Chris was very polite and he explained everything thoroughly as to what he planned to do on his first visit. It was a very cold day when he came out but he examined everything on the outside and he filled some holes and set out some traps. He also put some traps in my kitchen where I have seen most of the mice. He also sprayed the baseboards in my home. Since his first visit I have not seen a trace of any mice in my home. I am very pleased and grateful for the work that Chris did for me.

We live in the country. The techs here are always willing to spray, check traps or change sticky boards whenever I ask. They were super helpful when we were having cement work done. They came right out to remove the termite stations and then put them back after the dirt work.

I’ve used American Pest for the past 5 years. They are friendly, responsive and accommodating. I bought a house that had a sever rodent, termite and spider problem. They remedied the situation and I haven’t had any problems since. I also used them when I managed several properties and they went out of their way to accommodate our crazy schedule and we’re wonderful about following up. I highly recommend their services. Our tech Tyler was very polite and punctual. He did a very thorough job on the outside to prevent pests from coming into our home; He explained what we was doing and why. I was very impressed that he remembered to close the gate so our dog didn't get out! I do wish he spent a little longer treating the inside of the house but i would imagine that was just due to a spring service as apposed to a winter service. I would highly recommend our tech and American Pest Management to friends and family.

I had found bed bugs in my home one night & almost had a heart attack! I was so scared & instantly thought I would have to throw everything out & start new. I had called a friend of mine to start treatment. But that friend of mine told me they couldn't get out until the next Wednesday (it was Thursday when I called). There was no way I could sleep or let my children live in the house knowing these bugs were here. So I called American Pest Management. Best call I ever made! Lanny was at my home the very next day to treat! After that, I have now started a 24 month pest control contract to cover all my pest control needs! Even bed bugs are covered! It's a low price for a big problem! Thank you Lanny & American Pest Management for keeping me from blowing my house up! I highly recommend American Pest Management to everyone I come in contact with! =) Side note: Lanny is one of your best employees. Very trustworthy. He has been to my home twice without anyone there & has treated my home like his home. He calmed my fears & also sold me the contract! He is a wonderful guy! I am so happy to know he is MY pest control provider!
