I have used Enviro Plumbing in the past and, again, was not disappointed. Not only did they get me same-day service (actually within a few hours of my call), they came earlier than scheduled, which I much appreciated. Both Manny and Gustavo were professional, skilled, and took both pride and care in their work. They fixed the problem and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing--something I fulled expected I would have to do. I definitely would call Enviro again should the need arise.

I have to admit that I was initially skeptical due to the "advance minimum charge" required before the team would even show up. Yes, that goes against the bill but I'd been down the same road before with appliance repair and once you fork over the minimum, often "they've got you". THAT said, no complaints here at all. The guys were on time, professional, friendly, efficient anf fair in all ways, including pricing. For sure I'd recommend to others on the westside of LA to use Enviro Plumbing Inc.

Very nice gentlemen to send, they quickly located the issue with my water heater and gave a thorough explanation of how to progress and accurate pricing on top of it all it fixed the leak right away. These guys were great and I highly recommend them. I live in the canyon where the pressure is around 270psi...they came in and put in some proper pressure regulators for my irrigation lines and separate ones for my home. They do very clean and high quality work and were all very thoughtful in answering all my questions. They also made some proper improvements to and around my tankless water heater. My next goal is to sort out a water filtration system and I like that they have the environment in mind when recommending options.

We have used Enviro Plumbing several times. Each time we called we were able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time, and each time the plumber arrived on time. Last weekend our hot water heater stopped working. We were able to get the problem diagnosed and a new water heater delivered and installed on Monday afternoon! Instead of waiting for the next day, Manny worked until it was dark to finish the job. A very professional company with a great staff.

We were so pleased with Enviro, who came in to take over from our previous plumber. They are extremely professional and organized, which is huge. Their communication is great, with emails, reminder calls, and text letting me know how soon they would arrive. They solved our water heater problem fairly quickly, because our guy was experienced with it in a way that the previous plumber was just futzing about trying to figure out what was wrong. He also identified the problem with our shower handle, because he had the right tools and knowledge, which had befuddled our previous plumber, who thought he should drill through the wall or something extreme. I just switched plumbers to ENVIRO! I had a leaking noisy TOTO toilet. A handyman couldn’t fix it, I tried but failed, so I Googled and found ENVIRO. I called and the phone was answered right away by a very nice and friendly woman. She got me an appointment the same day & answered all my questions. They have a great communication system of texting and tracking your job. No 4-6 hour window waiting game. Manny showed up on time and was very nice too. He explained the job clearly and thoroughly. Once agreed we did all the orders & signatures digitally which is awesome. Same day service, great customer service and excellent work. I also prefer supporting small local businesses whenever possible.

Great company. Only plumbing company that I called that would give me a price range to unclog a toilet. All other plumbing companies I called would come on site and give me an estimate, no quoted price range. Maurico and Austin arrived on time, and corrected the plumbing issue in 30 minutes. Cost me $138.

I truly would give that business 10 stars if possible. Pepe and Gustavo went above and beyond. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. My family and I had a clogged pipe that four prior plumbers had said they had either current fix or we need to completely replace it. One quoted us as needing close to $13k in repairs and i thought I should get another quote before committing to that because something wasn’t sitting well with me. Sure enough, the pipe was able to be fixed with the knowledgeable care of Pepe and Gustavo. I’m so grateful to them for being honest, hardworking and so kind.

I have been using the services of Environ Plumbing for over a year now. I am a Spa Director and due to all the oils that get put down the drains we have the whole line Hydro-Jetted quarterly. They have also assisted in other minor plumbing services. The work is always done right and in a timely fashion by professional plumbers. Plus HUGE BONUS they actually clean up after themselves. Very honest review: I kept having shower drainage problems so i gave this place a try. They charge $120 just for someone to come in and check what’s the problem but it also goes into the total of the work so thats just fine. Honestly i just didn’t like the fact that i just had them clean our shower drainage thats it and then they guy asked me to pay extra $17 he said thats just his personal charge I mean theres no problem with that but I just thought isn’t $120 enough for that simple work? but i could be wrong maybe thats a lot of work lol and they could’ve mentioned that from the start and maybe it wouldn’t rub me off the wrong way, right? But that’s really fine im just saying since i want to give a very honest review. *The lady who answered the phone was very nice and pleasant! Didn’t sound like she hated her job so thats a good Start already lol They were very professional, on time too, did the work fast and cleaned up. *the guy who came in to do the work was also very nice and professional and informative answered all my questions and all that, got in and out in about 30 mins. *Im still giving them 5 stars because they were nice people and very professional and most importantly they get the Job done! The day before I was leaving on a trip, the main water line backed up flooding the shower, laundry. I have used Enviro Plumbing numerous times as I have an old house. Not only did they discover the problem ( roots from my 35 year rose bushes had obstructed the main line) but stayed until it was cleared, which took a return visit the same day. I had problems with slow draining in my bathtub and a faulty flusher on one of my toilets. I didn't have a regular plumber, so I got on line and looked up plumbers in Santa Monica. Enviro Plumbers had some very good reviews except some said they were rather pricey. What actually caught my attention was their advertising for using Covid virus protections. That was important to me. I called and got an appointment. Manny showed up with a mask, gloves and shoe covers. I was impressed. He got to work and had both jobs completed in very good time. He said he cleaned up after himself and was off. When I looked in the bathroom to see what was done, I was very impressed with how clean and shiny everything was. After a while having a slow drain and faulty toilet flushing, it was fantastic to have everything working correctly. Recently had a drainage problem in the master bathroom. Called Enviro Plumbing and was greeted by a very nice person. Explained my situation and was told that they could have a plumber at my house within the hour. They arrived within the hour, assessed the problem and went to work. They are very respectful of your home by wearing protective coverings for their shoes. They unclogged my drain and checked other pipes. They were in and out in an hour. I use them whenever I have a plumbing problem.

