I was in need of my heating system serviced and I called PAC plumbing. They were very professional and were able to help me the same day . A few hours later technician James came and checked all the pipes , labeled them correctly and serviced my system. He explained exactly what he did and was knowledgeable about his profession. I feel at ease now knowing he did his job correctly and I signed a yearly contract. It’s nice to know I have the protection I need to keep my house running smoothly. We called PAC about a clogged kitchen sink drain. We were able to get an appointment right away. The tech, Bobby, was on time and explained the job and the cost thoroughly. I called today and was able to get a spot today promptly. The lady on the phone was very patient, and polite. I was texted a photo of who will be coming and a little bio about them! Louie was very professional, friendly, thorough, and polite. Checked on all parts before we paid by card right there. Got the invoice on the spot. Pricing is not something I did extensive comparisons on enough to discern if it was good value. But it was great service. He wore shoe covers anytime he needed to come into the house and answered all of our questions. Overall a pleasure to work with and likely to call again in the future.

Diagnosed split air problem. Provided options for repair and replacement. Appeared honest and answered questions fairly. Prices appeared very high and I chose to hold off on repair/replace and see if I can add freon. Luis was helpful and while was able to get price slightly lowered though it still seemed high. Update: Was able to add refrigerant in 30 minutes. Total cost $200. Good heat and A/C so far.

Routine maintenance with my contract for my annual heating system check. James was really great! He was very good at communicating what he had to do, what he was doing and took the time to even make sure we knew where the shut off valve was on my hot water tank. You have to appreciate the level of service and attentiveness because it’s so hard to find today.

This was a water tank inspection due to error codes. No repairs needed to be done at this point. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I requested an estimate for a new water tank installation, which I received within 10 minutes. So far I am very satisfied with their services. It also helped to have joined their membership program, which provides free visits and yearly regular inspections of heating and air conditioning units.

Devran was also very kind and respectful. He came just to make sure the boiler/furnace and plumbing are in good order but went out of his way to go above and beyond trying to fix a wonky toilet handle and a loose faucet. We purchase a water filtration system then no one was willing to install. I called quite a few places some seen even in commercials for being top company. All refused but not Pac Plumbing. They are from Staten Island and was more punctual then the other companies that are in the neighborhood and we live in NJ. They installed it on the same day they did an expection for us of our over all plumbing and mech. Since our 1st initial visit and I section. We have replaced our water heater and fixed a portion of an eroded pipe and they have been by far an all around top company from there workers to the staff on call. Over all A+, From the safety check of seeing a picture of your worker for the day And the professional and punctual arrival. We are truly blessed to know we have this company maintaining our home.

PAC was very professional since the moment I contacted them, providing email and SMS updates for scheduling and service people. I had a new furnace and condenser put in and something went wrong with the electric feed. They were unable to resolve it and called someone to look at it. The person who arrived did not mention that he is with another company and that he would be charging me separately. When he resolved the issue and said "that will be xx dollars but you can just give me yy dollars", I was puzzled. I asked who he was with and he said "DRP". DRP was completely unprofessional. The person did not state that he was with a different company, that the work was billable, and what his rate was. In summary, PAC was professional and made sure to resolve all issues while the unexpected DRP was evasive and unprofessional.

Devran was very helpful in determining the problems with the toilet bowl and bathroom sink. Both leaks ultimately caused the bathroom ceiling below to collapse. He replaced both and have had no problems since. They also did a fine job cleaning up after themselves and taking the old toilet and discarded it. Thank you for such a professional job.

