Had an emergency situation: outside spigot broke off and there was no shutoff for it under the house. I called Meetze and they had someone out in an hour. I got a quote for the repair and for a new water heater (I was actually getting ready to replace it but after the broken spigot I gave up on the idea of DIY). 4 hours later, I had a new spigot with a shutoff on the pipe, and a new heater with new heater hut and all piping (except the original gas line) replaced. It was a bit spendy, but I feel that the quality of the the work, having it all done by a professional, and their 6 year warranty made it well worth it.

Customer service and sense of urgency was excellent (they fit me in quickly when they had no appts available - water leak). The technician was on time, professional, trustworthy, did an excellent job, and was a really great guy. He fixed the toilet supply line and I was going to repair the toilet valve myself, but when he was finished, found out that he did it for me already with my part that was in the bathroom! I highly recommend Meetze (and Willie/ technician), and is the only plumber that I will be using in the future.

Sean K. provided excellent service in every possible way. From the time I called Meetze Customer Service, Sean and his helper Justice were at my door in about a 1/2 hour and they stayed from about 1:30 pm to about 11:00 pm replacing my hot water heater, pipes, housing and pad to give my disabled son and I hot water. He spent time with me on the phone getting pre-approval from my home warranty company on parts and service costs. Sean did a great job explaining everything. He couldn’t have been nicer, more experienced or professional. Justice was also very polite and helpful. Sean is the best advertisement Meetze could have. Many thanks to Sean for his due diligence. Considering that any sort of plumbing problem is not a happy experience for anyone. I am incredibly thankful for the service that was provided by Meetze and their tech Ivan who came oout Their customer service over the phone was great. They were courteous and understanding , very informative and maintained good communication throughout our experience. Our tech was honest and upfront about our situation. Addressed our questions, concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable. We unfortunately discovered that the issue was much bigger than predicted. However, Ivan was able to set up a temporary solution that would allow us some normalcy till their install team can come out and address the bigger problem. I'm not looking forward to the work that needs to be done , but I am looking forward to working with the Meets team again. I greatly appreciate what's been done thus far and am optimistic that the continued service will be similar if not better.

Zach was excellent! He explained what needed to be done and gave me options to keep within my budget and still resolve the issue. I’ll be contacting Meetze for future work for other items that Zach quoted me on. He was thorough with going over everything with me so I understood the work and appreciated very much his patience with my questions. Meetze has a great, immediate phone help as well as great technology integration that allows them to respond to whatever you need quickly. And keep you in the loop the entire time. I called on a Sunday morning with leaking hot water heater. Within 10-15 min I heard back and knew a plumber (David) would be on the way soon. David arrived and took stock of what was going on and confidently got to work. He happily answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Within a short time he had the hot water heater turned off and moved out to the carport. Great experience. Highly recommend David!

I am thoroughly pleased with the services provided by Preston of Meetze Plumbing. Preston was very courteous and patiently explained the problems and options. I was comfortable with the decision I made to replace my old malfunctioning kitchen sink faucet and powder room toilet. I have had a new kitchen sink faucet installed before, but it NEVER functioned as well as the one installed today. With the issue confirmed with the toilet, I decided to replace it with a taller one. I did not have to wait a second day. No more leaking toilet with water everywhere. After the assessment review, both issues were resolved in approximately 2 hours. Upon calling Meetze Plumbing to assist me with a broken pipe, I found that the office staff was extremely kind, considerate and professional. They sent one of their Master Plumbers, Kevin Barefoot, to my home within a few hours. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. This really helped to put my mind at ease and was reassuring to me that I was not being taken advantage of. When my water heater began leaking, I knew I needed a quick response with quick turn around for repairing it. I've been burnt in the past by "word of mouth" plumbers who either showed late, didn't completely do the work as I needed it, or had to come back to fix something they messed up. So I went with a bigger name business of Meetze Plumbing. This company really has the communication part down. They let me know the time frame of when a tech would show up, as well as a courtesy call ahead letting me know the tech is actually on his way. So I was able to plan accordingly rather than wondering when someone would show. When David arrived, he was extremely polite and professional and really knew his stuff. He didn't try to BS me with anything, but laid it all out in an extremely courteous way that I understood, rather than give me a lot of technical jargon. I asked tons of questions which he answered and because of his professionalism, I decided to go with this company, specifically David and Chris, with replacing my dead water heater for a tankless. They completed the job the next day...were overly nice and clean and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I can't recommend this company enough, and more specifically David and Chris. Well done guys, you've made a very happy and satisfied customer out of me!