After missing annual maintenance during Covid, I called Enviro and they sent Mauricio that same morning. I mentioned that recently the hot water was not consistently hot. While performing the maintenance and flush he contacted Navien and was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but was able to work around this to make sure I had hot water until he can return with the ordered part. Very grateful for the workaround and hot water until then.

Let me start by saying how awesome these guys are! I had multiple issues going on at the same time- my tankless water heater bit the dust - and the hot water was super slow turning on in the master bathroom. Daniel and his crew were able to get me a new water heater at a great price and make it so I have fast hot water! They got me back up and running same day. Not only were they on time and professional -they stayed until everything was complete and even fixed a few other things in the process that weren't even part of the job scope. They could have definitely charge me for these things but they didn't- Which was awesome and definitely rare these days. I seriously love these guys.. if I ever have any plumbing work to do I will call them for sure without hesitation. Reliable, punctual, hard-working and honest I don't think there's anything else you could ask for. Thanks guys - you rock!

Enviro Plumbing did a great job. We found a big puddle along the sewage pipe and smelled so bad. I contacted with Enviro Plumbing first time and they came quickly and found the problem, fixed completely, and killed the bacteria smoothly. They did the Hydro Jettting as well. Woke up to stressed out teenage granddaughter saying we didn’t have hot water. The water did not come out at all. Had tankless water heater over 5 years hadn’t had maintenance. Didn’t know it needed maintenance! Asked Google for plumbers in 90405 area. Enviro had 5 stars out of 5, gave them a call. Said they’d be out between 11:00 and 2:00. Two gentlemen showed up dressed in company uniforms. Couldn’t promise me success due to no prior maintenance but would do their best. Two hours later they ran all the hot water facets for 5 minutes to clear lines. I now have hot water. Enviro will call me in 1 year for maintenance.

I found Enviro Plumbing through reviews online and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I needed to have a new vanity installed in my bathroom, as well as new fixtures for the shower. I explained to Daniel, the owner, that my parents were coming to stay the next week, but that I was also unavailable for a few days. He worked me into the schedule to have two men come out to do the work within a few days, and even came the evening before to scope out the project. I was replacing my pedestal sink and the new vanity was at odds with the plumbing height, so we agreed that we needed to move the pipes. In addition, when he went into the wall behind the shower, we discovered a leaking copper pipe which would need to be replaced. Throughout the discussion, Daniel was open to my suggestions, understood my hesitations and explained the costs and options. For instance, he explained the different types of pipes we could use and their costs and benefits. Turns out the most expensive is not necessarily the best option - and I appreciated that he didn't oversell me. The plumbers were competent and efficient. There was an issue with fitting the pipe within an area of the vanity, and I wanted it to be a certain way. Daniel stopped by to work out a solution to my satisfaction. Enviro Plumbing is not the cheapest plumbing services around, but I completely trust their advice and work. They will do it the right way - no cutting corners, quality work, and aiming for customer satisfaction. You get what you pay for and I would highly recommend Enviro Plumbing and am happy to discuss their service.

I called Enviro Plumbing at 11:30 AM, desperately hoping for a same-day service call on our hot water heater. The pilot light had gone out and refused to relight. The parts had been sent under warranty and we'd been without hot water for three days. Andrea answered and very sweetly said someone could come out the next day. I thanked her and hung up, ready to call other numbers. Within seconds, Andrea called me back and said she could have Daniel there by 1 PM. Wow! Now, as it turned out, Daniel did not show up until almost 6 PM, but both Andrea and Daniel texted me all afternoon with updates, with the promise that he would definitely be there. When he and Pepe arrived, they set up lights and started assembling the parts. Each time there was a snag or problem, Daniel came to me, explaining exactly what needed to be done. By 7:30 we had hot water! Now, a lot of servicemen would have either called and said it was too late or simply not shown up at all. Daniel apologized for being late and promised to complete the job before leaving, which he did. The cost was literally HALF of what two other companies had quoted me. Andrea and Daniel texted me throughout the afternoon, keeping me updated of his status. When I was ready to pay Daniel, he told me that the invoice was already in my email, just to pay it on-line! Here is a company that has jumped into the future, successfully using text, email and on-line invoicing to maximize their customer service. So. Technology, friendly customer service both by phone and in person, keeping the client in-the-loop with any issues before and during the service call, working well past normal working hours with no added fees, more that competitive price ... you tell ME what more you could ask for!
