Great service in the office and in the field. Jarrod in the office was patient with my multiple phone calls and questions. Had an excellent appointment to discuss my heating options and learned of the electrician services at the same time. Craig and his team did an awesome job with a spaghetti bowl of electrical wires in an outdated panel box. I was very happy with the entire project from estimate to completion. Every one on the Paradigm Team was polite, kind, and professional. I will be using them for my heating upgrade as well as some plumbing issues. Thanks everyone!!

We had been thinking of replacing our heating and air conditioning system and called paradigm. Eric came over and explained the options that are available today and answered all our questions with no high pressure sales. We decided to go with paradigm and three weeks later Isaac, Cameron and Craig arrived around 8am. In know time our old furnace was outside and the new one was downstairs. It was obvious this team was well trained and worked together very well. Late afternoon Isaac reviewed the new equipment with me and answered my questions. Looking at the system you could tell they took pride in their work. Everyone at paradigm was great to work with. Paradigm provided a great product with an excellent installation in a timely manner at a fair price!

During the recent freeze, I discovered that my furnace was not working and I had no water in the kitchen. I called the night service at 6:30 am and within three minutes (not a typo), Jim called me back. By 10 am Dan was at my house, and by 10:30 all was fixed. Very amazing service. Before I start, note that this review is coming from a fairly minor service. As such, it doesn't reflect a "high caliber" item that may come with more difficulties, complications, complexities, etc. This is NOT to devalue the service itself, but I imagine an entire system installation is more involved than a regular maintenance. I recently called upon Paradigm Plumbing and Heating knowing one of my great friends is actually their HR Manager. My wife and I moved into our new house in Goffstown, NH a couple weeks ago and we know our boiler hadn't been serviced for a couple years. We needed to call someone in to see if we could continue using it for a bit, or if it was a time bomb. Our technician, Ed, called early on the day of service and actually got out a little earlier than anticipated (I'm up at 5:30 AM any given day anyway, works great for me). He was punctual, respectful, had a great sense of humor, not for nothing, and took care of all the little items our boiler needed. The bill ended up being incredibly reasonable, but to be fair we lucked out that the boiler was still in great shape for its age. I was very happy with the service provided by Ed and Paradigm. Even though this was a more run-of-the-mill service, what this shows me is the standard Paradigm provides. Word is Goffstown may be converting our street to natural gas. If they are, I would not hesitate to call on Paradigm for the system installation if Ed is representative of the services they provide!

Doing a second review here... the main work I had paradigm do was a gas line installation for a gas dryer, and a transfer switch. I also had them do the gas dryer hookup, including NG to LP conversion. This proved to be much more involved than expected and the tech spent 3 hours making sure everything was done, and done right. The kind of integrity and customer care one hopes for, but rarely finds. I think Paradigm is awesome, and am looking forward to the mini split installation they're doing next week. Kudos to them.

We recently purchased a home in NH, and needed several things done: a gas-line extension and dryer hookup; a transfer switch; an additional mini-split. Working with Paradigm has been great at every step. Fair, accurate estimates. On time for work. All the skills needed in one shop. Familiar with local code officials. I have used Paradigm for all my plumbing needs for several years now. They have always been responsive, on time, and have performed good work. Last winter I needed to replace my combi boiler heating system. Needless to say this is a major purchase so I decided to see if Paradigm would quote it. Eric from Paradigm helped me spec out a new system, explaining the pros and cons of a combi boiler vs a tankless boiler with an indirect tank. Ultimately, that is what we decided to go with. The system chosen was a Viessmann Vitodens 100 with a 42 gallon Vitocell indirect tank. Despite the acute supply chain shortages in 2022, Paradigm was able to install the system about a week after providing a deposit. Jim kept me informed of their progress via text and email and answered all of my questions promptly. Isaac led the installation and was prompt, courteous, and extremely neat. The install does take 2 days so bear that in mind if you do an installation in the winter. The system has been running since mid January of 2022, and has performed well. One of the things I like most is that the boiler is Wifi enabled and can connect to the Viessmann app where you can see your gas consumption over each day, week, month and year, as well and other parameters of the boiler such as the heating curve, and also if the boiler requires maintenance (haven't seen this work yet). It makes it easy to see how the system performs over time. My only criticism is that I would have liked to have someone help optimize the heating curve to get the most out of the condensing boiler. After the install was complete, I received follow up correspondence from the Paradigm office and from the owner, Steve, to ensure that I was happy with the system and thanking me for the business. This was definitely not expected and shows the superior customer service this company provides. They are not the cheapest plumbers, but they're also not outrageously expensive and I have never had to call them back to fix their work. And for a system that I hope will last the next 20 years, I'd rather pay a skilled professional over simply the lowest bidder anyway.

