Based on all the positive reviews, I decided to give Jet Plumbing a try. I am very glad I did. Tony was wonderful with his prompt, professional service and fixed my leaking toilet. Tony is the best around. Late at night my hot water heater started to leak. By 7am the next morning, Tony had called me back, stepped me through the necessary process in shutting off the water to stop the leak and was working on the replacement less than an hour later. Not only was Tony beyond professional, his kindness to the stressful situation (I had to leave for a work trip by noon the day of the repair) was unparalleled. You have found a customer for life! I would give 10 stars to JET Plumbing, Tony, and Miri if I could! We left a message on a Thursday night asking them to help us out with an issue we were having, they called us back within an hour and came to our home the very next day. The issue wound up being much easier to fix than we had anticipated and they were more than reasonable, they even took a look at our garbage disposal which was leaking while they were here! Overall very professional and genuine people who care about their work and their customers. We will only call Tony and Miri from now on!

JET Plumbing, LLC installed our water heater. We did our research and got a couple of quotes from other plumbing companies but we did not want to spend a fortune on the installation of a new water heater. We went from an electric water heater to a gas water heater. JET Plumbing provided us with a very reasonable price and they were recommend by some of our friends who have used them in the past. We agreed on a very generous price and time for installation. The owner of JET Plumbing showed up on time and started to work on our water heater. He was punctual and very careful when walking in and out of house. He made sure that he did not leave a mess behind. He was very professional and made sure that we understood every step of the installation process. I cannot say enough about JET Plumbing’s service and prices. I wish we would have discovered this company sooner. This is a five star company and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to hire an inexpensive company with great service.

I highly recommend Jet Plumbing! I was able to schedule service to replace an outdoor faucet within a week without incident. Tony was very professional and courteous and arrived timely. He provided a full inspection and estimate prior to beginning work. Pricing is fully transparent, and he did not charge for additional work needed to complete service. Tony and his brother efficiently completed the work and ensured that I was satisfied when the job was completed. Our business had a emergency pipe problem. Because the water system was installed in the ceiling we could not see what was wrong with the pipes. Tony took pictures of the problem area, explained to us what happened and what had to be replaced. The job was done very quickly, and everything was working fine after. He taught us what to do to prevent it from happening again as well. I recommend their service to anyone struggling with plumbing problems!

Very pleased with this service. Tony came to my house to troubleshoot a leaking pipe. He quickly identified the issue and thoroughly walked me through the issue, presented different repair/pricing options & made the repair (all within less than two hours). I had a great experience with Tony! I had a shower leak and needed to have the plumbing replaced. I chose Tony because not only was his quote less expensive than others, but he also provided a lot more detail and forethought when he came to look at my issue. He and his brother did the repairs quickly and were able to problem solve any issues that arose. They were very friendly and respectful, making sure everything was cleaner than when they arrived and wore masks the entire time. I also found out after the repair was done that my plumbing leak had previously reached the unit below me. I needed some additional documentation from Tony for my insurance claim and he sent over everything I needed very quickly to help get it resolved. Overall, great experience for my first homeowner issue!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to share the outstanding service I received today from JET Plumbing. I called JET Monday morning for a leak that had started over the weekend that resulted in my having to shut my water off. Tony was able to squeeze me in much earlier than I had originally anticipated. Tony is professional, courteous, and friendly. He made my two year old who wanted to watch the repair feel very comfortable. Tony also walked me through the problem and took the time to educate me about my water system. The cost of the repair seemed very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the work that Tony and his brother did for me. Most importantly, I feel like I found a plumber that I can trust and I will certainly be calling Tony for my future plumbing needs!

Tony and his brother work as a dream team! They get job done perfectly (very efficient and neat) and beyond. I am more than pleased. They are very honest and caring. The estimates are clear with good recommendations and costs are very reasonable, no hidden fees! Tony explains things very clearly and he is very patient. This is my 2nd time I hired them to do the project. Both jobs require lots of expertise to replace hot water tank and reinstall pipes to fix drainage issue. Two years ago, I had a bad experience with my previous plumber for my drainage problem. I got charged, but problem didn’t get fixed. The bathroom was backing up again. My previous plumber showed up and wanted to charge me again. I wasn’t happy and I let him go. I am so glad that I found JET! Tony was able to explain to me why I had a drainage problem and also advised me not to throw everything down the pipes like potato peels. He actually knows my previous plumber, but Tony acted very professionally and never belittled others. He and his brother re-piped the whole thing for me with low and reasonable price that I can afford. The quality of the work is not compromised. The job was done so neat! I never had any drainage issues since then. This time (today) I cannot believe that we could gain the hot water back within a couple of hours in such a hot summer day (new tank and new pipes and new valves)! Tony also offers good warranties and courtesy check. I wish I could have such reliable people everywhere! :)

I highly recommend JET plumbing. Tony responded to my call late on a Friday night, and he and his brother were able to fix my problem with no issue at all. He had to replace my waste and overflow tub drain brass unit through tight access point. He could have opted to easily access it from my kitchen ceiling, but he was able to avoid cutting a hole in my ceiling by utilizing the tight access right behind my tub. He was very nice to work with and helped explain the issue to me well. If I ever have any additional plumbing issues, I am going to call Tony. EDIT: this edit is from 1 year after I wrote the above review. Today I had to replace my water heater. Tony took my call early in the morning and within 5 hours the job was done. Tony and his brother ordered a new water heater, had it delivered within an hour, removed my bathroom vanity in order to access the old water heater, removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, reinstalled the bathroom vanity, and cleaned everything up. Looks like nothing even happened in there. They’re very professional, clean, and helpful.

