I don’t write a lot of positive reviews, but this business deserves recognition. Great customer service, quick to get vaccines, very thankful to have you in our area. Nice job and a great business. Keep up the great work, you are doing great!

Infinity pharmacy has been an absolute lifesaver. They have been so wonderful and instrumental in helping to get our society protected. All three of my boys, ages eight, six, and four have gotten all of their vaccines from infinity. Even during times when other local pharmacies wouldn’t offer the vaccine to the five and under age group, infinity did and they were able to help me get my youngest son vaccinated and protected. I cannot say enough about this pharmacy. We live all the way in Whitefish Bay, and drive 25 minutes to come here. I recommend this place to all of my friends. Thank you, Infinity!

I finally got tired of giving Walgreens, and their HUGE price mark up, my money and business only for them to not have my prescriptions in stock (Walgreens regularly would be out of stock of a prescription that I received every month for years), so I decided to give Infinity a try. They were so helpful and so friendly! I just can't say enough nice things about the service I received. I will be transferring all of my prescription to them and will be filling all of my future prescriptions there as well. Highly, highly, highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they filled my prescriptions very quickly, despite being a new customer with a first time prescription. I was in and out in ten minutes. Small, local, mom and pop type pharmacy. Such a great experience. I hadn't experienced that level of personal care from a pharmacy in a very long time.

We went here for COVID-19 vaccines. The online sign up was informative and very easy to use. We received our confirmation emails immediately. The process on the day of was also very seamless and we didn’t have to wait long to get called back for our vaccines. I believe it was Marwa giving the vaccines and she had excellent technique- quick and nearly painless. Neither person receiving their shots even flinched and no tears. We were even offered complimentary snacks after that the kids were very excited about! It’s a very nice pharmacy with plenty of room for social distancing. The area where shots are given is a private room that is beautifully appointed. I noticed a very good selection of over the counter products and some durable medical equipment as well. All the staff we interacted with were very polite, friendly and excellent at their jobs.

The people who work here are beyond WONDERFUL!! A month ago I needed a medication patch for bursitis of both hips. My insurance wanted a out of this world price gouge! They were able to fill my script at a reasonable cost! I was also very sick and Marwa, the pharmacist said no worries,will deliver it for free. I didn't expect to see this beautiful lady standing on my porch ringing the doorbell!! She was so pleasant and her warm smile already relieved some pain in my body!!! It's so nice to see there are good people out there! They are my saviors🙏 I will continue using this pharmacy for this med and can't wait to see her warm smiling face again🌻😘🌻

I found this pharmacy on vaccines.gov while desperately searching out a COViD vaccine for my under five child. This place had both Pfizer and Moderna available and same day appointments. We drove over 90 minutes to come. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Independent, non-chain Pharmacy with excellent personal service. Walk-in, no appointment needed for all vaccines. Easy parking, immaculate store and Marwa is the most knowledgeable & wonderful of Pharmacists. Check out their website to see all they offer. I highly recommend Infinity!

What an excellent pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, professional and actually interested in the customer rather than pushing through as many people as quick as possible. This is a real pharmacy not some place that sells soda, candy, etc. and happens to have a pharmacy in the back of the store. Parking is plentiful and there is easy handicap access. Vaccines as well as booster shots are available.

This pharmacy is awesome! My wife and I both received two doses of COIVD vaccine here. Both stops in were quick and easy. The staff were very friendly, flexible, and helpful! We each originally had different appointment times for our vaccination but they had no problem allowing us to come in and get taken care of together. We were very grateful since we live out in Waukesha and it is a bit of a drive to get over to the pharmacy.

Both my wife and I received exceptional care and attention from the staff and owners at Infinity Pharmacy. When it comes to getting a shot my wife will tease me about what a baby I am with needles. The Pharmacist administered the shots so perfectly I did not even realize she had done one and the other 3 were close to that. Thats a pretty high bar in my book. A+++ The Regeneron infusion worked as hoped for both of us within 24 hours. Pretty Amazing medicine. We slept for a couple days but its better than the alternative. Such a great place. Everyone is helpful and quick with administering vaccines. They also had post it notes for kids to write words of encouragement to display for other kids waiting to get the vaccine. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

My husband and I are so incredibly thankful that we came to Marwa and Infinity Pharmacy. Marwa is kind and gentle, and I would recommend anyone come here for their needs. My husband and I both had monoclonal antibody treatments. Marwa answered all of our questions and made us both extremely comfortable. She also repeatedly checked to make sure we were okay. Absolutely incredible pharmacy. I saw online that they had vaccines in stock and called to make an appointment. They saw us the same day! I told them we were driving from Madison and they made sure we got a vaccine! It was amazing. The staff is so friendly and kind. If we lived in Milwaukee, you bet we’d be using their store as our main pharmacy!

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy!! I have never written a review before, but this place was just that great that I felt like I should! The staff is so kind, flexible, and just amazing!! They were so helpful and I also had a wonderful covid experience here! They offered stickers, treats, and water as well afterwards! I highly recommend this place for all needs!! I took my Mom in today for the monoclonal antibody treatment, and they were amazing! I called in the morning, and they scheduled her at 1:30. The gal who gave the shots noticed my mom had a challenge walking and offered to come out to the car to give the shots. She provided excellent information and was very kind to my mom. I had the exact opposite experience for my husband yesterday when I took him to the ER (at a hospital that will go unnamed) to receive the same antibody treatment. A total of 8 hours in the ER waiting room, hanging out in a "special" section with all the other Covid patients. I don't have it yet, but probably will now. I'll avoid talking about all the things they did wrong in the ER, but thankfully I learned about Infinity Pharmacy while sitting in the ER waiting room so I could provide a better experience for my Mom. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism during this scary time!

Amazing pharmacy. Marwa, the owner/pharmacist and her team are very kind and caring. I got Covid and was able to get monoclonal antibodies treatment next day, which was Sunday, even thought the pharmacy is closed on Sunday. Marwa provided the same exceptional service when my grandad tested positive for Covid. Thank you very much for everything that you do! Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Clean, organized facility and very kind staff. I got both doses of my (Pfizer) COVID shot here and they were SO communicative. Patients are timed and spaced out for safety and distancing, and Marwa was so awesome about getting me in for my shots ASAP. I’m young but am a frontline worker, and was struggling to find COVID shots available near me. Thanks again to the Infinity team!

I wish that I would have found this pharmacy a long time ago. They are so friendly and you can tell that they care about the way you are treated. It's really clean inside and they fill your prescriptions so fast. Everyone who has to deal with walgreens or other large chain pharmacy's need to come here! You will see what real customer service is! I will never go anywhere else.

Cute personal pharmacy located where the old Aurora Pharmacy was on the corner of 60th and Cleveland. Was able to get my COVID vaccine from them and they had these AWESOME type of 'band aids'. Felt comfortable, they had space to sit and wait and good easy parking
