Ralph was our drain technician today. He was very nice to work with! He listened to understand our problem then explained to me my options to remedy the problem. He went to work taking care of our drain backup emergency and of course it was a bit more of a job than he thought it would be but he finished up and I believe our drains have not flowed this fast for a long long time. Thank you Ralph and thanks Dean Home Service for hitting yet another home run as they have assisted me in making my home renovations. I'm very happy with all the services Ive used from HVAC, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING AND NOW they have provided me with A+ sewer cleaning!! REASONABLE 1ST CLASS SERVICE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A COMPANY THEY CAN TRUST TO GIVE HONEST HOME REPAIRS

Thanks Matt for installing an outlet and breaker so that our family could do laundry safely !!! Matt was very impressionable and knowledgable. He was able to answer all of my questions (and my sister’s questions too)! I was also impressed that Matt took the time to wear disposable booties when he came into the house. He also put something down to walk across!!!!! Thank you for being mindful and caring!

Replaced a gas pressure regulator and repaired a gas leak. Excellent prompt friendly service from a knowledgeable tech. Very respectful of home interior and did a good job of clean up. Happy with this company and would recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with Dean’s. They listened to our issues, identified problems correctly, and were very clear and upfront about the different options for repair and costs. They were also very punctual and reliable, and it was much quicker to get an appointment with them than with other companies. Their technicians were very respectful and polite. The people on the scheduling and billing side were also very quick to respond, we could reach them even late in the day and the whole process of booking and paying was very efficient. Now our issues are fully solved and we are really happy with the service they provided. We had Brad V as our repair person, and he was excellent. We also had Tyler S as the technician who first came to give us an estimate, and he was also very competent and clear. We highly recommend this company!

Matthew came for a general plumbing inspection. He was friendly and polite and even a little bit early for his appointment. That is a wonderful thing. He checked all the toilets and sinks, the water heater and water softener. All the while explaining what he was doing. He had some ideas on a few repairs but wasn't an alarmist about it. Things that just had to be done, sooner than later, but not immediately. The Dean's club membership is definitely worth it.

Eric B was awesome and informative. Today he came and gave us a rundown of our new homes air ventilation and Furnace/AC systems so we are all ready for winter and beyond. We had Dean's install a new furnace, ac and water heater at our previous home and they did such a wonderful job and so easy to work with we will only use them from now on. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Cory was the technician and he was fantastic. He listened to my needs, was very personable, and made great recommendations while installing my light fixture and fixing the outlets. I would specifically ask for him in the future. Also, the scheduling was easy and before the tech came I was sent a picture of him with info on his experience. It made me very comfortable in having someone in my home. I highly recommend Dean's.

Nick A. Is Amazing! He executed our plumbing evaluation wonderfully. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I had. He has tons of experience and knowledge as well as an extremely friendly personality. I will 100 percent be requesting him for future evaluations! I also wanted to add that Bryan P in electrical is also outstanding he came out to our house a few days later and was amazing as well! Super impressed!

I had Dean's come out a couple times for different services. Once to install venting for a bath fan and once for service for my furnace. There was no surprises in pricing and service was quick. Sam was the tech both times and he did a great job for both jobs. For the furnace, he diagnosed the issue within minutes of starting the work and got it up and running quickly. They had all the parts in the truck already. As far as the appointment, I requested service online, had a call back within 15 min and the tech was jn my driveway an hour later. I would highly recommend Dean's
