Had a massive water leak at about 9pm, and Rick came out super quickly and was able to address the problem. He gave us a few different options, didn't pressure us at all, & gave us info on financing. He was able to come back the next day and get the repairs done - in a very tricky setup, too. Unfortunately we had another emergency the following day (a Saturday) and ended up having to replace our water heater (unrelated to anything he did). He was able to come out that day and was really great about working with us, giving us options, communicating with us what he was doing, giving other recommendations, answering all our questions, etc. Thanks again, Rick!

The plumber we had was excellent. Had a main water break just past the meter 3 days before Christmas. He came out quickly, made an assessment, gave me 3 options to excavate, It became complicate because he had concern and wear withal that it might be the city’s responsibility. He worked it out with the city and kept me in the loop the whole time. Got the whole thing done in 24 hours. Wasn’t excited about the price, but was very happy with Will our plumber and the service he provided. I would absolutely use this company again.

Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was one of the best contractor’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The old galvanized pipe was failing so we needed to re-pipe the entire house. No easy task as it was built in 1954 and added to over the years. Everything went smooth from first contact through cleanup. And the job was finished on time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

We had a mainline leak in December I have never had to call a plumber before I found Plumbing Solutions of Idaho online. They are very helpful said they could get somebody out here in the afternoon, but called back and was able to have one of their technicians here within the hour. He diagnosed my internal faucet problem and repaired it quickly. This was not the easiest repair because the house is older. Given that the cost of hiring a licensed plumber is outrageously high these days, I'd have to give these guys kudos for a very good experience. The office was crisp and communicative, and the technician (Rick) arrived on time. The work was to install two hose bibbs in my home with a difficult crawl space. Rick proceeded professionally and completed the work with a smile within the estimated time. I'd hire him again. Total time 3.5 hrs. Cost $1300.

We noticed that the water from our 12 year old hot water heater was not warming the water as usual, so we contacted Plumbing Solutions as we have done for many years for our plumbing support. The one receiving my phone request was very polite and helpful in arranging the appointment. The plumbing technician (Jerry) arrived at the scheduled time, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed in discussing the problem and options with our water heater. Jerry was thorough with providing information on all of the latest code requirements and best/quality components related to a current water heater installation. Due to the maximum average years for this water heater, we decided to go with a new replacement. Jerry was very efficient with getting the water heater and updated install components replaced that same afternoon. During old water heater removal, Jerry noticed and brought to my attention a small amount of water draining from one of the pipes feeding the water heater. He asked if we had been noticing any problems with a single handled faucet, like maybe the shower faucet. I said that we were experiencing concerns with a shower faucet, and random/periodic water from the shower head. Anyway, Jerry had the necessary part on his truck to help with the shower faucet as well. Jerry was very efficient and professional for the entire process, and we appreciate the years of great service and reliability of the Plumbing Solutions group.

I recently used Plumbing Solutions to replace a leaky sink faucet. The technicians were very nice and did a great job. The reason I am only giving three stars is because of the price point of $695 to replace a faucet. Labor took maybe an hour. The cost faucet cost $200 I was told, however the invoice does not indicate what portion was material and what was labor. Another reason for the three star rating.

Greg systematically located the cause of a long standing washing machine drain clog. Cut out the problem pipe and replaced it. Kept the mess under control and waited until he was sure there were no leaks. Don't know what a good value is for this job so did not Mark that box. Very professional company and extremely happy with their service. The water line to my business needed to be replaced, and many companies were booked 3-4 weeks out. Plumbing solutions was able to fix the problem the same week for a reasonable price. Skigh was great at explaining the process, was very respectful of my timeline and when we needed water on for our work. I highly recommend this company! SPECIFICS: I called this company at the end of business Monday and had a technician out 10 AM Tuesday. Skigh was scheduled for noon but finished early on the previous site. He was professional and respectful. (I have a newborn and he did not play loud music or unnecessary noise.) His work was excellent and there was no slacking at all! He expertly replaced my valves to my faucet supply lines. He even asked if I planned on putting in a separate RO under the sink water filter (which I am later this week), and he made sure the cold valve had two separate outputs! (This was not on the original notes of the invoice.) The guy was awesome and I'm definitely going to call them and request him if I ever need another repair.

Jerry Phillips was my contact with Plumbing Solutions, a true professional. He made an appointment to come by and evaluate the situation, he arrived at the time he said he would, he evaluated the issue, he recommended how to make the repairs, we discussed materials he would use and how he would make the repair. As agreed Jerry arrived to make the repairs at the time he said he would with the fittings and valves needed to replace a failed main water line with a tee to the main sprinkler system on/off valve plus a new drain valve fabricated and ready for installation. Jerry offered a plan to minimize/eliminate contaminants in the repaired main water line which worked perfectly. After all repairs were complete Jerry worked with me to be sure the water lines to the house and sprinklers were free of contaminants and working properly. Jerry made the experience very comfortable with his professionalism. I would call Plumbing Solutions for any future needs based on my experience.

I had a totally stopped up drain. Kitchen sink was sunk! When I called they sent Gabe out the next day and he managed to get it unplugged. It was nasty but he persevered! He's also showed me where a previous company had installed a drain pipe much smaller in diameter than the others causing the water and gunk to stop up easily. Also had to call to make the appointment and the person I talked to both times was super helpful and easy going, polite to talk to. I am not sure what the going rates are for plumbers and such, for an hours worth of work he charged us about $190 for a leaking bathtub faucet. I find that a bit high, but 1: I couldn't fix it myself and it seems to be working wonderfully, and 2: like I said, I don't know what the relative going rates are, so...yeah, you decide if that is fair or not. I still give them 5 stars. I am 95% sure you should use them for whatever plumbing issue you have.

Rick was on it! He came to our home and gave us a very fair estimate for replacing the old polybutylene in house plumbing with today's PEX Piping. If you have an older home do yourself a favor and Goggle polybutylene. Being a full time Real Estate Agent I have heard the horror stories from past clients, contractors, and home inspectors. It is not a matter of if but a matter of when, when the pipes blow. Although this was not a cheap and quick fix, it was a matter that I felt needed attention verses serious water in our walls, and or crawl space down the road if I did nothing.
