Geoff was very thorough and great to work with. He hooked up our new garbage disposal, sink, and water line to fridge.. However, your prices are outrageous! I was charged over $700.00 for two other employees to install a new water heater that I paid $780.00 for and had it sitting next to the installment site. Unbelievable installment price for 2 employees and took an hour and a half.

Mr. Rooter replaced our 120 ft main water line. The majority of the work was done in two days. Our water supply was out of service for only a couple of hours. They had to wait a day for the Inspection, but then completed the dirt work 4 hours after the inspector left. We are very satisfied with their quality, speed and value.

We had a main water line leak. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Boise repaired it today. It was under the drive way. They sent two men to do the repair and Seb and Res took on the job. I just moved into a house which was old and quirky, and needed some unusual repairs I had requested service from different companies around town and Mr. Rooter was the first and ONLY company to call me back. From my very first interaction with KIMMY getting scheduled to the technicians (DEXTER and CASEY who were AMAZING!) fixing my things... my entire experience was flawless. Kimmy called before the guys showed up to let me know they were on their way... Casey and Dexter were quick, professional and did a great job explaining everything to me, before, during and after to ensure that i understood what was happening. They didn't make me feel stupid about my questions and gave me an estimate before they started. It really is hard to find good people - and good businesses that are good businesses because they’re operated by good people - nowadays that genuinely care about the quality of their service and workmanship in providing a great service at a great price, especially for something as critical as the plumbing in your home. Having a good plumber there you can count on when you need them, and that isn’t out to take advantage of you when you do, is like having any good friend in your corner as I see it as a homeowner. The pricing was clear, upfront and far more competitive than the last plumbing service we tried (never again). Sebastian, the technician doing our repairs, was so kind, knowledgeable, accountable and entirely helpful in leaving us with a job well done. As part of fixing our leaky faucet issue, one of many issues he resolved, he identified why it likely occurred and how to prevent the failure in the future, and even ended up making a few trips to our home to complete all the work that became necessary, all without gouging us on price. Experiences are what matter and because of my my experience with Mr Rooter, I expect to entrust my plumbing needs to them going forward and highly recommend their service to our friends and others.

Sebastian came to my rescue Saturday morning! He was so knowledgeable and professional. He didn't seem to mind all my questions and was so reassuring with all of my concerns. I had clogged my kitchen drain by overloading the garbage disposal Friday night and the water quickly backed up into my sink and then into my dishwasher. I can't recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing highly enough. The cost was very reasonable and I got a senior citizen discount on an emergency call. Sebastian was amazing!

Mr.Rooter team did an awesome job for me. They replaced our Water Main Line at my apartment complex. This was a big job and a big unplanned expense for me. Mr.Rooter team (Dan & Matt) were very thorough, patient, and professional. There was quite a bit of excavation along with plubming work and these guys handled it beautifully. They also did an outstanding job of thoroughly cleaning up at the end and putting all the sprinklers and plants back to original.

Casey and Dexter did a great job with my 3 toilets! Super knowledgeable and easy to schedule the work. Within a week of the estimate (which they got to me within an hour of reviewing the house/work requested), they were back at the house for the install. They did 3 entire toilet replacements before lunch, and they cleaned thoroughly post install. Amazing company and great work by the employees. Also, they called a week later for a follow up which prompted me to write this review. No other contractors/companies I have hired (paint, electrician, drywall repair, water softener, lawn care) have called for follow ups on their work. Absolutely top class company, recommend to anyone doing plumbing work.

Mr. Rooter is awesome. We just moved into a new house and had a backup in one of the sewer lines. I called a competitor to Mr. Rooter, and they scheduled an emergency repair for that evening. Then at about 5 pm they rescheduled for the next morning. I called Mr. Rooter and within 10 minutes of talking to the dispatcher I received a call from Dexter. He showed up in another 15 minutes. Dexter was very professional, got right to business, and he had a solution for our problem. To the point, Dexter did an excellent job. He was professional, clean, and very courteous. I would like to start off with Char. She was absolutely amazing at communicating everything between myself and my home warranty company. She worked very hard at managing the insurance company and having technicians come out to my house in a very timely manor. My situation was very complicated with the water softener that I had in my house. Sebastian and his co-worker came out and spent an hour trying to fix the current one that I had but the water softener was broken in a place that made it a useless system. They were honest in their findings and were able lto have it replaced. Dan and Connor came out and spent the morning removing the old unit and replacing the water softener with a new one. I own an older home that comes with its problems and have had to hire a few plumbers over the years. Very good experience with Ryan from Mr Rooter. He was professional and very polite. He wore booties in the house and cleaned up after he was finished with the job. We recently had hardwood floors installed and wanted to make sure the toilet was installed correctly. We are very thankful for his service. We called late in the day to request help with a plugged, kitchen drain. Sebastian arrived promptly and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He then used a powered cable to clean out the blockage in the drain, and followed with a hydro-wash cleaning. The drain now flows freely, and Sebastian left us with am environmentally friendly drain cleaner to be used for maintenance. Sebastian was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. We plan to specifically request him again when we need plumbing services in the future.

