This Company has been a blessing. Not only did they help me with my account due to hardship but when I needed help due to pests they got my account back up and running and had someone at my house in 3 days! I recommend this amazing company to anyone and everyone! The office treats you like family and the staff are all really nice! Preventative maintenance to keep spiders away. Technician was vary nice. I do have to say however, the technicians from Parker Pest Control did a more thorough treatment. Ken and Beau were very good at their job. I realize the fellow here was fairly new. So I’m really not complaining about his work.

Update: I was called by a supervisor just a few days after writing this review. He took the time to discuss my concerns, questions, and a treatment plan going forward that is more like my family is used to. He later came out to inspect and apply additional preventative treatment himself. That they read and addressed my comments promptly speaks well of the character of the Orkin company. We're looking forward to continued service. Review updated to 5 stars. Initial review: First treatment with Orkin, previously had Parker/Budget. At this point I'm neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. The tech was prompt, friendly, and attentive, which was great. He took time and answered my questions. However, he didn't spray the main floor at all due to it being hardwood. Prior companies sprayed, so this is a new approach. He would have sprayed if I had really wanted, but warned of potential effects to the hardwood and put out sticky traps instead. Also the price seems to have increased, so with less chemical indoors I'm not really sure if we're getting our money's worth just yet. He did seem to do a nice job outside, using a hose from the truck with the sprayer. I'm skeptical but trying to remain optimistic. Time will tell. Glad to know they stand behind their work and will come between services if needed.

Barry from Orkin shows up on time for every session! He is always so kind and respectful. He l runs through his normal protocol of exchanging traps and spraying in the appropriate areas, and then he never fails to ask us about any specific needs or concerns. He is our hero!

We have used orkin in the past for about 2 years now and its been on and off good and bad but this time we had a visit from Amy and i want to say she was very exceptional and friendly and i would love for her to be our inspector every visit if possible. Blair and Ronda did a great job of going over all of our needs for the termite extermination. Termite inspection on Saturday and performed the extermination two days later on Monday. They went over everything completed at the final walkthrough and answered all of my questions. Great Job!

Monthly inspection for spiders, webs, ants, other obvious signs of infestations. At this time service rep named Barry, inspected all areas I had trouble with previously he helped to eradicate again while using web broom to remove telltale webs I had not swept away at second level outside for him to see. Then he treated areas around foundation of houses, two garages and trouble spot in the yards over much vegetation and over cumbersome items next to garages we seem to collect and not get rid of. He always offers help and suggestions to assist me in a kind non put down way remaining friendly and professional. We need more Orkin representatives like Barry and last two branch managers that listen to my concerns after being with company since 2008. In the past I did have trouble with only one not willing to be thorough when I was extra busy and had no time for outside work. Branch manager quickly came himself to inspect after third observation of that to complain and no improvement. Manager did the work himself and stated I was valid. I’ve never had trouble since. I do miss the really good ones that get promoted or transferred however.😁

They hit my house hard for brown recluse spiders since we have a HUGE problem. Hardly seen any since they were out last. If price was a bit lower they'd get 5 stars!!! You get what you pay for though.

I hope it works! I've been stung several times and I am very sensitive. Technician was late but he called. Said they had scheduled him nearly 50 miles away before my service. Understandably late and at least he called. He was curtious, and got right to work. He found and treated 2 or 3 nests.

The Technician was friendly and professional. I think he should've done more for a first visit. I was told by customer service that they would check crawl spaces and the attic. He did not. However, maybe that's what they do on their return visits. He did inform me that this is a process. Overall, I'm satisfied with my service so far. I will give another review after Orkin technician comes back in 2 weeks.

I'm still 50/50 on this. My husband was home, I was running errands, when Orkin came by. My husband said the guy was at our house for only 20 minutes to spray, which worries me. We have a 3000sqft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, a big basement, a massive yard and garage, and the guy sprayed EVERYTHING in 20 minutes??? My husband said the guy didn't really talk to him about what to prevent our any issues again and it looked like he just sprayed randomly. We had a lot of ants coming through our large livingroom window and it looks like he only sprayed the corners but there were still ants coming through the sills. I had explained to Orkin when I called to set up an appointment of where they looked like they were coming from and I'm doubtful that the problem areas were treated effectively. There are dead ants on the corners of the windows (there's stains from where the Orkin guy sprayed) but I can tell he didn't spray the rest of the window sill. I poured some dishsoap (a good ant killer) on the opening and haven't seen any come up for the last hour. I used this on a window sill in our kitchen and it solved the problem. I'm hoping we see less ants with the poison Orkin used because if there's no change in the issue, I'll be upset that we paid almost $300 for nothing..

We had to have someone come out to get rid of bed bugs. Isabel came and did the inspection and was empathetic to our situation. She did a good job of educating me on the process and what she was looking for as well as the preparation needed. Mike came to perform the service and he was wonderful. He was patient with me as I needed to do a few things that he suggested to finalize the prep. He also gave tips tip prevent future infestations. Great communication when finished. I anticipate no activity when he comes back to make sure they are gone. Overall the price was a little steep, but we fell it was worth it if the bugs are gone for good.

