My experience with Plumbline was great from beginning to end. When I called, the person setting the appointment was very friendly. When the technician was delayed at another site, I was called early in the day to make sure I could be available later. The technician, Preston, was courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain to me what was fixed. He also worked with me to make sure I got the best price.

I called Plumbline for a second opinion/price quote. After explaining the situation, they gave me a straight quote right away. They scheduled to come the next day. While here, our tech explained everything very well, was willing to let me see what he was doing and didn’t mind my questions. I recommend Plumbline. I've been using Plumbline for 2 1/2 years - always great service. Yesterday we had Dave Godfrey come by for a plumbing repair and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of plumbing and discovered a way to repair our leak in the basement without cutting into the ceiling. He took the time to brainstorm a better repair method and it worked flawlessly. He is very experienced and knowledgeable at what he does. If we have plumbing repairs in the future; I will be asking for him specifically. Thank you Dave!

Etienne and the snake line that broke were great at confirming we needed a pipe replaced for a pedestal sink to function. Thank you for the thorough clean up, too! Deborah was incredibly helpful in getting the ball rolling in the right direction after a somewhat rocky start. Plumbline provided major plumbing repairs for us. They had to remove all old cast iron pipe under the foundation in our entire house (and a section on the exterior) as it had deteriorated. We got 3 bids and Plumbline’s was the best in every category but most especially on price and the lifetime warranty. Ricky was our point person; he was truly fantastic to work with every step of the way…professional, responsive, and above and beyond style. The on-site team were all great as well-always friendly and professional. That project was a lot of hard work and we’re truly impressed!

Estimate approved in the $440 range. Tech asked me to sign after quick excellent repair that I was satisfied with the work. Said he would send final receipt electronically. Billed $537. I called office 4 times with no resolution. Last call told me I needed to talk to Service Manager and transferred me to his voice mail. I Left message. Never called me back. They appear not to be concerned with customer issues.

Matt arrived at 12:45 for the 1 to 5 PM appointment slot. I requested Matt after great experience in our home, to help my parents resolve a ceiling fan that wasn’t working. After about 15.minutes, he determined the remote control module had failed and temporarily wired the fan to work with the wall switch.The only charge was the $99 VIP membership, which provides 15% all services, priority scheduling and other benefits for 1 year. My parents who are 91 & 88 are delighted with every aspect of the service received.

Justin was great! They gave me a window of between 8am-1pm and he called when he was 45 minutes out. While he was working on our furnace he was very thorough, went over everything with me and made sure I understood what the issue was. Chris from PlumbLine came to our house. He arrived on time and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He introduced himself, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me regarding our shower leak. He asked all the right questions and then proceeded to analyze the root cause of the leak. He was upfront that there would only be the $49 service fee for him to come out, if we don’t do the work needed , but that it would adjusted if we were to use him. He spent around 45 minutes diagnosing the issue at hand. After his findings, he presented me the pricing to fix the leak. I gave him the green light to proceed. He was meticulous, explained to me the cause, why he’s fixing it and how to prevent this in the future. He took his time and upon completion he cleaned up. I would recommend Chris at PlumbLine to anyone.

I initially went through the trouble of trying to go through my home warranty company to get another company to come out. But after sitting on hold for hours, I went to Plumbline's website and booked a next-day appointment in the span of 5 minutes. We would like to commend Jonathan for the plumbing work he did on our 83 year old house in Lakewood. The morning he came he had to work around an excavation being done on our sewer line. The bathroom sink pipes and drain went into the wall so he had to completely rerout those fixtures. Then he went out of his way to locate a new sink for us that would fit the opening in the counter. He also installed a new line to an outdoor faucet and a new house cut off valve. He worked without a break until 7 o'clock that evening. We now have new plumbing on that area of the house. Electrician, Acacio Alves, was incredible! By far the kindest, most professional, hardest working service professional I have encountered, ever. Just an all around great human being for that matter. He was consultative and informative on the various pros and cons with options for installing new electrical outlets - how many, placement, planning for easy change later if we need to with finishing our basement, etc. Acacio also repaired the electricity to our furnace/AC unit incredibly quickly. Contacted PlumbLineServices because of the kitchen sink drain being clogged far away from sink (about 20-25 feet), close to the main line and I was not able to fix it myself. The cost to replace my faucet and labor was only covered because Adam, the installer, worked with Costco and the previous company to cover the costs. Jay, our electrician was great. He explained everything, went through all of our goals, and gave timelines on when things could be done for future projects. He moved a 220v outlet during the visit. Scheduling was a big pain. They gave me a window from 1-5 on Monday. Then called me 6 times between 11- 11:30 requesting our electrician come early. I called back at 12:30 and they stated the electrician was overbooked and I needed to reschedule for a different day. He was able to come Saturday, but again they had us scheduled in a window from 8 - 12, then called at 9 saying the window was changed to 1-5. We had a washer/dryer delivered and was unable to have it installed because of the scheduling issue with PlumbLine. Just frustrating and causing us more headaches and loss of money for paying for installation, but not having the outlet to install because of PlumbLine not keeping their appointment with us. I’m not sure if I’d recommend the company. But I would recommend the electrician, Jay.