Tony and his brother did a fantastic job replacing the main stack and several other old pipes and drains in my 1959 house, one of which was behind a wall in the guest bathroom. Tony was able to cut open the wall in a such a way that all the seams were hidden behind the vanity and toilet once fixed, so nothing was noticeable. They were friendly and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. They also wore masks and foot protection in the house, which is appreciated. Tony provided a thorough explanation of everything that was done and had a very fair price! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We were doing a bathroom re-model and our stop valves on our toilet and sink started leaking, we had to shut off our water main to the house. I called Tony at Jet Plumbing (which was after hours, about 6p) and he returned my call w/in 45min and came about an hour later around 7:30p. Tony has done several jobs for me now and I've never had a complaint. The last time Tony helped me out I was forced to reschedule as I waited for a new faucet to arrive. I had clogged drain, water from kitchen sink backing up to the tubs. This was before the Memorial Day weekend. Naturally, I panicked. I worried that I wouldn't be able to get a plumber to come until after the holiday. Called and left a message for Jet Plumbing on Friday. Tony returned my call within the hour. He came that afternoon and fixed my clogged drain. His service cost was very reasonable. He also gave me lots of good tips on how to keep the drain clear. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Jet Plumbing from start to finish . Tony was extremely accommodating with the timeframe I needed him to come. We recently had a kitchen sink clog. Called Tony based on all of the positive reviews. Tony called the morning of our scheduled appt. to confirm he was on his way. He is one of the nicest people we have ever spoken to both over the phone and in person. When they arrived, Tony clearly outlined the cost and he and his brother worked efficiently and effectively to not only clear the clog but to install a new faucet. When we inspected the pipes in the basement, we discovered a "hidden" leak in a darker corner area of the basement that would have posed larger problems down the road. We scheduled an additional appt and Tony and his brother not only fixed that leak, they addressed quite a few additional nuisance issues in our basement including removing an old boiler and replacing our dryer vent, etc. To say that our basement plumbing issues is much improved is a vast understatement. Their professionalism and general good cheer during the performance of the work was truly remarkable. Tony and his brother provide terrific customer service and they are two of the best workers we have ever had in our 20+ years of home ownership and dealings with various contractors.

Called Jet Plumbing last week to help fix 3 toilets and an outdoor faucet. Showed up on time, provided me with a free estimate, and told me to fix the outdoor faucet it would cost me $5 to do it myself instead of hiring them to replace. Tony did an electric hot water tank replacement at my house and it was a fantastic experience. From the beginning, Tony was very responsive, called me to talk through what I needed, LISTENED to what I wanted, didn't try an up-sell me on something more expensive. Day of install went so smooth, did the whole install in under 2 hours with his brother. Explained everything he did and the maintenance I should perform semi-annually. I had such a great experience with Tony and his brother when I called for a backed up drain. They came out within a couple hours the same day I called, were totally professional and friendly, and fixed the issue in no time at a discounted price. I had them look at another leak I had coming from my shower, was given a quote, and scheduled a repair for the following week. They were here well at the beginning of the time frame I was given, fixed it in less than an hour, explained exactly what they had done, and charged me LESS than the quoted price! I cannot say enough about Jet Plunbing. I live in a condo and in order to do the repair water would have to be shut off for the whole building. Tony worked closely with the condo association to ensure that would be done smoothly and with minimum inconvenience to the other residents. I have really struggled finding good people to do various jobs on my new (and first) house in the first few months I've been in Newington. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about plumbing anymore as I will always be able to call Tony. Where many contractors/plumbers/electricians try to give you as little service as possible for the highest price, at least to me, Tony did the exact opposite. He was prompt, great at communicating, talking me through every aspect of the problem and going out of his way to be as thorough as possible (including crawling around the small cramped attic in my roof!) and on top of that he was just a great guy. He hooked up the water line to our ice maker and checked out several other issues other plumbers told us we needed to address. Use Jet Plumbing. Tony and Miri are plumbers with heart. My water heater sprung a leak at 7pm. We called Jet Plumbing's emergency line. Tony called back in 20 minutes. He walked me through how to stop the leak. He was on the phone with me until about 10pm on a weeknight. Tony and Miri were at my house the next morning at 11:30 am to install the water heater they had arranged to be delivered to our house. Tony and Miri are professional, kind and skilled tradesmen. They squeezed this install in on zero notice because without it we would have had no running water. They take pride in their work and are extremely respectful of their customers' needs. They are also very warm and friendly people.

