Had an issue with water leaking on a lower floor following an attempt to plunge a toilet. I called Ninja Plumber immediately and asked to have someone come as soon as possible. Adam A came to service the house. He was incredibly knowledgeable on what needed to be done, was friendly, and worked effectively and efficiently to finish the job. He was honest about what repairs were needed, and I could tell he respected me and my house. Not only was the fantastic quality of his work evident when he was done, but it was finished before I knew it. I cannot recommend Ninja Plumber enough, and if you can get him, ask for Adam A. I know I will in the future if I need help! Affordable, high quality work, and great service. Thank you, Adam!

We discovered a leak in our laundry area, called at 4:45pm and they were able to send someone out that same evening. Their office was super responsive, and I really appreciated how they keep you apprised of who is coming out and when (via email and text). Jorge was really great, worked efficiently and cleanly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly.

Called two plumbers before hand and had no luck having a technician sent out here to my house. We had an urgent drain clog that was overflowing our bathrooms and showers with sewage water. Ninja Plumbers sent out their plumbing technician Julio Prera. He was amazing, came on time, evaluated what needed to be done very quickly . He let me know the prices before hand and got to work right away. Got our drain unclogged in a matter of minutes and we were right back to using our showers and bathrooms again. Very happy customer. Highly recommend them and highly recommend Julio Prera but I’m sure all of their plumbing techs are very good as well.

Great service, should have went with them in the beginning. Prices are greatly reasonable considering how fast service gets done. Carlos was my technician and was all around professional. I needed re-piping done in kitchen, and descale tankless water heater, along with checking all plumbing fixtures for leaks or repairs. Carlos helped get parts for our toilet fixtures, one of our toilets needed special parts. I wanted to have all drain fixtures to have mesh catches to prevent any future clogs and Carlos helped put some in our standing showers. Was a smooth transaction with diagnosis, invoice, getting parts, quick repair and going over fixtures and paying. Carlos was a great help with knowledge and assurance of any future jobs that I wanted to get done. There was no pressure of needing to replace any fixtures or unnecessary work. Was a pleasure finally meeting a ninjaplumber!

Ninja plumbing did a great job on our house. We had a very big sewer replacement job. Edgar came out and was very courteous and responsive to our first call. Edgar and Ken gave us a plan after using a camera …..and they replaced all the plumbing under our home. Ignacio and Danny joined them and they worked very hard for several days. Very professional and efficient.

I appreciated how thorough he was in photographing my pipe system and explaining the solutions he thought were necessary. As always, they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and good at explaining problems and options. Additionally, they are 100% reliable. We were having an emergency with our washing machine today, and saw on Nextdoor that this plumber had good reviews. I was surprised when I called that I reached someone from the company and not an answering service. They were super quick to respond and our plumber Adam was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, and really pleasant to deal with. After explaining out the problem, he was able to discern it was a clogged pipe. Adam got the rooter out and took care of it quickly! One note, is make sure if there are any discounts that you see on their site, to mention them before you have them come out to do the service. 5 Stars all the way for this company and 6 Stars for Adam!

I had a very difficult water filter to install (Aquasana). Edgar managed to fix this as well as fix my faucet and and a leak under my sink. I found a leaking safety tank attached to my water heater at 3:30pm on a Monday. Thinking I'll be shoveling water all night, I made one call. In less than an hour, my man Jonathon identified the root issue which was a busted regulator and also found that my water heater is full of deposits. Jorge showed up to help and we were back up and running by 7pm with my water pressure is now normal. Appreciate these guys. Calm, informative and professional. I had a great experience with this company and the employee Daniel who was very kind super professional. He did an amazing job in my two bathroom unclogged them both . I called three different companies prior Ninja plumming and two of them showed up and didn’t came up with reasonable solutions and left then i called Ninja around 8 pm and Daniel showed up in 45 min did an excellent job unclogged two bat tubes and two toilets . I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experiences I have had with Ninja Plumbers, especially Kevin. We have had a few issues over the past year and they have all been pretty big jobs and Kevin has helped us on all of them. He is very responsive, punctual and extremely trustworthy. We contacted Ninja to diagnose the source of a potential leak in our unit down to the garage of our building. Ninja -- and specifically our plumber, Ahmad -- were amazing. He came out for multiple visits on time and always followed up as he said he would. What we really appreciated he is would take the time to explain what he was doing before, during and after the job. This helped us feel at ease and helped me learn a lot. Where do I even begin. This company from its vans to the people are absolutely stunning. I had a VERY difficult job and it wasn’t apparent at all as to what the issues were. Adam, my technician was abs professional from the moment he set foot out of his van and the wonderful lady who took my call was the best. She listened carefully to my situation and had my man Adam out to my place in less than an hour. He and I were baffled at what was giving me my problems so set about on an absolute mission to solve it. He crawled under my house into the scariest place on earth and did some amazing detective work. When he came out he gave me the situation and it was intense. It was a mess from all the many previous people who had done bad work under the house and some of the original galvanized iron pipping from 50 years ago was still there, and that was the main problem. It was rusting and falling apart from the inside out and was installed in the craziest way known to man or alien. They worked super fast. Kept my house clean. Always early and left late, and the job is done above and beyond my expectations.

Found my go to Plumber(s). Giovanni showed up in the time window. He initially came to fix the kitchen drain which part of the pipes had started to disintegrate. He gave me the options to fix only the parts that were damaged or the redo the entire time. I opted to do the entire drain since this is a rental and all the piping is very old and I'd rather just get it all done now. I also showed him an issue with the guest bathroom bath and shower valve. He ended up having to replace the entire valve after trying the stems first. I was very appreciative that he finished both jobs even though only one was planned. He stayed late on a Saturday night to finish it all. This is important because this is a rental property that is at least an hour drive away so I was really happy to get it finished in one day. Giovanni was friendly, professional, transparent, and on time. A friend recommend Ninja Plumber to me and they did not disappoint.

I used Ninja Plumber once in 2017 and again today in 2019. First time was to work on my sink and this time was to replace my water pressure regulator. Both experiences were excellent. Justin was our Ninja today. He arrived when he said, explained the work and the cost, did the work cleanly, and then left. He was prompt and professional. I had my wife with me and Justin didn't trigger her creep-radar, which is nice. In fact, she was home alone for the Ninja visit in 2017. While we can't remember that plumber's name, he, too, gave quality service without being condescending or setting off any alarms. It's a good thing to find pros like this.

I called Ninja Plumber almost at midnight for a leak from my toilet and they sent Alen Balikcian. He was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. He came back the next morning to complete the job and was super fast. He also checked for other leaks around our house when he was done, which was awesome. She was quick to get back to me and said she could have someone right over within a matter of an hour and she actually did, unlike most places they normally don’t send any one over until random hours of the day. Great service! I had an emergency last night and they came out and worked on it until midnight to make sure it was resolved. I had a leak on my water heater hose that was spraying water everywhere. I went to turn it off and the shutoff valve which was old and corroded was jammed and wouldn't turn. Then the main shutoff was also corroded and would only shutoff partially. Carlos came out and was able to fix everything. Very professional, did amazing work and overall nice guy
