Very happy we called Southern Sewer Services when we had an overflowing bathtub. We didn’t wait to call and Mike responded right away when we called. He was able to come over the same day, diagnose the problem quickly and provide a not only very helpful but easier solution to fix the problem. He spent a good amount of time working on completing the project (finished the same day) and was patient with my kids and I as we asked lots of questions. We are so thankful for Mike’s prompt response and knowledgeable expertise to help in fixing this for us. Thank you!

Experienced plumber... our water main broke in the house overnight, sending water everywhere we got the line shut off, but that meant we didn't have water and needed the pipe repaired. Thank goodness google and word of mouth pointed us to these guys; they came out the next morning and had us up and running in less than an hour they are so polite and professional, and charge a fair price. We highly recommend using them.

Southern Sewer operates in true southern spirit. Listened to home owner explain the ENTIRE situation/symptoms, thorough in inspection/detection, honest in diagnosis, fare price. I am so impressed with the authenticity I just experienced and that is why I’m leaving this review 10 minutes after Mike left. We found our plumber!!! Will use in future and I would recommend Southern to anyone in need!

Fast friendly service guaranteed and reasonably priced! Update: I recently had a reoccuring issue at a property in Gulfport where I am Service manager. It was a unit that Michael had recently serviced and guaranteed. Upon receiving my after hours call notifying him that my technician had been dispatched to an issue there, Michale went out and made contact with my technician in very short time. The issue was quickly resolved. (Turned out to be a seperate issue unrelated to their previous service) I highly recommend Southern Sewer Service to anyone needing fast and speedy repair work wether standard or emergency service! 100% recommend! You can tell everyone in the company genuinely cares about their customers. From the very responsive and respectful dispatcher, to the straightforward technicians. They’re very honest up front about what needs to be done and very fair with their pricing. I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to ensure I knew exactly what they were doing. My clogged pipe was by my air handler in the attic. It was not an easy job and it was like a sauna up there. Justin and Mike powered through and got everything working good as new. Thanks fellas!