James Eubanks and his technician, David, were awesome and went well above and beyond to service my plumbing needs. I was concerned that my water heater was breaking down and about to start leaking. A friend advised me to call Meetze Plumbing. I did. I called and was immediately given a time for the same day when they could come out and provide service. James was on time, very polite and pleasant. I really appreciated the wearing of masks and shoe slippers. James assessed my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me many options to replace my current failing water heater which was housed inside my home in a closet. I truly appreciate the time he took in finding the best solution to my problem. He even took the time to look for ways to reduce the cost. I love that there was no "bait and switch" with the cost. He was honest and true to his word with the pricing. James promptly returned the next day to begin the work agreed upon. He was efficient, detailed and thorough. He explained everything he was doing in simple terms making sure I understood all that he was doing. He worked tirelessly for about 10 hours until the work was completed. I have a new hybrid water heater in my garage. Thank you James. When he was finished, he cleaned my garage and even moved some folding chairs to my attic. The lady I spoke with at Meetze (who was very friendly) was able to get me scheduled for that afternoon. The technician Kevin came out and took care of the repair. I had a broken gate valve which was stuck in the closed position. I called Meetze just before closing. I didn’t really want to pay an emergency fee with someone else, so Meetze assured they would have someone at my house first thing since we didn’t have water. Kevin and one of the Journeyman came out (I can’t remember his name). These two showed up right at 8am, assessed the problem, and offered a solution. I had a very old water heater and the offered to replace it. These two had everything fixed, installed, explained, and cleaned up before lunch time. Great experience. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

Main water line was broken due to poor construction from builder. Initially we could not get an appointment but when we explained that we had no water on the day before Thanksgiving dinner, Meetze did some shuffling and technician showed up between 9-9:30AM. James did an excellent job diagnosing leak and worked all day to correct issue. James and crew also made sure that they cleaned up the site with barely a trace that a major fix had been performed. He also sent pics so that I can file a claim against builder.

We came home Saturday from a week at the beach to no hot water in our house. We then realized it wasn’t our hot water heater, we had a leak under our slab. Due to the location of the leak we tried to fix it ourselves, but with no luck. So we called the people we trust, Meetze Plumbing. They worked hard Sunday and Monday to try and fix it, and could have… but knowing our pipes were in horrible shape, they suggested re-piping our home… and boy am I glad they did. Not only was it the best option, but it saved us money in the long run, and they did WONDERFUL work! We had no water, but they made sure we were taken care of immediately... and made sure we had water, to get by, during this crisis. It took them a day and half to re-pipe our house, and they did an excellent job. By Thursday we were back to normal. Did I say they did an excellent job!! They were very polite, knowledgeable, neat, and I could tell they really cared about us. When they were finished they saved us even more money by coming up with less expansive ways. We have nothing but kind words to say about them and we highly recommend them! Zach was very nice and pleasant. Zach was thorough and he made sure my faucet was not leaking. He explained everything that he was doing in a way that we would understand. He took his time and made sure we were okay with the work he had completed. Although Zach installed our faucet, he took the time to call a company (Superior and others) to get a price for a new fireplace screen. He told us that the companies no longer carry the fireplace screen that we have. Zach is the BEST and I would recommend him to everyone that need their plumbing fixed or replaced.

I originally signed up for ~$1,500 worth of work, then I called back and said I wanted the leak detection kit added in, so they said it'll be about ~$2k. Long story short, the cost ended up being $2,500 because they missed a cost when they gave me the $2k estimate. The frustration for both of us could've been eliminated if they would've been clearer about what was being covered in the $2k - I would've caught the miss then - and if they would've gone over the list of services they were about to do before they started the work on the day of service. I was frustrated that after them being there all day a fix that was originally estimated would've been missed if I hadn't asked if the bathroom faucet valve was fixed. AND cost me another ~$300. A sour taste to an otherwise pleasant experience with Meetze.

We had our gas log fireplace serviced by Meetze Plumbing. They were recommended by Suburban Propane. We were pleased to be able to have the service performed quickly as many places who service gas logs are booked up once cold weather hits. They were able to put us on the calendar in a little over a week. The technicians that came were very professional and friendly. They were taking safety precautions and wore masks. They also wore foot protection. We were concerned about having the embers replaced as the person who set up the appointment was unfamiliar with this and said they only replace logs. Fortunately the technician, Shepherd, knew exactly what we were talking about and assured us that it was part of their service. They were very thorough in both cleaning up the fireplace, wiping down the glass doors and even vacuuming the fireplace screen. Shepherd had taken the logs out to clean and when he replaced them, he added plenty of embers. The fire looks lovely. He also replaced the batteries in the remote. We are very pleased with the performance of the technicians.