(Update) REVIEW FOR 09JAN2023 Service: I just wanted to start with the issue, that when they did the previous service, our heater radiator then started to shut down one by one until the whole of our first floor turned cold—which is weird because it is not connected with the valve for the heater radiator—so we had Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a cold house. BUT I want to commend the good service, even their office personnel, Kayla and Daniel are very professional and such lovely people, esp Daniel, he helped us with this dilemma step by step over the phone. Lastly, I want to give a big thank you and big praise to James, who was also the one who came here last time, he explained everything to us clearly and resolved the issue and gave us the best solution possible. He knows his stuff and even tried to teach us which is which; Even though I was really sad and disappointed that this issue suddenly came up when we just had something fixed there, this company really uphold their reputation as being professionals and very very kind, even when I was a little emotionally distraught, they remained calm and gave me options. Though very expensive lol but anyway, very good staff! The best I must say! So the stars are for the staff, the one unlit star is for the pricing because it is very high, but let’s see, I might update this still. (EDIT) Changed it to 5 stars, they gave us discounts so to lessen the burden of the original price, hopefully it will reflect soon in our account ALSO I forgot to mention they have a Military/Veteran discount which is a Plus! Installed stackable washer/dryer in very small area. Required removing and resetting chimney pipe so that washer/ dryer could fit. Bobby and Dale did an absolutely amazing job. The installation was very difficult and Bobby addressed the issues , found resolution and completed the job. The PAC team from the service consultant to the front office , to the installers were complete professionals, knowledgeable and very considerate. During installation a light was shorted out by the electrician that PAC brought in to assist in the installation causing a power shortage to a freezer that was not discovered until days later. PAC stepped up immediately addressed and fixed the problem, they went even further and gave me a gift card to replace the food that was lost and replaced a humidifier that got accidentally thrown out during the install. This is a company that truly stands by their work and their customers. I didn’t think a company like this existed and Based on my experience I would highly recommend PAC.

The representative that answered the call was Steven and he handled the intake portion of scheduling my appointment. Steven was thorough and patient. Collected all the details that were relevant and relayed then in my file for the tech to review. They sent an e mail confirmation that we had booked the service call which I really liked. I was notified by e mail and a call that Luis would be arriving and provided a picture so that I would know exactly who to expect at my home. He was on time, professional and went through a comprehensive process to try and rectify my issue. Luis and I discussed the systems in house and other concerns I had and he suggested we sign up for the maintenance plan. I was so pleased with his work, he was in no way trying to just sell me he took note and examined my system and evaluated their condition as a professional should. Luis came out to troubleshoot and repair our A/C. He’s very professional and friendly and didn’t take long to get everything fixed. I would definitely be happy with him coming out again for any plumbing, AC or other house issues. Get the membership package it definitely pays for itself really quickly.

Residing in a low-lying area, it became apparent that a backwater valve would be necessary, particularly during hurricane season. I contacted PAC Plumbing and arranged for an estimate. Paul came to my home the next morning, right on scheduled, polished and professional. It was clear he vast knowledge and experience in the subject of plumbing engineering. With a good first impression and reasonable price, I provided a deposit so that parts could be ordered that same day. A few days later, Ken and Christopher showed up at my home, right on time. Paul showed up a few minutes later to provide directions to complete the job. Both Ken and Chris were nice guys and pleasant to be around. Like Paul, they were well polished and clearly happy in their work. By day's end, the work was completed and the room cleaned up. The backwater valve is in and any flooding concerns I have are gone.

Owning a home is challenging, and plumbing can be one of the scariest parts of it. The staff at PAC are all - from the front desk to every single person who will walk through your door to help - friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If they can’t immediately identify the problem, everyone I have encountered from here - notable shout outs to John and Devran - will get a serious look on their face and FIND the issue. It’s not a problem for them, it’s a puzzle that they are very good at solving. In the one instance where they thought they had fixed the issue and it turned out to be something else, the company worked with us to lower the cost of everything since they had addressed the “wrong” issue. I highly, highly recommended using PAC for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs. The only thing that disappoints me is that I am moving and can no longer be certain I will have such stellar service at my new home, a thousand miles away. Any plans to go national?

We hired unlicensed contractors to completely remodel our bathrooms. After they had finished the job and taken our money, we had a musty smell coming out of the bathroom, almost as if there was a dead rodent rotting away somewhere. I called PAC and they performed a peppermint test to determine where the smell was coming from. They said it was the toilet. They scheduled an appointment to come take apart our toilet where they noticed that the previous incompetent construction workers did an atrocious job. PAC explained what had to be done right the first time and they did a phenomenal job fixing it. Bobby, one of the technicians, even called his boss and owner of PAC, Paul to come look at what was wrong and Paul suggested what had to be done to fix it. Everybody that we dealt with at PAC from their scheduler Teresa to the technicians Pablo and Bobby were an absolutely pleasure to deal with. PAC can be pricey but you are paying for the terrific work they are doing and their job is guaranteed. Lesson learned to hire professional contractors only and for any future plumbing, heating, or A/C work that needs to be done to only call PAC.