Feb 2021- We highly recommend Paradigm plumbing! Their scheduler was very friendly and asked us to detail what was needed. (Many plumbers do not have someone available to answer phones while they are working, so this was a welcome surprise.) We called in the afternoon and we were able to get services by the next am. Jordan called us and made sure he had the supplies needed for our repair before coming to our home. Jordan replaced two 45 yr old toilet shut off valves and toilet supply lines for us. He was polite, helpful, honest, quick, thorough and on time. Their prices were very reasonable for the quality of their work and quick turn around time. June 2021- Chase replaced our outdoor spigots quickly and efficiently. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of days for this non emergency situation. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

This review is long past due , but well deserved, I wanna share how amazing this company was to work with. I had quite a bit of work done from 5 mini splits, washer drain/hot/cold pipes installed, to my electrical panel being updated to a bigger panel as well as my first floor cast iron tub being reconnected with drain and faucet, these guys were easy to communicate with and were very respectful while doing there jobs, everything came out great and looks great , we had 1 issue with the electrical box that was a small issue but they came out within 24 hours after initial call an fixed the issue , paradigm is a awesome company to work with when you have multiple jobs to get done in multiple different areas as everything went smoothly, thanks again for the great service 👍🏻

We hired this company to do a furnace cleaning and diagnostics as to why our furnace was shutting down. The customer service agent says it would cost $50 service call and $150/hr plus parts. The total invoice exceeded $820.00 which is very high. Also, the technician spent time on his phone talking with his "boss" about 40 minutes for which I had to pay for this time. The technician did a good job but he took over 4 1/2 hours cleaning and servicing our furnace. He never diagnosed the cause of the problems we were having. I asked about the cause and he simply said, "he could not duplicate the issue". The furnace is working well since they serviced it. But I will say they are very expensive for furnace cleanings and charge a huge markup on parts they provide. And I don't think it is good customer service to charge me for his telephone time either. I am a Maintenance Supervisor for a large property management company in Manchester NH and I called Paradigm because we used them for a emergency plumbing issue at one of our buildings we manage. But at these prices I was charged for a non emergency, I will think I will try to find another company that is more affordable. I am a senior citizen and belong to a few military organizations in the city and I felt I was severely overcharged.

They replaced our main water line into the house (preventative maintenance). Steve took the time to educate me on what he was doing each step of the way. He is polite and professional. I was so pleased working with Paradigm! I was worried it would take forever to get an appointment and be terribly expensive. Neither was true. The woman who answered my called was polite and kind. She scheduled me in a few days and the plumber showed up when they said he would. Steve arrived and had the problem diagnosed quickly. I was given a two hour window for his arrival but he showed up at the beginning of the time. He called to tell me his time of arrival and then called again when he arrived. Steve was very polite and worked quickly and cleanly. He showed me the problem, wasting no time with chit chat. It wasn’t cheap — no good plumber is — but he solved the problem in a timely way. On Saturday I had a leak in my main pipe, and was it flooding my basement. As a first time homebuyer we had no idea what the problem was or where it was coming from. While he could have recommended a massive repiping job, he instead went back and did some additional research and brought several options to address the issue. Three years ago, I bought my first investment property, a four unit townhouse building in Allenstown, NH. While we were expecting to fix and update various things, one thing that we did not count on was the sewer system being a 60 year old Bermico pipe that was actively collapsing. My biggest fear as a landlord was something falling apart that would threaten my tenant's human rights, and it was quickly coming true. We called four different sewer experts, and we were met with various excuses as to why they could not replace our sewer line - assuming that they would even call us back - but Steve Labbe at Paradigm was the fifth and final call. Steve got back to me immediately with a proposal, start and completion date, permits in hand, and a fair-price contract. He showed up early Monday morning, as promised, and had the whole project done before I was home from work. I could not believe how fast, professional and organized this company was - it was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many other sewer companies that would not help us. If you need any service that this company provides, don't waste your time or money with any other business; call Steve at Paradigm, and get it done fast, fair priced, and get it done right! 10/10

This will be a bit of a lengthy review but important for anyone who is looking for a reputable company for heating needs. About 6 months ago or so we were told by another company (I will not name them directly) that we were in need of a new boiler. Obviously not a small project, we wanted to shop around and make sure we were choosing the right company and see what the cost from several places would be. We were quoted for several options including boiler, oil tank, and even one that included a replacement for the water tank. These quotes were all from other companies that deal in this business. Paradigm was the last company that we had come in and I cannot be more thankful. First, they had an employee come out (I believe Eric) and talked through our system and what he thought we could do. HE WAS THE FIRST ONE of four companies to suggest that we have a tech look at our system to make sure it needed to be replaced before we talk options for buying new. Their tech (I believe Gage) came out and did a thorough cleaning and talked with me about what he sees and what can be done. He even found parts of the boiler THAT WERE NOT REPLACED DURING CLEANING WITH THE OTHER COMPANY WE USED TO USE during his time here. Not only was this found and replaced but noticed that (again, the “other” company) installed a wrong piece that was lowering our efficiency. He was the only person that I can think of that talked through issues that boilers run into and how Paradigm works to fend those off through their work. Gage did a ton of work to make sure that it was properly cleaned and ready for the upcoming winter. By having Paradigm come out we have saved about $8,000 in the short run (and that number looks more like $10,000-$12,000 from other quotes). We know our system is getting on in years but are thankful that we found a company that we trust. They will be the only ones we use from here on. My biggest suggestion for those out there is start with the team at Paradigm. They know what they are talking about and are looking out for you!