4 days before my daughter's wedding, our hot water heater broke and our basement storage room was flooding, we were scrabbling to clean up the mess before the water reached the wedding decorations. At Jet Plumbing you always get service from Tony, the owner, and his brother Miri. He gives a fair estimate, which was less than competitors that I checked and you pay that price. Tony comes in a white shirt and works so clean and efficient that his shirt is white when he leaves. Tony installed a replacement one hole shower valve in place of an old 1960's three hole valve. Because my house has plaster walls and the entire bathroom is tiled, I did not want to open up walls or destroy the tiles. Tony did the replacement from the shower side and installed a high quality replacement valve without ruining the tiles or opening another wall. The new valve works and looks great and the leak into my basement is no more. Since I was completely satisfied, I also had Tony install an expensive [I purchased separately from Kloter Farms] custom two-piece sink base/vanity that had to be joined, leveled and plumbed with new faucet. He did a very professional job opening up the back of the vanity for the pipes to enter. He attached the counter top and sink, and installed the faucet, feeds and drains. Professional results with with vanity and drain pipes square and plumb. Again, price was reasonable for the professional work. I was so satisfied that next week, Tony is putting in a new toilet. I trust Tony to do good work at a fair price so I have already recommended him to other family members in the area.

There aren't enough stars that I can give this company. I've been dealing with another plumber since I've purchased my home.(5yrs) We had a great relationship to the point I could let him in the house and leave to go run errands. I called him concerning an issue I was have with my garbage disposal but he informed me that he was no longer plumbing. I was so disappointed to hear this news but I congratulated him on his new endeavors and sadly hung up the phone.The last thing I wanted to do was find a new plumber as we all know it is difficult to find good help these days.....that is until I found Jet plumbing. Tony is amazing. I felt comfortable with him from the first conversation. Crazy, but I actually felt is honesty over the phone! He called me the day of the appointment and asked if he could come early which was great for me. Got to my house greeted me with a warm smile and hello. Came in saw what needed to be done pulled no punches gave me the quote and got right to work. He and his brother work so clean! They even laid down a red carpet so they wouldn't get anything on the kitchen floor and wore shoe covers the whole time. He took pictures showed me what was going on so I could be in the know. There's not enough I can say about Tony. When they were done, which didn't take long at all.. we chatted a little about ourselves...very personal guy. I would've put on a pot of coffee if I hadn't of ran out! If you don't call Jet Plumbing for your plumbing needs you're missing out on a great experience and super nice people. Thanks Tony!!!

Super Plumbers! We called Jet Plumbing for a cast iron sewer pipe break/leak. My husband had temporarily puttied and wrapped the sewer pipe. Jet Plumbing (Tony and Miri) came out and could not have been more professional. They replaced the sewer pipe, secured it, and removed all the debris (the sewer pipe was solidly clogged). I am recommending them to all of my neighbors, friends, and family. Oh, and the best part is that the price was extremely reasonable (I was expecting the repair to be substantially more expensive)!!

Not only did he install the tub, but also replaced all of the lines in the bathroom that were original to the house (1941). Tony was excellent to work with. He helped us through the entire process. My wife and I have been dealing with a flooding basement since we bought our house three years ago. We had a poorly conceived "sump" in the basement, which was just a shallow hole with a pump in it. After the last flood a few months back, we decided to see about getting it take care of, so we called Jet Plumbing. Tony was out at my house the next day. He gave it his assessment and gave me two quotes: one to just replace our setup with more efficient piping, and another to do that as well as dig out an entire sump pit. Both were remarkable good prices, so we went with the sump pit. While I wasn't home the day of the install (my wife was), they showed up around 8am and were done before noon. While there was a minor change to the scope of the work, Tony insisted that the price stay at what he quotes me. They did a tremendous job, and we haven't had an issue since. Great service. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had a gas line installed prior to contacting Jet Plumbing and it was inproperly installed and I had a gas leak. As a result of theTony came out that evening to looked at the prior installation. He gave me a price to redo the line and once he pulled the permit and it was approved he began the work within 3 days. It didn't take him but part of the day to get the work done. The following day the inspector from the town came out to approve the pressure test. Unfortunately at that time it was determined the gas line was never bonded when it was installed a few years back by the previous homeowner. the gas line. The inspector in conjunction with Jet (Tony) waited for him to bond the line and he passed the pressure test so I didn't need him to come back and the gas was turned on! There was no additional charge for this extra work which was truly greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend jet Plumbing and Tony he was just a pleasure to deal with.

Came home to find a pool of water concentrated in a portion of my basement and contacted Jet Plumbing via a recommendation. They were at my house in about 30 minutes and were able to diagnose and repair the problem almost immediately! Since the repair was minor in nature, they didn't even charge me for the service! Amazing service! I called them this morning because my toilet was clogged. Even though it was last minute they still took time to come out and accommodate me.