Plumbline came to my house yesterday and fixed my heater in less than 20 minutes. Prior to this, another company came out and spent 40 minutes identifying the wrong problem (a bad discontinued circuit board) and then tried to sell me one of their own heaters for $6,800. My wife and I were disappointed. Out comes Plumbline in their nice truck with a technician that identifies the real problem in less than 5 minutes. A cracked and worn Surface Ignitor. He runs out to his truck and grabs a new one and repairs it in 5 minutes. He was awesome! You immediately get the impression that Plumbline knows their stuff big time. He cleaned up the base of the heater and surrounding area and by the time he left, our upstairs was heating up. A great feeling knowing that we were getting sub-0-degree weather that night. So $6,800 and a frigid night upstairs versus $380 and a warm upstairs. Can't recommend Plumbline enough!!

Plumbline Services was the perfect go-to for getting our main kitchen drains unclogged. Scheduling was a breeze - done on-line in seconds with many available options for when to schedule them to come out (no phone calls, being on-hold, messages, etc.!). Went on to their site on a Saturday afternoon and immediately got scheduled for the upcoming Monday. Wyatt and Grady called first - then showed up on Monday morning, They both were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competent, and they explained every aspect of what they were doing and how they were doing it and answered any question that we had. Our drain was quickly and successfully unclogged, and then thoroughly tested several times to ensure that our drain was open and would not back up again. The cost was very reasonable and was a pleasant surprise. To summarize, they provided superior service and were very efficient - just as dealing with Plumbline's scheduling process. This was probably the best "find and call out a contractor to repair/service something at our home" experience we have ever had with any contractor/service, for any issue.

These guys were good. I worked with Kurt Muse. Excellent diagnostician. News was not good on my problem. He diagnosed and explained the problem and solution clearly and thoroughly. The price was very high in my opinion, but included a lot of concrete work. I had no time to get 2nd opinion so I accepted his proposal. Work was done well and all done in one day. The only problem I had was the price to excavate bad pipe, replace with new one, and cover the pipe with concrete. If I had been able get a competitive offer I feel certain I could have reduced the cost of the project by 30%. The actual plumbing work was not technical. 90% of the proposal was construction labor.

Jason was our tech and was kind understanding, and professional. ORIGINAL:I honestly couldn't be more disappointed with their scheduling staff and customer support. I called at 3am when our AC wasn't working (24 hours). I spoke with one of their CSR's who "scheduled" me for today between 1 and 5. I was super happy considering I'm pregnant and the heat is miserable and dealing with a broken less than 1 year old AC is already stressful. However I never got my confirmation email/text so I called today at 1150 am to have them send me the confirmation and spoke to some snotty woman who advised that they wouldn't be able to get to me today because THEY overbooked and that she could get some one out Friday instead. I get accidents happen but make it right, this is something THEY messed up. I took the afternoon off of work for this and had I not called I'm pretty positive they just wouldn't have come. They talk so highly of this "premium" service and that if you buy the "plus" membership they come out almost immediately when needed. Yeah needless to say that is a joke.

Recently we unfortunately needed to have a new sewer line installed due to age and breakdown of our system. The final project was completed and we are very satisfied. Prior to the final project , Plumbline advised us of a money saving way to fix the sewer line, which unfortunately didn’t work . When the final project was completed, my wife and I were charged approximately $ 8000 dollars for the first dig that was labeled as “ Exploratory “ and didn’t work. When I asked employees to explain this to the Supervisor who made the decision to over charge us, I was told he was very frustrated due to excessive work he had after he attended a conference with the president of the company, and he wasn’t going to help us with the cost . Plumbline has been one service provider that has always either been able to come earlier than planned or at least right on time. Of the 3 or 4 times I have worked with them I have never had to wait for them to arrive later than the quoted start time of the service window. The service tech today was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions. He gave me multiple quotes for a number of services that either I asked about or that he suggested based on industry standards. He called his support to verify if my service would be eligible for financing and was very nice to explain that the option to finance over 12 months interest free means that you can't just pay the minimum monthly payments. If you don't want the interest you have to divide your total by 12 payments and have the final payment made on time or a day or two early. I do the same with my Home Depot purchases that are eligible for interest free payment options. So it was nice to have a representative clarify that. I know the idea of those deals is to have the consumer default by just paying the minimum monthly amounts, and the business might frown on it, but I also trust service providers more when they explain things like that. My tech was also very clean. He wore a face mask the whole time and wore protective shoe coverings (took them off and put them back on each time he came in or went out). He cleaned up everything and didn't leave a mess. He also showed me how to reset the disposal if it made no sounds when trying to operate it, and how to help clear it if it gets jammed (meaning you can hear it attempt to grind but nothing happens). No sound and nothing happens = reset, some sound but nothing happens = use the crank tool to manually maneuver the insides. BUT MAKE SURE THE WALL SWITCH IS SET TO OFF! Plumbline has won a new VIP client for their continued and repeated excellent service over the years and today with my new disposal is another reason for that!

However, he was unable to install thermostat because he didn't feel he was able to do installation due to our system being built in 1997, and felt a more seasoned electrician would be able to do installation. When my AC went out, the guys at Plumbline were quick to respond. Jeremiah came out first to see if the AC could be fixed, but the unit was a 1999 model and needed a lot of work. Once I decided to look at new models, Josh was at my house within 15 minutes to measure out everything and discuss options. I believe the gentleman's name was Dominique, he came out pretty quickly took a minute to look at what needed fixed, then grabbed his tools and got the job done in roughly 30-45 minutes. We then turned on all the water in the house to make sure it was draining correctly. Afterwards I paid and he left. He also cleaned up any messes he made during the job which was a first for me. Typically I have to clean up when I call someone out to unclog that drain. But not this time.
