Paola PedrozaBest pharmacy in Seattle!! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer even the simplest of questions.
Refilling prescriptions is a breeze and they even mail them to my home so I don't have to make the trip to pick them up myself. It couldn't be easier.
On several occasions they have gone out of their way to deal with my insurance and made sure I was getting the best deal. I cannot recommend Kelley-Ross Pharmacy enough.
Melissa EllisI couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service I’ve received from Kelly-Ross Pharmacy over the last few years. I have worked with them professionally for almost a decade, ensuring my patients had access to blister packed medications…they delivered and even provided patient education in-house at times. They were one of the first pharmacies in our area to recognize the need for Naloxone distribution to folks in our community to decrease opioid overdoses…they do ALL the things! I started using them as my personal pharmacy during Covid and it was so refreshing to work with them rather than struggle with the drug store chain pharmacy I’d used before. They mail my prescriptions, send me reminders, know me by name…Their high quality brand of service should be the standard.

KelKelley-Ross Pharmacy saved the day when our regular medication's supply chain was effected by Covid-19. I was told by our regular specialty pharmacy that they had none of our medication available to fill our order. And they had no way to get more for several months. The drug manufacturer also told us the same. Thankfully I checked with Kelley-Ross and by some miracle they had some and were able to dispense us a 3 month supply! To make things even better, they were super nice and went above and beyond trying to help us coordinate insurance. Special thanks to Scott and Annalisa.

Harisa CassanoI switched to Kelley Ross from Rite Aid pharmacy because I needed my medications bubble packed. The pharmacist I worked with, Analiese, was so helpful in getting the new orders from the doctor and discussing all of the different medication packaging options available to me. Would totally recommend this pharmacy to everyone! And they deliver!
