I called Harrison Plumbing to install a new faucet and garbage disposal expecting to wait a week or more before he would be able to come out but Barnabas was able to stop by that morning. He looked at the situation and confirmed the price he gave over the phone. The faucet was installed in short order but the garbage disposal was another matter. After a couple hours of struggle he believed the disposal did not have the right part. He called the manufacturer and sent pics of the problem area and the manufacturer concluded the same thing. They agreed to send me a new part and Barnabas came back when the new part arrived. He was able to complete the installation and did a final check to make sure there were no leaks. He was professional in every sense of the word, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. He did not ask for payment until the work was done and he didn’t ask for anything extra in spite of having to come out twice and spending several hours more than usual to install a garbage disposal. I highly recommend Barnabas and Harrison Plumbing.

He responded very quickly in text and by phone call and explained to me his commitments with other customer. He however assured me that he will come. He called me to tell me that he was outside my house. Talk about keeping time, he did not disappoint. He even spared time to run with me to Ace to get what he didn’t have in his car. I found this local business and I am very glad I did. The main line in our house was clogged and we had very bad backflow flooding the basement. Harrison came and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and the price for service was very reasonable. He also noticed another issue that our washing machine not draining properly to our sink and resolved it as well. Barnabas did a great job of replacing all of the components inside the tanks in both of our toilets. Very high quality work at reasonable price. Also explained what he did and why the old components were not working properly. He also advised how to plan on replacing the kitchen sink and faucet system. Barnabas is also a very friendly and helpful person.

Around 8 pm, we had a pipe break in our home causing water to start spraying everywhere. We had to shut off water to the entire home and wanted to have the repair done as soon as possible. Awesome service, the repairman responded to my messages within a half hour and quoted me the accurate price by my photos. Was a leaking sink drain. Had to cut a bit of the wall away to totally take care of it but he was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend.

The first was much less expensive and the other would have been a process and much more expensive. He wanted us to know in advance that if the one didn’t work he would have to do the other. The cartridge had snapped off inside the housing, and I could not get it to budge. Harrison arrived and worked diligently to remove the broken part and replace it with a new one. We had a leaking pipe, right after the main switch coming into the house. We had no water. Every other plumber we called would not be able to get over until Monday or Wednesday. That would not work. I went to Google for a recommendation of a plumber in our area. We were lucky he had just finished a job and said he would be out in a half hour. Within a hour we had running water without a leak.