We were really happy until the past couple months, they were supposed to show up in April no show twice finally got them out here in July were not here long. Then without telling me they set another appointment for July which I canceled, we have had some money issues so have not been able to pay for when they finally did come out in July(not in to big of a hurry to pay any ways since they couldn't be bothered to show up when they were supposed to). I get a call today from their collections department saying I owe twice the amount because they're charging me for the appointment I canceled. So they're charging me for services NOT rendered. This is all after a year of being a customer.

We have called for rodents couple weeks ago, and they have sent two different people for inspection. I don't want to get into details, but let's just say it hasn't been a great experience, and aside from inspecting they haven't done anything. I'll update my review if things change. 2/23 update: As I said i'll update my review if things change, and they have (for the better). They provided a thorough service, and I now feel like we are on the right track to get these rodents under control. I'm happy with how things turned out.

I have to take a star away because our first appointment was never submitted. We called to schedule a Monday morning appointment. No one showed. We called back and they said they never got a ticket for our appointment. Ugh. BUT they were able to quickly get us in for the next morning. The guy that came was very professional! He was very thorough and told me where he found spots of high traffic (ant problem). So far we are very pleased with their product.

Adrian Owens came today . Shortly after his arrival, I called and requested he be my person EVERY TIME! This is my 3rd visit from Orkin, and while the other visits were 'fine', Adrian's service was STELLAR. When I didn't answer the door, he called me; when he came in - he greeted my 'kids' and called them by name (2 black labs and a cat); right away he asked if there were any spaces he should not go; he was the MOST THOROUGH of all the people and he schooled me on exactly what he was doing and why - he asked me questions and gave some professional tips .. like how the 'cards' track any pest activity. He opened every closet and went in to my garage .. something nobody else did. He did so many things that the other guys didn't do. Of course I called Orkin to tell them how AWESOME my experience with Adrian was today - I spoke with Expensive (yes, that's her name) - and she was also great! She promised she would forward my compliments so Adrian would be recognized. I'm TELLING you .. i have people out here all the time for services .. and Adrian's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCREDIBLE PERSONALITY REALLY STOOD OUT - gosh i sure wish he could just be my regular person for every service every time!!

Even though the guy coming out to do our inspection was late, we had a good experience. He called to advise he was behind schedule and asked if it was OK if he came between a certain time instead. Luckily for me, it was fine. When he showed up, he apologized for running late and immediately set to work looking for the infestation. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and thorough. He let us know what we needed to do before scheduling them out to eradicate our problen.

The man who came to inspect was very professional and helpful. However, contact with Orkin later on the day he came did nothing but confuse me, giving me different things I had to do. I also think there needs to be a print out which gives directions. After I got conflicting info, office finally sent me an updated sheet of instructions. Then I received 2 e-mails telling me Orkin would be servicing the outside of my house which wasn't true. Mike, who did the treatment on Monday was great and extremely helpful. I would give him a top recommendation. Poat instructions should not be given in an e-mail, however. One instruction "ventilate for 2 hours" needs to be known immediately and not given by e-mail which might not be read for days.

Alex our technician is always on time after our first incident. He even comes earlier sometimes. He takes pride in his work and does a really great job. Always puts the customer first. Josh was the Technician, he was very thorough, very professional and friendly. I have had Orkin Technicians come to my house annually since 1976 and have never had a Technician put on shoe covers! I was really impressed with Josh putting them on and taking them off and then back on as needed. I will definitely request Josh to do my annual Termite Inspection annually as long as he is an Employee!

We were satisfied with the inspection, but the communications were confusing. The appointment call apparently went to someone else. The phone call we did receive from the representative early afternoon was to say that he was going to be late for his 1:30 p.m. inspection.This was a surprise because we had not received a phone call earlier that day. We did not receive any document stating that the inspection had been done.

I have had the same exterminator for a few years now and I am extremely happy with the bug spray service and the customer service he provides. The spray treatments for common pests are very effective and I would highly recommend the mosquito spray treatment as well. I have pets and many plants and none have ever been damaged by the treatments.

Brad is friendly, quick and always thorough. We never have any major pest problems and have never had to call for additional services in between scheduled dates. But being a long-time customer I've noticed that the cost of quarterly service keeps getting more expensive. Why don't you tell your customers when price increases are happening? Many are on fixed incomes so it would help budgeting.

Our house has been virtually pest-free after going with Orkin. We had a recurring ant problem with our previous company, but has not occurred since. They are very conservative with chemicals, and only apply where necessary. Very few varmints in the glue traps and when we find anything else, it's dead. Technicians are always very courteous and friendly. If you price the chemicals and doing yourself, you'll spend about the same on a per month basis.
