Jeff and Greg were awesome. I was referral over to a handy man to do the job and this person come on site and can't get it open but still charge me a service fee. I was not happy so I google plumbing 24hr and got a hold of these guy. What a life saver, they come in while I was on a very important phone call, I just show them the bathroom sink. And before, I finished my phone call, they are done and got the drain plug open. I ran water for about 15 minutes and what a relief. Thank to these nice and knowledge gentle men Gregg and Jeff. I will definitely refer people your way and will keep you in my referral realtor network. THANKS A BUNCH. GOD bless you.

I gave Jeff a call, told him where I live, and he told me the price and would be there in 20 minutes. Mind you I called at 4 in the afternoon. This plumbing company was super reliable and did amazing service. The service was done quick and price was very reasonable! After my clogged sink was fixed, i noticed a leak in my pipe. They returned and replace a piece of pipe free of charge ! Would reccomend their work !

We had a sewage leak in our basement which is never fun. I called three other companies first. The first went to voicemail, the second couldn't come out until next week, and the third quoted a price that ended up being three times as much as what Milw Drain Cleaning charged. When I called Milw Drain Cleaning, they immediately picked up, quoted a reasonable price, and offered to come out the same day. They ended up arriving in two hours. They were professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire repair. Within 20 minutes, the leak was fixed and everything was back to normal. They will definitely be my first call going forward. Highly recommended!

I wish i coild give more than 5 stars! I called James after another company came out and advised I needed my clogged sewer line waterjetted. James advised he would like to look at snaking before doing such a harsh treatment. He was here with Greg within 90 minutes. Once he came in, it was clear the other company sent someone who didnt know what they were doing (the other company was snaking the WRONG DRAIN LINE). James was up front, honest, and informative. It was a tough amd gross job, and they got it done and were more than fair with pricing. I would use them again in a heartbeat and saved their number.

Jeff and Greg arrived at my home (for a sewer drain back-up with standing water) within an hour of my call on Thanksgiving morning. Kind, efficient, positive disposition, very professional, excellent job of explaining the problem, left work area sparkling clean, and a bonus of a great sense of humor. Price was shockingly low—I called FIVE “Roto-Rooter” franchise services—all had same holiday hourly rate of $975 with an estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Septic tank to house had clog; I'm not connected to city water) Very professional and charged us only the quote they gave us the previous day. Our basement drain backup over the weekend. I really thought we have to wait 'till Monday. We really caution about calling plumber since we got an unexpected bill last time we hired them. We really do want to know the estimated cost before agreeing. None of the plumbers get back to us. So I just gave these guys a shot and called them on Sunday. I was so surprised that they said they could come over in an hours. They gave us a quote, came over, inspect the drain, unclog it and out the door under 30 min. For $150, that's very affordable especially when they could come over the weekend and finished it very quickly. They accept only cash which is something my family prefer but that's something to know before calling them. They told us how to locate clog and how to prevent them in the future. They also recommended us a root killing treatment but after I mentioned that we will be moving out soon. He just recommended against it since it would be a waste. Which really tell me that they are not out here to rip off desperate ppl. I would recommend them to anyone who have simple problems that need a quick and affordable fix. Or anyone who need honest plumbers for your next emergency.

Ok. Short answer, if your septic tank or sewer is clogged/backing up and you don't call these guys, you are going to pay too much. We had a blockage which caused a backup Saturday night. Called about 4 places. Prices ranged from $400-$500. When we called these guys he told us they would come 1st thing Sunday for $200! They showed up on time Sunday and fixed the problem very quickly. Not only were they friendly, they were informative. Taught us what to do if this ever happens again. What a breath of fresh air (literally) To deal with a company that is honest ,and actually cares more about the homeowners than making money. Highly Recommended!

They were very prompt. Very nice guys. Explained everything they were doing. Got My floor drain in my basement unclogged within 40 minutes they were done. Had to go into my main drain as well but didnt charge me. The only concerns I had was that they charged me $50 for a tree root a killer which I agreed to but they handed ot to me in a red plasic cup for later and the fact we had to clean up everything. Thought that was a little pricey. Overall I was happy with the service and the work was done well. I would recommend them. Prices overall fair.

I can't recommend MDC enough if you need to have clogged drain or sewer cleaned out. Super responsive and the guys did an excellent job. The price was fair as well. Had them come out to clear about 250' of sewer drain in mybhome and yard as preventative maintenance. Two guys came out and done in 30 minutes. Not happy with this fast job since I didn't think they used a long enough snake and did not use a large enough cutter for my 4" sewer drain and did not appear to flush the drains after they were done. Contacted them the next day to let them know my concern. They came back the next day, and redid the job in a manner that I was satisfied with, at no extra cost. They stood by their work and turned a unhappy customer in to a happy one.

Jeff came to our house an hour after we called Rotorooter to address a backup of water coming up through our basement toilet, shower, and floor drain, which they were unsuccessful in addressing. Saying we would need to remove the toilet in the basement to get to the clog instead of trying to get the cap off of the access pipe that connected the toilets from upstairs and downstairs. Rotorooter charged us over $200 to try to snake directly from the floor drain with no future advice except to call a plumber to remove the toilet. Once Jeff arrived we showed him all the pipe locations, he understood immediately that the clog was due to grease. He was able to open the access panel that connected the toilet drains and was able to snake all the way to the main drain and release the clog. He gave us a lot of useful tips to keep it from clogging up again and only charged us about the same amount but the quality and time and attention he took really was worth the cost. I am glad to provide a 5 star review without hesitation and will call upon Jeff and James again in the future if needed.

The associate created an excess port for the 7/8 inch auger and inserted a few sections into the drain until there was flow. Ensure proper flow and pointed out the inspection port near the foundation going to the city's infrastructure.
