These guys were awesome! I crossed paths with them last week at a supply store while trouble shooting a faucet problem. They were super cool, and offered some old parts to solve my faucet problem. I thought to myself, if I ever need plumbing help... I know who to call. Well... Wouldn't you know it... A week later that need came up. A different tech came to our house than the ones I met before. He was on time, knowledgeable, chill, and had a great positive attitude, without being obnoxious. He was able to complete what we asked and was encouraging and gave advice on some things we plan to tackle on our own. Honestly, great crew over there! Highly recommend.

These guys and their team are fantastic. If I have only one gripe, it's minor and it's that I can't call them on a Saturday for emergencies. Kind of a bummer. But for anything I can schedule, this is my GO TO plumbing company. There are some cheaper options, but if you want it DONE RIGHT the FIRST TIME, then this is the team to call. I have had them service my primary home and my rental property. Quick response, one time, and their technicians go above and beyond. I will continue to recommend and use Dillions. Good customer service when it comes to in office. The prices are completely out of control though. 500 bucks for 10 min work? They quoted me 475 to cut a piece of pipe and put a connector on. I even had the hole dug up and everything. Second guy came after from another company and charged me 40 bucks and it took him 6 mins from start to finish. So if it’s a small job, don’t go to these guys.

He suggested we wait until it leaked again. He didn't even charge us for the visit. As it turns out, we discovered it was the shower overspray. He saved us $$ and we appreciate that. With time and patience Mike was able to replace a damaged cartridge to fix a leak in my bathtub. Mike came out and took a look at our bathroom that has had a smell coming from it for years that no one could figure out the problem. He flushed the toilet once and said I think I know your issue went into the crawl space and found that the plumbing was done incorrectly and every time we flushed the toilet it was pushing the smell out through the bathtub. He re piped the toilet and it should solve our smell issue! Thank you so much Mike for everything! Installer, Mike Muller, ( think the name is correct) was very patient and kind to an 82 and 1/2 year olds questions and waited while I called the bank to find out if I could get a loan, etc. Then went to work with installation and the result was a beautiful hot water tank!! We used Dillon Plumbing services when we needed the water pipes and drain rerouted, after taking the bathtub out and turning it into a walking-in shower. On everything that was readily visible, service was great. However, we were very disappointed later, when we had to get in the crawl space for another job, and found the insulation foam hanging and not placed back in the areas they worked on. Great service is expected in all aspects of a job, and not only in the areas that the customer can see..

The good: very professional and came same day as I called. My concern was the charge. I had a clogged toiled. The technician used a toilet snake and had it working in about 20 minutes. No parts replaced or anything like that. The charge was $180. Wow. Probably won’t use them again.

Loved these folks. Had bad water main leak, they fixed the issue by bursting a new pipe in. I had 7 companies quote the job. These folks provided same service but way better material with a 50 year warranty and at a very competitive price, almost half of the highest bid of 8k (roto rooter). (Note: lowest bid was 2500 from another company but they were going to trench the yard making a huge landscape mess). Dillon plumbing were timely and efficient as well as friendly and communicative. My only qualm, I don't know if any one else could have avoided this, was my yard still being left in a bit of disarray. Now to be clear I'm not mad at these folks but disappointed that a bit more care wasn't given when navigating the yard with the small excavator. Wet yard + small zero turn rubber traxs= grass getting ripped up. Now It didn't help that rain and snow soaked the yard then they had to drive over it to dig. So i have some landscaping to do in spring but It is what it is and I would use them again in a heart beat. Thanks Dillon Plumbing!

If you are wondering if you should use Dillon, the answer is resoundingly YES! This is the kind of knowledgable, professional service you hear about and expect but almost never get. The staff at Dillon plumbing, especially Bob and Brandon, went well out of their way to help my make the right decision about replacing my hot water heating system. I was replacing a two hot water heater system and they talked me out of both a two hot water heater system and a tankless system and saved me $1600 and $3400 respectively. The hot water heater they installed works perfectly and I never run out of hot water (my worry without the double hot water heater setup). I can't imagine using another plumbing company for anything.
