We have been using Fox for years now and I am continuously amazed by the quality of service and customer care. I signed up for the termite service because of the excellent work they had been doing for me on the general service. When the technician arrived he was very personable and he insisted that I read through the complete contract and that he answered all my questions before I signed. Before and after the specific termite work he took me around the house and yard and pointed out places that bugs would be able to get in through that I hadn’t noticed and he told me how to fix them. I have an irrational phobia of water bugs so I take my service seriously and Fox is the best

I was extremely happy with the technician. Not happy at all with the Sales dept. I went into detail with what I needed to exterminate Palmetto bugs. After waiting several days for my appt, they send out a technician to take care of my wasp problem. Finally, I got a technician that came out and did an excellent job. The sales team is in Utah and they have no communication with the local technicians, thus the problems. The new technician wasn't even told what had tanspired before when he was sent to see me.

Glenn and Damion P performed a follow up visit after I had reported to the previous technician who came that I suspected I had a potential rodent issue. I must say I was very impressed as to how quickly Fox technicians came back to do the follow up visit. What I appreciated about Glenn and Damion P was the fact that they took the time to listen to me describe the issue and asked clarifying questions to better understand the problem. I explained to them that I heard gnawing sounds coming from around the perimeter exterior of the home. It was cold and raining that day but instead of giving into the temptation to rushing through the inspection, they took their time and walked with me around the home showing me problematic areas that were potential entry points for rodents. Based on their knowledge, experience and active listening skills they identified the issue and found the entry point where the rodent had entered into my crawl space and came back with pictures to show me. I really appreciated Glenn and Damion P resolving my issue. As a consumer I have money to spend but not to waste and I can honestly say the services that Fox Pest Control - Virginia Beach provides is money well spent!!

Before conducting inspection, she notified us and asked if it was ok to inspect the backyard. Afterwards, she told us that there no signs of termite activity. She also mentioned that there need to be more traps installed because requirements for monitoring had changed and that the extra traps would not cost extra. She asked when would it be a good time to install it.

We use Fox at all our locations and personal home. Lexus was great and she followed through all what we discussed over the phone. She knew I had kids napping at the time and was very courteous to not ring the doorbell and be very quiet outside all while covering every inch of the exterior with the webs and granules. She did not take any shortcuts. Upon leaving, she messaged me saying she was done and also didn't walk through the yard when returning to her truck. She walked off the grass and onto the sideway (the long way) - that means alot.

Damien came by today to install a termite prevention system. He was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! He answered all my questions and made recommendations but didn’t make me feel like he was “up-selling” me. He ended up coming by my house more than once before he finally installed the system to accommodate my appointment time due to my constant schedule changes. I really appreciate the extra patients and understanding! I’ve had my house serviced by Fox Pest Control for a couple years now and all their employees are very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any major issues with any pests since using their services. When I start to see the sugar ants I call and they come take of them right away. Prices are reasonable and competitive (remember you get what you pay for!) I highly recommend Fox Pest Control!

I just wanted to say that Christopher Sawyer at Fox Pest Control is truly an asset to the company. This time of the year is the absolute worst when it comes to ants. I hate them so much, especially when they come in my home. Chris showed up to my house on time and he educated my husband and me on the trails of ants. He did a very thorough job and he found multiple trails that my husband and I missed. He is also coming back to check activity in a couple of weeks to ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this company for their prompt service and doing everything they can to insure we are ant free. I wanted to praise Chris because he did a fantastic job and truly made my day. I have a serious issue with ALL bugs. I explained to him that I have been seeing more and different species. Lol! He made sure he sprayed the perimeter of my house, plugged up some holes, and sprayed the interior. Again, he help ease my anxiety. He was very relational and pleasant to work with. We have been with Fox Pest for a few years now and have always had a good experience. Today our technician was Keaton and he was amazing. He started by giving me a run down of what services he would be performing and asking if I had noticed any bugs since the last visit or if I needed him to check anything else. With the kids being home and in and out all summer I had noticed a few bugs around the inside(luckily dead) and a few ants. So he sprayed the inside as well as laid down a paste for ants and explained how it works along with our regular services. I like that Fox always stands behind their work and if there is an issue between services they will come right out. Keep up the good work FOX!

I’m a big fan of Fox pest control in general. Sterling was our technician this visit. He was awesome. If he shows up, you’re in great hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the giant hornets nest that was on my roof. Not only did he get rid of it but give me a biology lesson on the life of hornets, and it was fascinating. Their technicians are always on time and give a courtesy call 30 mins prior to coming and explain what they are doing at the visit. They are very knowledgeable about the pests you have and tell you how they are going to treat it. They all wear feet coverings so they don't track mud through the house, which is super considerate! I find that they are very professional and kind and are always willing to go the extra mile for us- including coming back if we notice any increase in activity- which is totally free to us! Robbie, a technician at Fox Pest Control, came out to my house today, 6/30/2022, and removed a large hornets' nest from a bush in my yard. I'm so very grateful for the great job he did! He killed the wasps and then carefully got the whole nest out without being bitten. I'm so glad I have Fox Pest Control as my ongoing pest control service because their people are very professional and responsive. I'm including a photo of the hornets' nest. This is another review I gave a few years ago after my first treatment: It's been a little over two weeks since my first treatment and I haven't had any bugs in my house! What a relief. Very happy with this service.

