I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle my plumbing needs and services. I had a last minute water heater issue that was in dire need of immediate attention. Not only did Nick go out of his way to move his schedule around to make miracles happen for me...he made miracles happen for me! His incredible measure of professionalism, efficiency, extensive knowledge and friendliness went far beyond my expectations! This is, by far, the best plumbing team you can count on!

I had an issue with my water heater late evening. Found this place on google and thought i should give him a call. call was answered immediately. He asked a couple of questions, requested some pictures, and right away told me what the issue was. Instead of giving me price quotes, like some of the plumbers did, he tried to help me over the phone. I was able to make it work. Free of charge and immediate fix. Once i need to change my water heater, i am definitely giving the job to On Time Service Plumbers!!! Thank you! 5 STAR FOR EVERYTHING!!! Give him a try, and won't be disappointed.

Nick is unbelievably helpful! I had an issue with my RO system leaking and having other issues. I called On Time Service Plumbing and spoke with Nick for the first time. If you want a plumber who is a perfectionist, Nick is your guy. He saved us time and money because he knew exactly what was wrong with our RO system (that was installed by another plumber incorrectly). Not only did he help us with that, but he made sure to follow up with us the next day. Save yourself the headache and go with an expert who does things right the first time. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Nick was great! We called him at 7 PM, and explained the situation to him. He said he could be here ASAP to help us repair our shower so that we could turn our water back on. He was very professional, friendly and I knew exactly what he was doing. He was in and out of our home in less than 30 minutes. We’ve dealt with plenty of professionals in the Plumbing space before, never one as friendly and warm as Nick, while still knowing what he was doing.

Nick and his crew came through again. See my January 17, 2017 post as well. Great service, unquestionable integrity, high quality materials and very affordable plumbing services. These guys are always on and on the scene quickly. We needed to address a couple of leaking sink faucets and know that our builder had used poor quality shut off valves some 15 years ago (yet represented ticking time bombs for a major disaster). Our first call was to Nick (given our previous experiences one cold, water-less Martin Luther King weekend when no other plumber would respond). Nick quoted such a very competitive rate for the work (including high quality valves/hoses) so we decided to have all our sink fixtures installed and bit the bullet on entire home's shut off valves. FYI - these guys won't be looking around your home (in that sleazy way many plumbers/electricians do) to up-sell/cross-sell services you don't need (unless you have an immediate or near term issue). We will be giving Nick (or one of his team ... Tony is great also) a call when the time comes to replace the water main connection (from city meter to home) -- these are starting to fail in our neighborhood.

When our water heater died on Super Bowl weekend, we called around to replace it immediately. Their estimate was the best price of all 5 vendors we called. That included great that day service at an affordable cost. We are very pleased to find a reasonable, dependable plumber. They just finished the installation for us today. Let's hope our new water heater is as good as the plumber. Thank you Nick for your help.

I had to have a new hot water heater installed. And the team at On Time took such great care of me. They were professional and did quality work. Then several weeks later I needed a new garbage disposal, the On Time guys showed up the next day and quickly replaced my cracked disposal. I highly recommend this company!

Tony was our installer. He handled a complex install with old toilets firmly sealed to the floor that I couldn’t get off on my own. Did five new toilets at a great price. Cleaned up spectacularly and was very pleasant the whole day. He managed all the COVID precautions carefully and did high quality work.

Nick is very professional and very helpful. Our valve busted at 3 o’clock AM and called multiple companies that was so called opened 24/7, but no answer. When I called Nick he was on it and communicated very well. Although it was something very simple lol he got the job done. Thanks again Nick.

THE BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY COME OUT THE SAME DAY (SUNDAY), BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE FROM BEGINNING TO END. PREVIOUS TO CALLING THIS COMPANY, I'VE CALLED 4 OTHER COMPANIES, INCLUDING 5 STAR COMPANIES THAT COULDN'T GIVE ME A QUOTE, COULDN'T GIVE ME A RANGE, SAID IT WOULD BE A CERTAIN AMOUNT JUST TO COME OUT AND QUOTE IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE. I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND RECEIVED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND ASKED QUESTIONS TO GET TO THE ACTUAL PROBLEM QUOTED ME AND COMPLETED THE JOB. AGAIN, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST COMPANY. IT'S SO HARD TO GET GREAT CUSTOMER AND RELIABLE SERVICE HERE IN LAS VEGAS. BUT THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME USE THEM; YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
