As a handyman, I've been recommending Plumb Pro to my customers and my family since I met Terry Martin last year. My father-in-law hired them to install his water heater, and it needed to be done fast due to potential leaks. Terry got it done within a few days at a good price. More recently, my mom hired them to replace a toilet. The toilet was a challenge because the original installer had seated it in cement. Plumb Pro did a great job chipping away the concrete and installing the new toilet. The floor was very uneven, but the toilet sits straight and does not move or leak. They also swapped out two faucets for her, and they even took the time to clean the stain left behind by the old faucet. She said they were very friendly and punctual. When they had to reschedule by 2 hours due to another customer's plumbing emergency, they called her to let her know instead of just showing up late like other tradespeople might. The price they charged her was very competitive, and they didn't know that she was related to me, so it wasn't discounted or anything like that. They were also available on a very short time frame. The other comments here are spot on. These guys take pride in the work they do and they take care of their customers. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

How lucky to find someone efficient, trustworthy and able to get the job done with little effort. I needed a replacement faucet in my kitchen and a leak fixed in my bathroom. Shane called me right back and had me scheduled ASAP. Matthew came by and had the kitchen faucet installed in less than an hour. The leak was perhaps an issue due to the age of the faucet, but luckily it all worked out quickly and efficiently. Shane came out the next day and did some problem solving that pointed to the need for a new toilet. Some clear options were pointed out and I took it from there, buying a toilet over the weekend Shane made an appointment for installation on Monday. Matthew came out, installed it and attended to a few additional things, too. Great people and great service. Such a wonderful experience!

Woke up at 5:30am on a Saturday - no water. Found Plumb Pro, called at 6:30am and left message. 6:35am get a call back. Shane was out at my house by about 7:30am- troubleshot the issue and by 5:00pm that evening I had a new pressure tank and pump switch. Price was fair and service was entirely professional. I've recommended Plumb Pro to all the neighbors who are always looking for reliable service companies and I'll recommend them here as well to anyone in the area looking. Make them your first call.
