I decided to call Donald on a Thursday after having concerns about my new home. After chatting with him, he told me he can service my home in a day or two. He arrived on time, got the job done and was very personable. He even helped me with other concerns that I was having with my home unrelated to pest control. I am so grateful I found this company as I will be using them in the future if I have any more concerns. Professional, timely, great conversationalist, respectful and knowledgable. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I called and spoke with Donald. He came out within a few days, which was awesome. I hate pests of any sort so naturally, I was paranoid while I waited for my appointment. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Donald was able to answer each question I had. Since my appointment with Donald, he’s followed up twice to ensure that I’ve seen no signs of any pests, which I haven’t. I can continue living in peace and comfort. If I ever need extermination services again, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Donald !

Don did a fantastic job. I had a terrible roach, fruit fly, and mice infestation. He not only exterminate the place and patch up the holes where the rodents were entering from, but he also stayed with me to clean up the carcasses. He was basically with me the entire day. He also does a check up weeks to a month afterwards, to see if there’s any need for an additional extermination. It’s been nearly 2 months and I see no critters and no rodents so I believe that his job was successful. If I were to say what could be improved on, it would be to have a general price list on the website, but other than that I am satisfied and I would highly recommend. THANKS DON!

I’m here to say that if you have any annoying rodents in or near your home…DC Cleanex is the best around! I discovered I had a rodent problem and I called DC and they took care of it! Donald was very informative! He let me know exactly where the rodents were coming from and he did his thing! I will always use this company for preventative issues! They are definitely the best around and easy on your pockets as well!!

Don is the best!!! But seriously. I called him completely terrified of pests in my apartment. He reassured me that he would take care of it and gave me an exact time of when he’d arrive. His service was phenomenal and he found the source of the problem. I am really thankful to him. There’s a few good people left in this world and he’s one of them. Donald was punctual, clear communicator and took care of our issue with expediency and care. Donald cared deeply about the final result, checking in and coming back multiple times to make sure. He used strong products and told us exactly how to clean up and do prevention. He was thorough, spending hours getting every corner, every room, open area, closets and all areas of the house. No part was left unturned! Great service.

My wife and I experienced a huge ant problem in our home this past season and it became unbearable. My wife was recommended by DC Pest Control by a friend and we contacted the company desperately hoping for a same day appointment. Donald answered and heard my wife’s concerns as she was freaking out from all the ants that invaded our home and he proceeded to come immediately. I kid you not whatever non smelling chemical he used cleared out all of the ants. What we really liked about Donald’s service is that he looked for the ant trails to see where were they coming from and long behold the ants were coming from a tree that was on our property for many years and the branches and leaves were now touching our house. This caused the ants to come into our home. We feel so happy that now our home is completely ant free and repelled from whatever solution he used and we plan on cutting the branches to prevent this from happening again. Thank you Donald! We are forever grateful and will recommend you to others.
