We live in the country and have had problems with termites before. I hired Bug Bros to come evaluate if all was still well. I feel like we hot a good honest opinion and additionally they sprayed for spiders and even cleared out a few hidden wasps nests. Overall, very happy with our service. We will use them again.

Scott has serviced our home twice now, and I’ve been blown away each time. His customer service is top notch and he definitely goes above and beyond. From the first time I inquired online, he contacted me faster than any other company. Even though it seemed it was “after hours” for most other companies that I tried contacting, Scott called right away and also took time to address all my concerns and talk me through the whole process. BugBros were very busy that week, but Scott was so kind to squeeze us in that same week within the time frame we requested. He is always so kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. I honestly don’t know if we’ve ever had better customer service in all of Wichita! The customer service we’ve received through Scott is enough to keep us life-long customers, but add on the very reasonable pricing, ease of setting up appointments (easy as sending a text!), and great results…it’s a no brainer. Stop your search, go with BugBros.

BugBros helped me out with a hornet nest in my chimney. They responded right away to my request for assistance and were able to come out within the next week. They sprayed inside and outside the house in addition to bombing the attic. Scott was very professional and thorough. Happy to be a crazy happy customer! Edited to add: I've been using their service for about a year and it is absolutely fantastic. They recently came and got rid of another nest for me. Scheduling an appointment outside my regular service was quick and easy and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Great communication.

Bug Bros. is awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable, very safe. The equipment was toddler friendly and hardly noticeable. They left everything for about 3 months, give or take a couple of weeks, and they explain the success of the devices upon collecting them. Eric from BugBros showed up within the time window er were given, i was impressed with the professional attitude and attire. What I was even more impressed with was the knowledge he shared with me about his profession and the thorough job he did. He was also friendly to my dogs which can be a little rambunctious. He was able to quickly determine some insect issues i was having and also provided some sticky traps in addition to the spraying he did. He took the time to explain that olive oil could dissolve the glue it my dogs happened to get a paw stuck or such but he also put the traps in areas that we were pretty sure my pets couldn't get to. But we all know sometimes things can happen. Overall i was very happy with the service and will use them again.

BugBros have a great pricing structure and always do a great job with assessing and taking care of what your property needs, not with what they want to sell you. They have always been punctual and friendly to interact with in person and over the phone with customer service conversations. They make billing easy for me, and the person that comes out to my house for service is great! He always covers all the areas well whether I'm there or not. He takes care of cobwebs, wasp nest, and general pest cleanup like he would his own property. I can trust these guys to get the job done without having to be there to make sure its getting done. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times for any kind of pest problems you are having.

We called them in the spring to help with ants in the kitchen they took care of the problem and we have used them ever since. We haven't seen any ants inside since they have been here..All I have to do is call them and they fit us into the schedule..Their spray is pet safe and thats important to me !

Eric the technician called me at about 10 min to 8:00 am to let me know he was having a vehicle issue and would be about 15 min late for our 0800 appt. I thanked him for the notification and assured him it was no problem. He arrived at 0815,did a quick visual survey,asked if we had any questions and went immediately to work. He went room to room doing his treatment,finished both levela then came back to kitchen to treat for ants,our main reason for calling BugBros. He applied the treatment and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He then proceeded outside to treat around the house and detached garage while looking for the source of the ant infestation. The entire process took only about 45 min. Eric was prompt,efficient and knowledgable. Very pleasant and professional and got along great with the dogs. He explained their policy if any further service was needed,prior to the 1 month follwup,he would be happy to return free of charge. I would highly recommend BugBros to anyone needing professional,qaulity extermination services.

Erik made it out the day after we called to let them know we found the termites. He searched the property to find the source and was very thorough. I called in on a Sunday and Aaron returned my call that day. I am very impressed with this company and with Erik and Aaron. Update: Erik came again today. He even helped me by spraying around my flowers trying to combat the darn grasshoppers. He is so helpful. He even identified a super scary bug on my porch and killed it for me.

Erik was on time, knowledgeable about neighborhood issue (because of remodeling going on this spring and summer in areas behind our homes, habitat of mice and rodents had been disturbed). This company came recommended to us and Erik was professional, courteous, answered all questions, wiped down eaves and porches, sprayed for bugs, and set baited traps for mice/rodents. We had tried various over the counter remedies for ants but could not get rid of them. The last two days our issue was getting worse. The ants were taking over all the counter space in the kitchen! Within 15-30 minutes of treatment, all the ant trails were gone with only a couple dazed ants visible.