I thought that my water heater was leaking so I called the company that installed it more than six years ago. I paid a service call fee which was twice the service call fee charged by Meetze only to be told that my leak was from my pipes and not the water heater so I need to call a Plummer instead. David arrived shortly after 8 am the next morning. I opened the door to the storage room where my water heater was and he immediately noticed and brought to my attention the disconnected furnace pipe above my water heater. This he said was very dangerous since CO was therefore being released into the room instead of being vented outside. My furnace had been in this condition for awhile, maybe since it was install. I did it not realize that it was something to be concerned about since my water heater was providing hot water. Thanks to David’s keen attention to details the other company returned and fixed the furnace that same day. This was done however after some insinuation that I must have done this to the furnace after they left the day before since their service person would not have left it like this. David was knowledge, professional and proud to be an employee of Meetze. I was very impressed with the service he provided.

After several failed attempts of trying to solve a problem with a severely clogged SEPTIC line I called Meetze. There were polite and knowledgeable from my first phone call. The gentlemen showed up very promptly Two GREAT guys that showed up to help us with a severely clogged pipe from the house to the septic tank. They showed me where to add a clean out section in my line and how to improve the existing pipe arrangements to minimize future clogs. As the buyer, they offer a great package for inspections that includes a discount if they come back out once the buyer has purchased the house and fix the repairs they estimated, which was appealing to my client. They showed up exactly on time and Willie, the technician, was extremely professional and personable. He updated us on everything as he went and double checked all of our concerns without a hassle, even when he was sure he didn't find anything the first time. It's also worth mentioning that we had several inspections on this property where the contractors, inspectors, and seller said a shower fixture was defective, just for Willie to find out that the fixture had a unique way it had to be turned on! Five people said it was broken and Willie noticed the unique aspect fairly quickly. Saved my client a lot of money on that in the long run. Would highly recommend and use again.

Plumber replaced a pressure valve PRV and a shower valve. The PRV valve had been done in the past couple of years, so having to replace it this soon was not good. The plumber had trouble taking the shower handle off and broke it. He suggested replacing it with something entirely different from my other plumbing fixtures - he wanted to use a round crystal fixture when all my handles are the lever type. I refused that offer. He ended up going to his warehouse to find something more compatible. So my fixtures don’t match anymore. Plumber brought in mud throughout the house because he kept having to go outside for different tools. I don’t know why he didn’t bring in a tool box with the tools he needed. He didn’t remove his plastic booties before walking in the yard and he dirtied up freshly washed rugs and my hardwood floors. I hope the dripping problem has been addressed. We’ll see if it helps reduce the monthly water bill, which has been more than twice what it normally is in the winter. The service seems to be very expensive.

The nice, friendly guys went under the house and said that the old drain pipes should all be replaced, to which I agreed…to over 10k. I bought 2 new toilets on my own and one from Meetze. These were installed satisfactorily. When everything was finished, nick came out to check the job to be sure everything was working properly. The problem that I originally called about, two weeks prior, the leak, had not been fixed. So the workers had to come back in, bore a hole Under the sink to get to the leak. It is now working. The end result was ok but I’m glad I was there to check behind them, because one of the commodes had to be reset because it would move when one sat on it. Plus, the commodes would continue running when flushed (I will say that this was on the 2 that I bought. They fixed that. I can’t go under the house to checkout the work. I just pRay that everything is in order. All of the workers were nice, answered any questions, and nick Seemed to be on top of this expensive project. I would like to have a breakdown of this job for my records, please.

When I was younger I could handle most of my plumbing needs, but now that I'm older and my health is not as good as it used to be, I need professional service technicians. I had multiple leaks with the biggest one being the value to the hot water heater. The valve was almost 40 years old and corroded. It was also located in a very tight work space. We had to cut the water off at the outside meter due to the leak on Friday. My Plumber did not return my call on Friday. So on Friday and Saturday, I had no water, hot or call. I saw Meetze was open on Saturday so I called. They sent Garrett Shealy out in about an hour. Garrett was wonderfull. In addition, he has the perfect personality and communication skills. He did not know it, but because of my occupatioin, I talk a lot, tell stories and ask quesitons. Showed up on time. Very professional. Fixed the leak. Would use again👍👍👍 Called them again for a busted main water line in the front yard. Mitch hand dug a huge hole to get down into the pipe and had to cut the old brass fittings to replace the leaking part. His work was more quality than the previous plumber and he explained why the new fitting would last longer than the previous one. I said before , I would use them again and I did! Also, you get an email with the picture of the plumber coming to do the job so you know it’s safe. That is a good touch.