Sprayed the inside of my house, the outside of my house, put traps up in my sketchy attic on a sketchy ladder!!! He also put something in the hole for what I think is a mouse or rat, AND he gave me tips and trick on how to keep them away from my house. 10/10 would recommend and use again. Fingers crossed that my rodent and bug issue goes away :)

He did a very thorough job and really listened to our concerns - located trouble spots and recommended solutions. Another day, Sean and another senior employee (I think Terry, but I forget his name) got rid of a huge underground wasp next. Guys got stung. The senior guy was impressively knowledgeable and obviously passionate about understanding the behavior or various insects. He gave us a fun little lesson and showed us the "frozen" hive (or the remnants).

My cat recently got out and when he came home he was covered in fleas, by the time we noticed it was too late. I gave fox a call and they were able to send someone out within days of my call. We got a message from fox letting us know Johnnie would be here and sure enough he was exactly when they said. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to hit the areas I was most worried about. He was so polite and just absolutely amazing. He gave me advice on things to do in the meantime to help the treatment and made sure that I knew I could check in with the company in about two weeks and if I was still having a flea problem they would come spray again. I’ve never had a bad experience with fox or the techs who come into my home and I am so pleased with the amazing service!

Edit: After leaving a review they were quick to contact me and came out to spread the granules. I was told that Robbie did initially put some down but they were a different type, harder to see and were spread further away from the house (first treatment was larger granules and directly next to the house). Robbie spread more granules for me, closer to the house and all around the perimeter. I am happy he returned and, even though the job was done right the first time, they added another round of granules to make this customer happy. I hate to complain and I just had that feeling that it was likely something I didn't know, and it was. Different granules. Silly me. -_- THANK YOU FOX for "fixing" MY issue. ;) Review changed to 5 stars! (Old review) I tried contacting Fox about this last service at my home. I was told that granules would be put around the entire perimeter of my house along with other treatments. After Robbie left, I looked around and saw no signs of the granules like there were at my first treatment. I called Fox about it and was told they'd speak to Robbie about it. I haven't heard from anyone since then. It's been nearly 2 weeks. This is not meant to be a bad review on Robbie. Perhaps he just forgot or was distracted by something. What impressed me about that interaction was that he wasn’t pushy at all when I told him I would try to call him back another time! Pushy salesmen (who are often the door to door salesmen) are a big turnoff for me because it makes me suspicious of a scam - I felt like with Jakob I was speaking to a real person. That was NOT the case when I first moved into this house. I'm set up for regular service and I can call anytime in between for a service call. Pretty good with their service so far. They have a habit of spraying right before it rains so I usually have to get it retreated but at it's at no extra charge if that happens. This spring, I noticed some ants and spiders in between treatments and they were here within a couple days and took care of the issue for FREE. They have a nicely interfaced customer portal that is super easy to use and gives you profiles of the technician coming to perform the service. Overall pretty good for the money if you can get a neighborhood deal.

Our technician Carlos is absolutely amazing. I had asked for a call so I could be home and get an internal spray and he gave me the notice I needed. When I arrived he sprayed our requested trouble spots taking care to make sure our pets and newborn wouldn’t be impacted and then took care of the external portion. Carlos is always friendly and extremely effective at what he does. We have very few issues in the big department thanks to these sprays and Fox is amazing at scheduling touch ups when requested. Highly recommended they come every three months and do a phenomenal job I literally went from having lots of bugs in my house to none. Previous owner had no pest control and you could tell. We practically live in the woods and I know it is impossible to keep the bugs out forever but those traps really work well. They catch for a long time. I would recommend Fox to friends and family. The business is VERY customer oriented.

