Jessie Jo DillonCapsule is the best! I used them for the first time today and can’t say enough good things! I’m terribly sick with the flu and have been having a lot of trouble lately getting prescriptions filled timely or at all by Walgreens… Capsule to the rescue! They switched over all my flu medications this afternoon and filled them as fast as they could and were so kind. I just got home from picking them up, masked of course, since I didn’t want to wait for delivery tomorrow since the cut off is 5pm. I will definitely be trying delivery next time and can’t say enough about the service and pharmacists here! Will be using them for all prescriptions from now on.
Tammy PowellI needed to have a medication filled that my local pharmacy is unable to fill. Capsule worked with me through many texts and calls over a two day period and found a way to get my doctor prescribed medication filled (and even helped me with a coupon)! I am out of their delivery zone, but I’m able to pick it up at a pharmacy a couple of hours from my home (well worth it). So far, I am beyond impressed with the patience, professionalism, and quality of personnel that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with for my particular case.

I have spoken with 3 representatives tonight and all 3 were amazing. The last representative, Miss Linda, was phenomenal!! My daughter will be receiving her meds. It’s comforting to know she is getting what she needs delivered straight to her. Please use this pharmacy. You will not regret it. It’s good to know there are places and people that genuinely care and still provide impeccable service.

James CrossThe easiest pharmacy experience ever! My doctor sent the prescription after hours. I received a text that they received the prescription immediately. The next day it was ready and they applied my manufacture savings card before I could even let them know I had it. I was going through Walgreens before and it was a mess every month. I didn’t even care about delivery as I’m fine with going to pick it up but it was just delivered to me as scheduled. They also are quick to communicate through text. This was amazing.
Erica DavenportEarlier this week I placed an order for delivery, but was unable to keep the original date and time due to my car breaking down and no one going to be available at my house to receive it. I actually had forgotten about it, until the individual who was delivering my medicine text me to say she was on the way. She was very understanding and empathetic about what I had going on. When I reached back out to Capsule to schedule then to re-deliver the order, they were fast, flexible and also very empathetic about my situation. I'm glad I made the switch to Capsule 6 months ago!
Dan BernsteinRecently I needed a prescription that wasn’t available at my neighborhood pharmacy. Capsule delivered the medication the same day, and it cost the same as if I’d tried braving rush hour traffic to pick the medication from a different pharmacy myself. If they can keep their service this convenient, I’ll use them again.
