage. So for about 3 consecutive nights, back to back Geovanny and his team came over after we came home from work to fix other leaks which occurred. We ended up having 8 leaks in total. We called them, and they were at the house asap. Some of the toilets, showers and sink fixtures became clogged up from the sediment that was built up in the old pipes. Fortunately, they were able to unclog and save some of them. He and his team were also very professional, nice, responsive and always focused on the job at hand. In addition, they always cleaned up before they left.

They helped me resolve an electrical problem about a year ago and yesterday they installed a reverse osmosis water filteration system. Geovanny came to my house to cut some stone back from a walkway so I could get a driveway gate to fit. It was a problem that I needed help solving and he came over and cut the stone and broke it up and removed it perfectly. The concrete layer underneath was saved and they also made sure the stone work around it was neat and tidy. I had another big problem and it was an enormous stone bench I needed moved. The stone must weigh 1500 pounds. We did not previously discuss this but he and his 2 helpers went to work and it took some creative thinking and a lot of sweat and determination but In the end they moved the stone back about 18 inches. They solved my problem big time. Super impressed. Seriously. These guys did a great job and I would use them again in a minute. 5 stars for sure.

I got home from work tonight a little after 7pm to discover a full-blown black-water plumbing emergency. I called one of the franchise brands that advertise "24/7" service and have a call center that answers their web inquiries. They said they could get to me tonight and that a technician would call me to let me know when he was 45 minutes away. As you'd expect, their call center could not provide me with any idea when I could expect that call, but I was assured it would be soon and that my problem was as good as solved. About an hour later (now maybe 8:15 pm) I'd still not heard back, and I decided it was time to find a real solution. I found Geovanny through Google as an owner/operator who offers true 24/7 service. I called City & Beyond, and Geovanny himself answered on the third ring. It sounded like he was in the middle of dinner with his family, but not only did he take my call--he was at my house in 30 minutes. He and his technician went right to work on what turned out to be a fairly more complicated problem than I think any of us first expected. They were methodical and thorough in their work, and I could not be more pleased with the job they did. Not only that, the pricing was fair and transparent from the moment Geovanny answered my call. Strongly recommended! Had an emergency, main line backup, poop water coming out of shower drain, etc. Plumber came within hours and identified the problem and temporarily cleared it. Then he came back a week later to do the permanent repair, which involved digging down and replacing a section of pipe. They appeared to do everything correctly and explained everything in detail. Seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. This was after a different plumber looked at it and misdiagnosed it, which could have resulted in us paying thousands for the wrong repair. Later we had a non-emergency repair to fix the backflow preventer for the sprinklers. He came out next day and did the repair. I wasn't able to be there for the repair, but he sent a bunch of pictures showing the entire repair process.