I had problems at one of my rental units and called Paradigm. It was a tough call which they ended up going out two other times on this boiler system in the last month. The third time I was getting frustrated and Steve Labbe, the OWNER!, answered his phone at 7:30 at night on a holiday weekend and went out to my rental property personally to fix the boiler. When talking with Steve the next day he explained what happened and never charged me for the two prior calls. Later on I found out that one of the calls was billable and he gave me a free part on the other one. It is very refreshing to have someone you know works as hard as Paradigm does to keep their clients happy. I will refer Paradigm and keep smiling that there is a company out there that has the true values and character of a company I really enjoy doing business with. Paradigm replaced our aging furnace and central a/c in the Fall of 2015. They were great to deal with from the lady in the office to the guys in the shop and the installers who showed up at the house. Their price was fair and they did quality work. It was a complicated job and we did run into a small glitch several months later. Paradigm took care of it, correcting the situation with no problem and no games. It was a nice change of pace to not have to be on the defensive and fight for what is right. They did what was right. 2nd floor toilet was leaking into the kitchen cabinets (yuck!) and a friend recommended Paradigm Plumbing. I called late in the day and the dispatcher gave me a window of two hours that the tech would be out. Mike Smith called just prior to his on time arrival. He evaluated the problem and corrected it in just about 30 minutes, taking the time to explain what he had done and then cleaned up like he was never here. Toilet works just fine now. I am glad that I called Paradigm and I will definitely use the service again.

The wonderful thing about Paradigm is that it doesn't matter if it's a scheduled service call at 3:00 on a sunny afternoon or a burst pipe at 3:00 am on the coldest winter night. Then I called Paradigm. They were totally professional from the start. They gave me a same day appointment and they sent Sean to help me out. Sean diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me exactly what he was going to do and explained the risks associated with swapping out the parts. None of those risks came to pass and the job was completed in no time. He didn't even have to leave for parts because he brought along a kit specific to my special boiler which had just about anything he might need. I have a Kedel Pellet Boiler for almost 5 years I love it. Just this past week it failed I am in NH and you need heat up heat in the winter. I called Paradigm who installed the system and they were very responsive however the part they needed may take up to two plus weeks to deliver because of an unusual shortage. They worked hard to find this part and in fact the owner Steve drove over two hour aways away to get this replacement part for us. There was a Northeaster coming in a day and because this was coming up to a weekend I probably would have to wait several days for this part and fixing my heating system even if it was overnighted. Steve offered to come that night late into the evening to repair the system however I suggested any time the next day would work best for us. I did have a gas fireplace that was throwing off some heat. Steve the owner came first thing in the morning to repair the system because his technicians were already schedule for other jobs. Two weeks ago I had water coming in from my main drain in my basement. Not what I had expected to see when I woke up that day. I called Paradigm and they had someone at my home shortly after. They snaked the drain and pulled out a bunch of roots. They did this until they weren't bringing anything back up. They sent down a camera snake to confirm that the drain was perfectly clear that water was flowing smoothly out to the sewer. The gentleman that came out was so professional and great to work with. Out of the kindness of it's heart, my Hot water tank started leaking on a Monday night. Very convenient. I called a couple friends...no dice, a couple local plumbing and heating companies...no quick response. Paradigm answered the phone right away, patiently talked me through some steps that would keep me dry until morning and had a new Tank installed by lunch the next day. They also did some leg work looking into the Warranty on the existing Tank. This company is top notch. They don't treat you like another number, they do answer the phone and follow through on their commitment.

The people at Paradigm Plumbing (both office staff and plumbers) have been nothing but amazing. My husband and I recently decided to switch to Natural Gas after moving into a new house with an old, leaky oil tank. The folks from Paradigm went out of their way to help us get financing for the work and were patient enough to stick with us through many factors that continuously pushed the work back (none of which were their fault). Once they were able to come into our home and begin their end of the work, they were quick, clean, friendly and knowledgable. We have had many smaller projects completed by Paradigm, but this was by far the biggest and I wouldn't have gone any where else. As long as we live in NH, they will be our only plumbers. Reggie, Brian, Ryan, and two other great guys with names I can't remember did all our work and we are so pleased with the outcome. Their customer service is top notch (they called to check up on us after we had a new baby and even sent us a gift card after she was born in May) and they definitely set the bar in which other companies should strive to reach.
