From the excellent staff who are friendly and know you by your first name the moment you walk into the store, to an owner who will go out of his way to help you and make sure to get your medicine at the lowest cost possible. If there is an item that you need and it isn’t in the store, they make it their mission to locate it and order it next day! Overall, my family’s needs and my own are met by the staff and owner of Merk Chemists! I will never shop at a big chain pharmacy again…I support this small business!
John P.I can only say that Mark Chemists is the best pharmacy in the Woodlawn/Yonkers area. Have been going to them for 6 years. I go in and they know me by name. Whete else does that happen in 2022? Straight forward, honest, attentive. Will never consider another place.
bronx gurlThe staff has always been so accommodating. My family has used Merk for over 50 years, to a person, the staff go above and beyond for their customers. One time I came to pick up my prescriptions and I owed nearly 60 dollars in co-pay, I was rushing to get there before it closed on my way home from work and forgot to go to the ATM, they told me to pay it another time. That is what you call caring for your customers.@
