Nathan and Brandon cleaned the kitchen sink which apparently was clogged with grease. They were polite and extremely friendly and very very knowledgeable. My problem was solved in record time. They were the best! Great plumbers and fabulous customer service ambassadors for North Star Plumbing!

Probably very reasonably priced too Update - had NorthStar to our place yesterday to replace an entire toilet and as usual, excellent work. Clean, fast, nice guys and he did an EXCELLENT job

Love how fast they were able to get out to our house to repair our shower drain and unclog our sewer. Nathan and Kamern did amazing work and they were very professional the entire time. We called North Star Plumbing on a Wednesday and they had them out here the next day!

This was the first time I've used NorthStar Plumbing after a suggestion from another contractor. They went WAY above and beyond. The work was not easy and they kept at it and got it done. Even when we hit unexpected issues after opening up the foundation they were up front with me and kept clear communication about paths forward and options. I had no problem with NorthStar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. The guy who fixed the leak under my kitchen sink, John I believe, was super friendly and even looked at my bathtub drain because it was corroding. I really appreciated him doing that for me, even though he didn't have to. If I ever have another problem, I wouldn't mind having someone from NorthStar come analyze and fix it!

I had called Northstar plumbing late afternoon on a Monday and they came Tuesday morning to replace my washer valves. They were very friendly and got it done quickly. The pricing was better than what I had been quoted by other companies. Will definitely be recommending them to other's.

After not hearing back from a different plumbing service for over 24 hours, I called NorthStar. They came out the same day and augered our old backed up sewer pipe. They were fast and explained everything well. Would definitely recommended!

Had NorthStar install kitchen sink waste piping. I was very glad they could come out the same day I called. The price was about what I would have expected for the job. They did the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.

Staff do not educate their clients well...the put a new wax seal on my toilet and then recommended that I have the floor replaced which required taking off the toilet and breaking that brand new wax seal...after I called they agreed that their staff need to communicate this better to their clients but only refunded me a portion of the wax seal cost, I feel that they have been in service long enough to know to educate their clients about this problem, will not be using them for future jobs.

The tech that came to our house was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave tips on how to prevent future issues. He was very personable and understanding. Fabulous service!

Ben with NorthStar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning came out this morning and gave a very reasonable quote on roughing in plumbing in my bathroom remodel and he even carved out time to do the job on the spot if I accepted the quote. I was impressed with the customer service and how he took the time to explain what needed to be done in order to go from a single sink to a double vanity. The plumbing was done perfectly. I highly recommend NorthStar Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