As a new homeowner, I was dealing with carpenter bee issues. I’ve researched that Fox Pest control had the best reviews and decided to go with them. Best decision ever! From the first initial phone call, to my first treatment have been a success. I was still noticing carpenter bees and they sent a tech out no questions asked! I am happy to report I haven’t seen one since 🙌🏽 Fast forward to present time, I’ve discovered what it appears to be wasps or hornets swarming in and out of a small tree in my backyard. I have twin toddlers and an active 9 year old soccer player who all love being in the backyard. I called Fox Pest control to see how much it would cost to get someone out here to take care of it, to find out it was already covered under my contract! Tevvin came out and could not service because he discovered they were Bull Faced hornets which require a special bee suit which unfortunately he did not have. He made sure the company was to call me and get someone out here to get this taken care of before Saturday since I am hosting a party. They called and said next day was available and assured that this was going to get taken care of. My recent tech, Eric, who was super friendly, reached out to me prior to let know he was on his way which I genuinely appreciate! He came in this 90s degree weather and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had regarding the issue and thoroughly explained what the process what and how it was going to work. I felt so calm and assured that I felt comfortable leaving him to do his work. (I had to run errands) Later got a long text from Eric explaining of his findings and what he did. Update*** I wanted to update my review. Fox Pest Control was professional l, courteous, and quick to fix my first negative experience. Danielle was able to get me rescheduled the same week and Nathan did a great job. He even addressed an old next on the outside. I feel comfortable moving forward with this company. Hopefully this was a learning opportunity. Just moved to the area and chose to go with Fox Pest Control due to the reviews. I had the inside and exterior treatments separated due to me being out of town. The exterior was completed in Friday July 5. The interior was supposed to be completed today July 8. However, I had a technician (Breon Perry) that obviously wanted to get off work early. I had requested an evening appointment (4pm) due to work. This technician had called at 1:30 attempting to move appointment up. I arrived home at 3:13pm. At 4:03pm I noticed the truck in my driveway, and waited patiently for him to ring doorbell.... Nothing. I saw he was on his phone. Shortly after the UPS truck pulled up and I met them outside. The pest tech was still in truck. I came inside and waited. He finally rings doorbell to tell me he was there at 3:30 and rang doorbell twice and knocked on garage door! Than proceeded to tell me he usually reschedules! I asked him what doorbell he rang because I didn't hear it. With a smug look on his face he continued. I told him that "he" would not be servicing my house and I was calling the company. Maybe this guy should have looked up and noticed all the cameras on the house! He came and rang doorbell at 3pm (not scheduled time), left and returned at 4pm to only sit in truck!! After I call company I was offered another appointment with a "seasoned tech" NEXT WEEK. So because the first guy was unprofessional and lazy, I am left waiting a week for service I already paid for. Not impressed!

Isaiah was respectful of my time but didn't compromise on quality. He was super thorough, checking the outside of the home for any activity and making sure to replenish the bait/poison inside the attic. This is the second time Isaiah's serviced my home, and he's been fantastic each time. Fox Pest Control has some of the best guys in the business, for sure. Brent was awesome! I called Fox after hearing rodents at my new home. Brent came out a couple days later to assess the problem, and he did a fantastic job! He immediately set to work checking the exterior of the house for any possible openings where the critters might be getting in and out. He filled in pretty much everything that looked like an invitation to unwanted visitors. He did the same thing inside, checking every room, including two very old, very dark attics. He had a solid plan of action and made sure to place “solutions” to the problem throughout my house. Before he left, he made sure to explain what follow-up visits would entail and how frequently to expect return visits from Fox. He also explained what I should do in the meantime to monitor the situation. Very thorough work, super personable and professional. 10/10.

Marcus came to my house today exactly on time and communicated with me via phone due to I have a broken knee and could not come to the door. We talked about my outdoor treatment . Fox had a customer start service nearby, and as they apparently do whenever that is the case, they walked the neighborhood looking for other customers so that they can justify having a tech come out and re-service the area on a regular interval, hitting several customers in a short time period. Saves them on gas and tech time, saves you on cash, as they pass some of the savings to you. Our sales agent was a personable salesman with a steady but soft sell, and our technician Alex was respectful of the house, our pets, and our schedule. Our sales agent even came by again the next day when we had our service (Brent, I think) and pointed out some wasp nests and carpenter bees he had seen in case Alex would have missed them (though I find that unlikely). As a result, I got an excellent feeling that this was money well spent, and I dearly hope not to see nearly as many ants in my kitchen, and can feel reassured that my guests will not have to worry about wasps, and I will not have pest damage in my home for as long as I use this service. I won't post specific dollar amounts, as I'm sure they charge what they find to be fair based on location, but the gist is that they will have an initial work-over, which takes longer, then they will come back in a week or two for a follow-up, then after that come every three months. This means five visits that first year, and four thereafter. The first year is a contract; after that, it is not contractual. While this group doesn't offer any guarantees for termites, they will inspect for them so you are forewarned, but only a few of their techs offer that service, so you may have to schedule another (free) call for that to be done. So long as you're maintaining your service with the paid visits mentioned above, it doesn't cost anything to request them come out and fix an issue. If they can't fix a pest issue after three calls, they refund a certain number of previous visits. All told, after long deliberation, this seemed like an excellent deal, and since everyone I interacted with has been clear-spoken, bright-eyed, and customer-focused, I am thus far very happy with this service. You are encouraged to post a review, and the company will tip your technician and enter you for one free visit, but they do NOT tell you what to write. Just in the interest of full disclosure.

I've seen some comments about masks but our tech, Kevin Gray, always wears one. He came out, checks for all sorts of pests (hornets, wasps, ants etc) Great job.