Gerard called me to tell me that he was on his way to my house and they sent me a text message with updates of his arrival and the picture and name of the person who is coming to my house.The P.A.C technicians Gerard and Andrew wore their mask and covered their boots before they entered my house, they were very nice, professional, knowledgeable. They went above and beyond the call of duty. My house was a pig sty. I didn’t have time to change the cat litter. It was bad. Not one complaint. Not one eye roll. They gave us suggestions that we never thought of for everything. They gave us updates. On Sunday morning, March 19, 2017, we discovered that our water heater went. Kitchen downstairs flooded and we didn't have any hot water. Everyone in our household had to hassle Monday morning with pots of hot water to fill the tub. We contacted P.A.C. and they were at our house Monday afternoon replacing our water heater. Bob & Phil were the technicians. They were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. They kept us informed as to what needed to be done. AND they cleaned up after themselves. Gereard Jensen did an excellent job of diagnosing and replacing the Ignition gas valve in my HVAC unit. One week later the unit stopped working. He came back and together with one of their company technicians they diagnosed the problem. My HVAC is 17 years old and needs to be replaced. But they extended its life when Gerard replaced the heating and cooling circuit board. Gerard was great, always freindly, professional, and skilled. When you buy a house, apartment or Condo, especially an older one, you are going to need two things -a sense of humor and the names of some great contractors – be that a GC, an electrician or a plumber. We can’t help you with the humor, but we can help you with regard to contractors, in this case a plumber. We went with PAC and you should too. So, what is the focus of our laughter? We have a Victorian that we went into with eyes wide open, we knew it needed work - we just did not realize quite how much. But after the fire department extinguished the flames and the winterization revealed all the plumbing to be falling apart, not to mention so far out of code it was unlikely it had ever been in code, one thing we were looking at was complete replumbing. We had several companies come by, but the choice was easy. PAC, as in the owner of the company, Paul Campione, paid very close attention to everything we wanted to happen and everything we did not want to happen - from our preference for old materials (cast iron drains, lead sheeting for shower bed construction) to our desire to preserve the old parts of the house untouched. And Eric, his son, who managed every aspect of the day to day work has never once waivered from making sure that everything went exactly as we wanted. Simply put, Paul and Eric have an ethical compass that is absolutely true. They are also lovely people. Did we have hiccups? Sure. But the expertise of Mike and Daniel, Bob and Drew along with Eric’s determined oversight meant that not only did those get resolved, we avoided numerous pitfalls. An example? The entire cast iron stack had to be replaced. It was cracked from top to bottom. Oh, what lurks behind walls. Somehow, while managing to introduce previously absent venting to every fixture and do so without leaving a trace of that pipe work visible, Mike managed to find a way to avoid us having to dig up the entire cellar floor. To tie the new iron downpipe into the existing subterranean iron work took real skill but he pulled it off. We have just completed the last finishing work and are days away from closing out the whole process which means we have been through months of work and much anxiety, but we are as convinced now that retaining PAC was the right choice as when we started. Skilled. Diligent. Attentive. Ethically as strong as the iron they put in here. And darned nice. Your home may test your sense of humor, but if you get PAC in to test your plumbing you will have one less thing to worry about. Call PAC and meet the PAC or Eric yourself. You will see.

My mom called PAC and monitored John in place of my father who was at work. John was very polite and patient looking for leak in a Moen faucet which turned out to be a lemon. Found loose screw inside the workings of faucet which caused water to flow down inside the faucet and flood my floor below sink. Corrected problem within a short period of time. Prompt, took the time to listen about the problem. Quick repair. I would recommed in a heartbeat. The only issue I have, and this isn't PACs issue, thats why I gave them 5 stars, is that a part that looked like it cost about $30 to make, cost over $600 totally outrageous. Nothing more than a small 24v motor, 3 microswitches, a relay, a diode, resistor and capacitor and some wire. That's it!
