He checked in with me prior to any treatment to ensure I knew he was here, and ask about my targeted areas and/or concerns. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered all of my questions. They have been a great partner in keeping our property free of bugs for many years. We have always had Kevin taken care of our place and my mom's. We have seen his family grow over the years. We are heart broken that he'll be serving a different area, but we understand the reason why. We've been having rat issues in the home we rent. Property management sent Getem to our house, they now come once a month and almost next day if we call their office. Our exterminator is Matt. He is the best, so knowledgeable, and makes sure to inspect our area thoroughly. He explains everything to us along the way and addresses any concerns we have. One of the many things I like about using Getem services is that I now seem to have the same technician each time, which is great. He remembers my needs, he comes prepared with extra sticky pads because he knows I will change them between his visits. He even remembers my cats names. One cannot be more personable than that in this industry. I know the following statement has nothing to do with pest control, directly, but it speaks to the technician’s thoughtfulness. He offered to take out my trash this morning when he left.

I’ve used this company for the past 3 years. They are exceptionally professional and always treat me like I’m a valued customer. I dealt with Liz yesterday and she worked it out with the technician Will who was in my area to fit me into the schedule for same day service. I never asked for same day they just did it which was pretty awesome. The price is very reasonable and they back up the service with a guarantee (which I’ve never had to use since they do it right the first time). I’ll continue to use them and highly recommend them.

From the moment I called Getem, the scheduler was exceptional; informative, listened, educated, and reassured me. She set the appointment up with Phil and explained I was in good hands. I had to call back and reschedule, which was received so graciously that I thought, "Wow, what a good company to work with." On the day of the termite inspection, Phil called an hour and a half early and said he had a cancellation and would be available early if we were. I agreed and he promptly showed up at our door as friendly and professional as you would ever want. He assured me he had been doing this work for 18 years and was going to be incredibly thorough. He was. He returned to our door only 30-40 minutes later with the result. Gladly, we do not have termites which is a HUGE sigh of relief. He did show us pictures and video of a few things we should address and promised a clear quote the same day from his office, which we did receive, as promised. He gave us his card and made some additional suggestions of their services, but did not try to "hard sell" us. He couched all the recommendations in positive terms and encouraged us to call should we have any questions, at all. Our entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Phil and the team at Getem!

Rahshaan Carey was one of the Techs. He did not have any outside rodent bait stations but said he would return by the end of the day with the bait stations. Everything went well for my first experience.

I've used this service for about 4 years now and have had consistently great experiences and results. I am on the quarterly plan, so every quarter they come out and spray preventative repellent in and around my home. My 2 dogs have always been safe with these chemicals and I've never had any staining from the chemicals. The plan I'm on includes free visits inbetween quarterly visits, and it has always been easy to schedule both the quarterly visits and in-between visits. Every person they've sent to service my home has been polite, professional, friendly, and efficient. They spend the extra time I ask for to do a thorough look around since my home has lots of decking and it prone to getting wasp nests. They even check my bird houses at the beginning of the season so that I know the birds can use them, and in order to keep the birhouses safe for the birds they don't spray chemicals into the birdhouses unless they've found wasps nests. I've always felt safe and comfortable with each professional from this company in my home even when I am otherwise alone. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how amazing Getem is. Truly, 10 stars, and I recommend them to all of my friends!

I called Getem to gain local expert consultation. Ms.Sam answered the phone and took my anxiety completely away. I was concerned about pests and wanted to hire the company. But she declined my efforts while being completely honest and transparent. She informed me that pests are rid of on a large scale by treating the entire building, if they are harboring in a large apartment complex. Treatment in one apartment will not rid of them and it is a waste of my money. So in good faith she declined my business. I was surprised yet honored by her honesty. She stayed on the phone with me and discussed remedies and I felt much better about the situation. I wanted to be a client simply because of the superior customer service. They really care about you. Highly recommended! I shouldn't have been surprised, they have been around 100 years, and I can see how!

November 2022/UPDATE: I am still 100% pleased with the service from Get’em! They are responsive, thorough, and the products they use are effective. Exceptional service! I requested an indoor and perimeter spray to prevent any infestation. I did not have a significant bug problem, but even one is too many for me! The rodent control treatment was in response to my suspicion that I may have a problem. After a thorough inspection, it did not appear that there were any rodents, but traps and bait were placed at no extra charge. The only problem (for me) is I am supposed to check the traps…I don’t know if that will happen! I highly recommend Get’em!

I first learned of Getem when we had a rodent infestation at my job. Our company had hired another service to get rid of the little critters but it was not working. It got to the point that we had to close our department. Our company then hired Getem and they were great. They found the outdoor area where they were getting in, they closed up every spot inside our office where they could get in, and they made sure they exterminated what was left. After I purchased my condo near work, I found out they handled my building exterior and interior public access areas so I hired them to come in an do my condo as well. I asked for them to inspect my crawlspace. This is a week or so after the Terminix inspector said he found two dead mice in my crawlspace and that I needed to have it enclosed better. He gave me a quote of $650 to have the work done. I felt a little uncomfortable. It was the kind of feeling that you get when you are at the proverbial used car lot. I wanted to get another opinion. I have used Get’em in the past for specific issues and I found them to be both knowledgeable and honest. Chris, the technician, was both professional and gave me an accurate and detailed picture. There was no current evidence of any rodent activity and no need to further and close crawlspace. All possible openings from HVAC equipment, etc., were properly sealed. I plan on switching from Terminix to Get’em.

I just had Will come by to do an inspection for a small issue I've been having with Mud Daubers, a non-aggressive type of wasp, and I was concerned of nests around my house. He found two small nests which I told him I had already sprayed myself a few days earlier, which coincidentally since then I hadn't really had an issue with them. After inspecting some more and talking with him, he told me he didn't feel comfortable taking my money because he really just didn't think that I had a major, or even minor, problem. These guys were fast and polite. They did the inside first because it was raining when they came. The next day, our house was INFESTED with ants worse than we’ve ever seen. A few days later they came back to do the outside (no extra charge) and suddenly there’s not an ant to be seen. My awful landlord changed his mind, and had me cancel the order so he could shake me down on my deposit. Will was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out a second time to check on us and to check the baits and traps he had left. Not seeing anymore activity so far!! Upon inspection he discovered there was a squirrel in my attic not a rodent. Unfortunately, he was unable to perform the removal. He explained that Getem is only licensed to remove unwanted pests not wildlife. However, he referred me to another company that specializes in wildlife removal. Although Getem couldn’t solve my issue, I’d still recommend them to anyone in need of extermination services.

My technician texted me before arrival and showed up right on time. After my inspection (no termite or other pest activity found), he alerted me to a problem with moisture intrusion in the crawl space because some of the caulking between a porch and main body of the house had opened up. That was above and beyond the usual pest control service, and I appreciate the head's up attention to detail. This is just an example of why you want to deal with a local firm.
