After he discovered that we had a broken sewer line, he listened to us and talked to the construction crew that we told him we believed had something to do with our bad sewer line. Within 10 minutes the company was digging to fix what they broke. Rob saved us and went out his way to do so. Not many plumbers would have passed up that type of price tag to help us. Thank you again guys!!
