He could have easily insisted on going to the property for an estimate and then tried to remove it himself for a fee because he was pretty skilled. Your flat will receive two visits from the staff. They inspect and spray your apartment the first time, and the second time (two weeks later), they check again and add some extra items to make sure nothing happens again.
