Two words. Carl Blackshire. Carl fixed our dishwasher after having several other repairmen visit our home at least 6 times. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, & even felt like family while conversing with him during the 1 hour (or so) he serviced the dishwasher. He even took the initiative in readjusting our dishwasher after discovering it had been installed incorrectly. Anything you need fixed, Carl is the man you NEED to call. Intertech customer service was horrible. It took them about 2 weeks to make me an appointment to come out for service that’s because I called and texted several times. However, Mr. Carl Blackshire came out to service my refrigerator. He was very friendly and he took his time to explain to me what the issue was. He made my frustration with this company calm down a bit. He was awesome. So if you have to use this company I recommend you ask for Mr. Carl Blackshire. You won’t be disappointed.

I was so pleased with the promptness and professionalism that InterTech Maintenance Group provided with their service. Tony Boyd was the electrician who was sent to my home to service my microwave which had completely stopped working. He was very considerate of the kitchen counter and made sure that everything was covered up before he began. Tony diagnosed the problem, had all the tools necessary, and worked on the microwave before he had it working the way he wanted it to. He even cleaned up after himself. What more could you want? I would definitely recommend InterTech to anyone with an electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliances problem.

Technician was Matt Chaudoin, our water heater started leaking and we put in a request to our home warranty company. They sent Intertech out as usual. They were unable to get us an appointment this week so the dispatcher scheduled the appointment for next week. Once on the schedule she called the supervisor and told him what was doing on. He manipulated the schedule so that we could have an appointment yesterday. He even came out himself and worked to diagnose the problem and find a resolution. The water heater was ordered, warranty companies are slow a bit, and my new water heater will be installed first thing Monday morning. This is so indicative of this company, they will do everything that they can to take care of their customers. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is always a pleasure to work with this company because their staff are so great!

I am very happy with the level of customer service from this company and hope they send Chris and Khris again because they seem to know what they are doing and how to pinpoint the issue.

To be honest the business itself, customer service was not much to desire. I had issues with scheduling, and no one could tell me much, but all was forgotten after Mr Seavers showed up and made repairs. We had a Very nice gentleman show up and he has stayed with our job to get this completed so I would be ready for the next phase of my remodeling adventure. Had an easy DIY problem that I jacked up, trying to replace a shower faucet in my daughter's bathroom... rounded out the seat, which didn't seem like a big deal at the time, but turned out the new washer I installed failed after just a few weeks. Wife went postal on me, demanded I call the home warranty service to schedule a real plumber come out to fix the problem. Long story short, InterTech got involved, sent out Larry DeJohn - who is just the salt of the earth kind of guy, who's expertise allowed him to fix what would have otherwise been a extremely complicated & expensive repair. Hope he's still turning wrenches the next time we're faced with a plumbing issue, cuz I'm calling InterTech rather than trying to fix it myself!

Chris and Chris came to my house to fix a leak I had somewhere behind my walls. It took a while for them to locate the leak because my house is pretty large, but they were committed to locating and fixing the problem. When they did find it, they fixed the leak then put everything back where it was before they got to it. I placed a call for a blown water heater through a home warranty insurance. Time was critical. The technician evaluated the issue. He, his manager and office submitted the work request to the insurance company immediately after the evaluation. After staying late, the office gave me a call to confirm the submission to the insurance company. That was greatly appreciated as insurance companies can take their sweet time approving the request.

We called Intertech out to our home do to get a permit to in close a screened porch.. On the date of the building inspection we found out that the people we hired before didn’t acquire a permit to add ceiling fans or run any electricity to the lights on the add on. Intertech immediately found flaws that would have caused us to fail the electrical inspection . They got the proper permit for me. We ended up with beautiful work and very nice electricians that came to our home. We will definitely call upon them again.

Intertech was assigned to repair my washing machine after the pump gave out. They were extremely courteous, both on the phone and in person, in all our interactions. Jimmy (scheduler) and Buddy (technician) were prompt and considerate. Jimmy went above and beyond to work my service order in and get my washer back up and running, while Buddy was willing to come out after normal business hours to do the repair. The ordering time for parts was very reasonable, and it means a lot to have a company that understands how important your time is. Well done.

I had a VERY GOOD experience with the service technician that came to my home. His name is Mr. Kevin Rhodes and I could not have been more pleased with him. He arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. He replaced my leaking garbage disposal and even took time to provide me with maintenance tips on how to prolong the life of my new disposal. If the rest of Intertech's technicians are anything like Mr. Rhodes, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Kevin is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the next steps for my dying water heater. He took the time to listen to my concerns, directly address my questions, and carefully document every single element in order for the replacement process to begin. He was genuinely concerned about my issue and assured me of the next steps. I know you always hear when something goes wrong, but in this instance, it went completely right. I don't understand the negative reviews here. I've had this group assigned to my problems twice now by my home warranty company. Each time they've been prompt and honest with the assessment of my issues. I've had to work with other contractors through the warranty, which can take days to weeks to get a resolution, but Intertech has always called me on the first day and sent someone almost immediately. I understand issues with warranty companies, but that's not this company's fault. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

Our home warranty didn’t cover the work so we had to pay out of pocket, but the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. I would certainly hire them again.

We were assigned to them by the warranty company and I'm so glad for it. The tech came out in a Friday evening (of a holiday weekend too!) because he wanted to see how much he could get done for us right away. The office did a good job keeping us posted on the repairs and expectations. And the technicians were excellent. Showed up on time, courteous, very conscientious of taking shoes off every time they walked in from outside, and worked quickly to get our new unit installed before the rain started. We were very pleased and highly recommend.

My home issue was plumbing and prior to the technician, named Mr. Larry DeJohn coming out I had two technicians diagnose the problem assuming what they thought it was, yet days later after each one had observed the problem, but yet it still exist. Mr. Larry would show me what it could be and he stated after sharing my videos from Friday, August 28, 2020, that there was definitely a problem and that he wouldn't leave without finding it out!!! Mr. DeJohn, did just that. I am happy and satisfied as a woman can be because it's frustrating when myself didn't have a clue, but I did know that I had a problem and he found it. I couldn't be more satisfied than I am right now!!! Thank you INTERTECH for have such a professional worker on your team, who obviously loves what he does!!!
