The plumbers who came here to do a pressure test on my gas line quickly found leaks and went over possible solutions and gave their suggestions. It went very well and I am very happy with the professionalism of the technicians, however, at the end I was told it had to be paid in full that day which was no big deal just nice to know ahead of time. There was a small billing issue which was very easily fixed with a simple phone call. Very great service.

Fantastic company! I read the reviews before calling them and there were some that were not great. However, like they say, there are three sides to every story, your side my side and the truth. This is a great company that really makes sure the end user is satisfied. Very concerned about safety and cleanliness, fairly priced and on schedule! Support a local family owned company!

I would recommend Acorn Plumbing and Heating to anyone. They just got done fixing my shower and my outside faucet. Then they went over and fixed a big leak in my neighbors basement. (I live in a duplex). Unfortunately, the neighbor had so much cat poop in the basement it made your eyes water. The smell was unbelievable. We literally had to use a snow shovel to scoop up the poop into a bag. Thad and Skylar (the plumbers) were very professional, just went ahead and fixed the leaks without complaint even though the conditions were absolutely atrocious. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done in an easy to understand way to both me and my neighbor, did an awesome job, did the job quickly and did it right.. and it cost less than I expected. I am very grateful they came and saved the day. Thad and Skylar..you rock. I will use Acorn plumbing for any other plumbing issues

The Technicians were not very professional. Instead of using the back door to access the plumbing and the downstairs, which was very convenient, they hauled all the the dirty plumbing supplies including the corroded galvanized plumbing pipe through the dining and living room. They insisted on a cashiers check and wanted it about 2/3 rds through the work. I had asked them for 5 minutes of their time to evaluate the next step for our plumbing needs. They refused and said they had no time, that they had to proceed to their next job. I have called the owner 4 times without any success in talking to him about the service that I received. At this time I would not use them for further plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend this company! We have run the gauntlet of boiler issues (from another company) and finally were able to find Acorn, a company that truly cares. They have akways been pleasant, timely, and helpful when assisting us! Great company!
