I couldn't be happier with this company. Everything they did was as promised, on time, and very professional. I received a reminder call the day before my appointment, as well as a call the day of the appointment to tell me Brandon was on his way and to expect him in 15-20 minutes. Brandon was able to fix an issue that has been going on since shortly after I moved into this house in 2009. I have had three plumbers out to look at it, and all were unsuccessful in finding a long term fix. Brandon was able to fix permanently, and everything works fantastic. They also stand behind their work, and I have a one year warranty on what they did here. Very pleased with this company, and will absolutely use again if I have a plumbing issue.

I contacted Pipe Monkey on a Friday morning and they said they could get in first thing Monday morning. Brandon showed up about 5 mins early, introduced himself and went right to work. He was great at letting me know what to expect from pricing to what work was being done. When the shower was fixed he walked me through the repairs, shown where he caulked a few areas to prevent future damage, and had cleaned the drain while he was at it. Very prompt customer service via phone to schedule and in-person. The technician installed a new garbage disposal to replace one that was not repairable. He was extremely careful and thoughtful regarding Covid procedures (including wearing a mask and wiping down everything touched - including my credit card) as well as wearing booties inside the home to protect the floor. I had taken items out from underneath the sink to make installation easier, the technician replaced everything before leaving. Very good experience from beginning to end, I would use them again.

I got to say this is the best experience I have had period with any company. Ryan came out and checked out my sewer line issue and explained what he would do for the project and had a very reasonable quote. Then when he came back to do the work every day he went over and beyond what I had expected working long hours to get my very long 250+ feet sewer line replaced. As the project went on his perseverance and positive attitude made the project fun. I learned so much from Ryan he was so knowledgeable and able to change gears on the spot without hesitation when circumstances changed. The modern equipment and tools he uses during the project made every piece of the project go so much smoother keeping me confident in the work being done. He is the type of guy that has a tool ready for everything. The day he left hated to let him go my property looks better than when he got here.

I signed up for the Diamond Club Membership last year when I needed my main valve replaced. Part of that membership was an annual inspection. What a great service! This year they called me to schedule a convenient time to maintenance my water heater, checked all my sinks and faucets for leaks. My kitchen faucet had a small leak and he fix it right then and there. Super Nice Guy! Very knowledgeable about explaining the parts of a water heater that need regular maintenance to get more life out of the water heater. I thought that was good information so I knew what to anticipate in future expenses. Kind of like needing brakes change for the car, but my water heater. I highly recommend Pipe Monkey.

Customer service is 100% with this company. I also was very pleased with their ability to provide pricing immediately so there were no surprises. It's funny that some companies avoid talking about good AND bad scenarios that they can come across. Very frustrating when people don't want to provide realistic expectations. I did not feel like this at all, Brandon provided a couple of scenarios that could have caused my problem and explained how much it would cost for each. Our problem ended up being in the middle and once diagnosed it was fixed promptly. Our family now has hot water again very quickly because of the prompt and friendly service. I will using them again in the future!

Ryan helped troubleshoot a water leak undeground in our yard. He was professional, clean, and courteous. The problem in my yard turned out to be from our neighbor's water line, and they ended up hiring a different plumber to fix the leak. But those guys were not nearly as professional as Ryan at Pipe Monkey, and they were not very considerate when they left behind a pretty big mess for me to clean up. Ryan, on the other hand, had proactively offered ideas on how to keep the excavation mess to a minimum. I wish the neighbor would have hired Ryan and Pipe Monkey. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Pipe Monkey will definitely be the first one I call.

This company is on top of it. They not only confirmed appointment times and called 20 minutes prior to arrival but they also called after the service was complete to make sure the level of service was good. The plumber was friendly, helpful, professional; everything you could ask for in the service industry. I thought I had a sewage smell coming from the toilet/sink. After some investigating, it turns out some birds had made a nest in the vent leading to the bathroom. I didn't expect the plumber to clean out the bird's nest for me, thinking that I would have to call a pest exterminator or clean it out myself. The plumber helped me move some outdoor furniture around and cleaned out the vent. He definitely went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company

Work was done well and very prompt service. I just thought it seemed awfully expensive. $70 service fee and $194 to clear out the clog in our kitchen drain (they had to run a line down the main stack)! I mean, when you've already paid a service fee, you've sunk the cost in so then when you find out the "guaranteed pricing" for the clog, what are you going to do? I guess you say yes to an incredibly expensive clog clearing. $500 later for the service fee, clog and updated pipes under the sink (which, yeah, that last part did probably take awhile). Perhaps this is the going rate for clog clearing....

We've used these guys for a while now, each time they've been great. Recently we've had some issues with our floor drain backing up in the basement. Ryan and Mike have been out a few times for it and were great. Ryan was very patient with me and explained everything so I could understand the problem. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They replaced my entire exterior water line with a brand new copper line without disturbing a thing on the surface. A horizontal borer was used with acute expertise. Some excavating was required around the stop box, but extreme care was exercised to replace and compact all the displaced material. The sod was peeled and replaced with such care that there is hardly evidence of a disturbance. All my questions were answered. Everyone was very courteous.
