Capsule is efficient, quick and oh so easy to use! I was quite impressed by the quick responses and more so via chat. They kept me informed and assisted me in getting my prescription moved and filled within 2 hours vs days at another big chain pharmacy. I almost don’t want to publicly review the company because I want to selfishly keep it a private gem!! I switched to Capsule after a desperate Google search while standing in line for the 3rd time for 1 prescription at the NE Target CVS Pharmacy. Capsule was able to transfer the prescription & handled everything with Target directly and then hand delivered my medication. It was amazing! Incredible, incredible service.

No more waiting in line with a bunch of sick people! This pharmacy comes to you. What’s not to like? Ok I’ll say it. Takes a little finessing to get the whole thing started but Capsule does most of the heavy lifting and contacts your doctors and pharmacies to get everything going. Once you’re in, it’s as easy as ordering a cheese pizza. No tip required as the drivers are paid a livable wage (I think?) but I still slide them a couple bucks when I feel like it.

Capsule is the best thing to happen to prescription (and non!) medication. I never have to go to another pharmacy and wait in line, only for them to have to call my doctor because something didn't go through...you know the drill. They literally do everything, they let YOU know that your prescription has been sent by your provider, then you just tell them what time you want it delivered, FOR NO FEE...WHAT. And they come in these cute lil bags and get dropped off by nice people (sometimes on bikes!) You better werk that tiny carbon footprint! So grateful for this rad company!

I had never heard of getting my medications delivered. My new doctor ordered them through Capsule and I was so impressed! The website is so easy to and very easy to understand. Once I placed the rest to complete my delivery I received a text and constant updates on who was bringing the delivery. Sara was actually my drivers driver and she was in touch with me via text until she arrived! Sara handed me the cutest bag, sealed, my information on a cute sticker on the front and then when I opened the bag I was SO impressed! Bright cute colors and adorable stickers! To top it off Logan wrote me the sweetest card about taking care of my needs which was so thoughtful! One other important piece is you can text the contact number AND they actually respond! Trust I will continue to have them take care of my medication deliveries! Amazing service and thank you for the great service!!!

Absolutely amazing service and you can get prescriptions same day. Delivery persons are always friendly and they have a chat service if you need help. They’re very efficient and they even help contact your doctors in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone and everyone.

Capsule is a Game changer... Brand new to Capsule Cares- I am blown away by the excellent service and attention to detail. They deliver right to your door, no hidden fees or subscriptions. The experience was incredible. Really game changing for me. I had been trying to get a prescription filled at the CVS I usually use for about a week and couldn’t get an answer on when it would be ready. I had already missed a day on my daily dose and was nervous about missing more. Enter Capsule. I happened to remember driving by the location on Washington when I was in with my doctor and asked her to see if she could transfer it. To see the script delivered 3 hours later was just amazing!!

I had Bronchitis and was having difficulty sleeping because of violent coughing fits. Capsule got me cough suppression meds on the same day of my diagnosis. It was very nice to not have to go to the pharmacy in that state or potentially wait another day for a pharmacy to fill the prescription.

This pharmacy offers high-quality and prompt service. I will continue to use Capsule to refill prescriptions that my insurance fully covers. However, if your insurance does not fully cover a drug, the cost is exorbitantly high. I went to refill my generic Epi-pen prescription and Capsule listed the price as $311 after insurance — nearly 3x the pre-insurance price at other pharmacies. My other Rx was also 3x its pre-insurance price at other pharmacies. I understand that this pharmacy offers a premium service, but charging several hundred dollars more than other providers for a life-saving device is, in my opinion, unethical. I should note that as a generally healthy young person, I have high deductible insurance through my employer. If you have traditional PPO insurance, Capsule might be a better fit for you.

I don’t ever post reviews on Google, but I had to for capsule! I randomly chose this pharmacy to fill a prescription today and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. It feels like it is a boutique pharmacy, with a very easy to use app and free delivery service. The packaging also was adorable! I tried this on a limb and I am so happy I did. I will be using this moving forward! If you haven’t tried it and you live in the area you definitely should!

This service is absolutely amazing. The last thing I want to do when getting a refill for 1 or 2 prescriptions is go to a physical pharmacy and have to wait in line. Have ordered from them 10 times and nothing has ever been an issue. I hope that this service continues to grow and stay strong, so it doesn't disappear.

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to write one for Capsule based on my experience in transferring my Rx's from CVS Target. The transition was seamless and Capsule was able to transfer all of my Rx's despite Target not cooperating. The ability to text them, chat with them on their website and call and immediately be able to speak to someone is a breath of fresh air. They have been in constant contact with me about transferring my Rx's, getting new Rx's when needed and offering alternatives when there are supply issues. I received my first delivery yesterday and it was better than expected. I am so happy that Capsule showed up on a search for pharmacies in my neighborhood and even happier that their standard is to deliver medications instead of picking them up.

Great customer service, helped me transfer meds back to old pharmacy upon realizing my insurance would only cover select meds for short time through Capsule as I would need to use insurance's mail pharmacy to get them delivered or go back to my old pharmacy. The few meds I were able to fill before finding this out, arrived quickly secure and as scheduled.

The delivery service is great, but the process to pick up a prescription is a pain. I was given a number to call and every time I’ve called the operator states they will be with me shortly and then afterwards it goes to voicemail. Picking up process is not easy for patients at all.

I cannot begin to describe what a relief it is to have discovered this service... I have to take multiple controlled substances and those are an absolute pain to have refilled. Their service is quick and convenient, and I don’t have to navigate websites/phone calls with pharmacies and doctors as I normally did. Not only that, my prescription came with stickers and a handwritten note!! I struggle significantly with organization so this has been a blessing. Thank you so, so much.
