Josh and team were incredible from start to finish. We were alerted to several birds nests in our attic, chimney, and siding. Josh and his team came out right away to inspect. From the very beginning, the team was transparent and clear about how the job would be done and how soon we could be scheduled. We were so grateful for the quick turnaround and quality work done with quality product. We have already seen a noticeable difference in the temperature of the upstairs from the new insulation. In addition, no bugs, birds, or rodents roam free in our home anymore!

They have not been out to my home yet, I just set the appointment up today; however, I could not wait to leave the review because my initial experience was so wonderful. I moved into my place in April of this year and heard that due to the location of my home, mice may be an issue as it gets colder. Well I saw my first mouse last night around 9:00 pm and almost had a heart attack. I was given Ehrlich's name from a friend when I first moved in and I began to research. I went online and put in a request form. First thing this morning I received a call from Katie who was empathetic to my situation, educated me on the "why" behind what I am experiencing and then walked me through their process. In an effort to get me the fastest appointment possible, she asked if it would be ok for Angie to call me back with an appointment. Angie called me within the hour and I am on the schedule. I work during the week so I needed a little help on the day of my appointment to ensure someone would be home. Angie gave me reassurance that they would give me a courtesy call when they are in route so I could give my brother-in-law a heads up to meet them. Customer service is struggling right now because of the pandemic, but Ehrlich is doing something right. I truly appreciate their help and just being so nice. THANK YOU!

John Walsh is the technician we have now and he is fantastic. He is very thorough with his job and he explains everything he has seen and applied. If you see an issue he addresses it and handles it ! Excellent service - the technician took time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and then carefully followed through with his work. Also extremely cordial! Just had a quarterly follow up visit. Once again, Herb was excellent!

Received in mail on 11/30 that they would be out 11/29 so that was know help. While we were out around 4:00 on 12/1 they rang our doorbell to say they were here to perform application. Very poor on letting you know when they are coming. When they do let you know they can’t give you a 2 or 3 hour window, just sometime during the day. Expect you sit around all day waiting fir them. Not very convenient.

We have been customers of Ehrlich for 14 years and plan to be for many more. The technicians always show up when expected and are polite and knowledgeable. They have removed several large bees nests and keep our house insect and rodent free.

Our rep treats outside our house. He checked rodent food stations to see how much has been eaten. He refills each & locks them up (to keep our dog out of it). He also checks for rodents inside the basement & the screened porch & sometimes the garage. Sometimes he forgets to check all & doesn’t notice when bushes & trees near the garage have been trimmed as recommended.

Plesant and net agent came to house - we didn't hear the door bell and he went straight to the outside inspection and control. Circled back and tried the door bell again and we let him in. Covered the interior throughly - even in spots where is was difficult due to boxes to get around. Gave a detailed verbal report - discussed what we could do on next visit. Gave written report. Can't tell you how long he was here, but it wasn't a "slap-dash" and everytime I looked up he was coming from a different direction. That's why you keep our business.