The small leak problem was found and repaired quickly, and Steve also fixed another small problem related to an earlier total pipe replacement done for me by Mr Rooter. We bought a new sink to replace an old one and new faucets. Had a company who was recommended come out and wanted to charge a huge amount. So I called Mr Rooter, they sent out Steve Hatch. His quote was about $1000 less. Nope not joking, $1000 less! He also completed the job in half the time quoted to me by the other company, who was going to use 2guys. He was very nice, answered any questions I had and worked efficiently! I would completely recommend him and his company. I also felt like he respected my questions and was not patronizing. I was looking for immediate service as an upstairs pipe leak was dripping through the downstairs ceiling. Their repairmen were booked solid, but the scheduler called a repairman anyway; I quickly received a call back that someone could come out soon. It wasn't long before I heard from a repairman and he arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call. He was responsible, wearing shoe covers and a mask, and quickly identified the problem and provided an estimate for the repairs. He was friendly, social, and made this incident with the leak feel less stressful. The rates were very reasonable and I was able to pay by phone after receiving the invoice. I will absolutely use this company when any other plumbing needs arise.

Same day service was fantastic. Employee's wore foot protectors to keep our carpet clean. Did a quick lookover and found another problem we had and fixed it also. Only took a few minutes to unplug a toilet. The only drawback is with the time taken to fix problem and the charge amounted to over $300 an hour which was a little high. This charge (I knew what it was before the work started) was the only reason I didn't give Mr. Rooter 5 Stars. If they had a 4 1/2 start option I would have chosen it.

I went to nextdoor neighbor apps and they recommend the company they use. I tried to call them they are all fully book and some don’t answer or return my call. I look it up on google search and I find Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Boise. I gave them a call and I told them I need to fix our leak in our sink ASAP then they said they will come to give me free estimate. After they told me what is wrong with my sink? they ask me if they want me them let them fix it. I said yes, then they fix it in same day. I am pretty happy they fix it and I can use my kitchen again without sink leaking. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your service! They are very professional.

They showed up on time and completed the work as discussed. They shared what was wrong and causing the leak. They were efficient and left everything clean with no mess. The only negative is they overcharged me. The charged for 6 hrs of labor and were only there for 4.5 hrs and they don't want to credit me back the extra hour of labor charge. So watch what they charge you.

Dexter arrived less than 30 minutes after our toilet wouldn’t flush and our bathtub backed up. We had already spilled yucky grey septic water on us as we opened the 3” clean out under the house and couldn’t get the lid back on quickly enough and we both felt gross that we couldn’t wash even our hands off! So it was a “god-send” when Dexter showed up so fast! He was professional and wore shoe covers and put a mat on the front step in a effort to keep our floors clean, which my wife and I both really thought was “extra care!” Dexter brought this huge, new van with every conceivable tool he’d need and a 100 foot motorized snake out and started in the front yard clean out. He had a special knack to get that snake to turn 90 degrees and start toward the house! We were SO delighted when water began to drain out the front lawn clean out! We couldn’t be more happy with Mr. Rooter! During the snake cleaning Dexter accidentally dropped one 1” rock into the clean out and wasn’t deterred whatsoever and after snaking was all over he stuck his long arm down the pipe to retrieve the rock, dirtying his nice Red shirt in the process but Dexter didn’t mind! We both felt like he could have handled any kind of problem we had that morning and I even got a hot shower before I had to be in court! Thanks again! We won’t hesitate to call Mr. Rooter if we ever have a problem again!

He spent 4 hours working on the clog and never complained once. He was very thorough and paid attention to all questions and requests. He also made suggestions for the future and pointed out issues that may become a future problem. The clog was really bad, but he worked on it until the drain was clear. He checked the other sinks and drains to make sure there were no problems. While the service was a bit pricey, it comes with a 3 yr warranty. (the option I chose did) He tested whether the sink would drain in front of me and it did work properly after the service. I am very please with the work, the promptness, and the overall service that they provided.

A Sebastian arrived, on time educated me on uncloging kitchen and washmachine drains. And reccomended to pressure clean the pipe from the drain. Which I elected not to do because of cost. After uncloging drain black sluge was visiable. I then elected to Pressure clean drain. A Adam also arrived later to assist Sebastian. Sebastian then ran a camera through the just clean out pipes and instead of looking nasty and 30-40 year old pipes they looked like 3 year old pipes and cleaned out. Sebastian and Adam were very good at cleanup, which is a better job then I could ever do. I and my wife are happy with the job they did, and so should Mr. Rooter of Boise. They are keepers!

I called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday evening about water backing up into my basement. I had already had a plumber I like very much out on Friday, but they were unable to solve the problem. When it happened again, I called Mr. Rooter to possibly hydro jet my main sewer since the cable rooter my plumber used wasn't long enough. I spoke with Harris who called me almost immediately. When I described what had already been done, he was very honest in telling me that hydro jetting would only make it worse by backing even more water into the house. He stated matter of factly that since it was beyond my property line based on my previous work, to call the City of Boise and to treat this as an emergency based on all that had happened, which I did. In the end, the City came out, and I did no business with Mr. Rooter, but I'm writing this review to state my appreciation for Harris' honesty on the phone. He could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. I appreciate that honesty.
