He explained everything to me in details before he started then inspected the whole house and took care of it inside and outside. The payment process was super convenient and easy through a link sent to my email. He also offers other payment options. I loved the service and excited to continue with them. Since the very first day I spoke with Aaron on the phone I knew he was down to earth, never going to rip me off, and would go above & beyond with the services provided just by talking with him. Here’s the thing, it gets better. Not only did he provide our home with quality pest control at an extremely reasonable price, he even pointed out a few things (which later could become promblematic) out of the kindness of his heart that didn’t even deal with pest control!! It's not easy to trust pest control services because I've had incompetent companies come out, apply a solution but it was ineffective and subsequently had to hire another company that, while costing more, was effective and reliable. Aaron and Simmons Pest Solutions are one of the honest and reliable ones. Aaron could have charged me much, much more for a solution I didn't really need and I wouldn't have known I didn't need it. After a thorough assessment, Aaron recommended a more conservative approach and thus less costly solution and it worked! I'm so grateful. I have peace of mind now. Aaron is by far the BEST in the business. He will diligently perform all periodic treatments. While I was deployed to the middle east, he even came to my house three times (unscheduled, no cost) to zap wasps who had made nests to annoy my family. No one better!

We have been struggling with rats in the attic and walls for over a year. Our previous vendor, Atlas Pest Control, was a disaster (as a company) -to say the least- but more importantly they proved to be nothing but empty promises and continuous failed attempts to fix and prevent further rat issues. When I woke up one morning to find droppings in my 2 year olds bathroom, it was beyond clear that it was time to fire our vendor and quickly find a partner that was knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cared about our situation. It was Saturday so no new vendor was eager to do a house call for a non-client. My husband then saw the rat, midday, right outside our son’s room and called several places. Aaron, from Simmons, not only took time to explain his assessment on the phone but he continued to text with us as we gave him a play by play of the rat’s movements throughout the day. Aaron showed up Saturday afternoon with a plan, quite different from Atlas’s approaches...he and his partner cornered the rat and were able to remove it within 15 min of being here. He then gave a us a full game plan of what he would do in the coming days to remedy exposed areas, other potential intruders, and ensure a rat free home. It was a 4 step process and he has not only followed through as promised, and on the days promised, but there’s been no sign of activity in the attic nor walls, whatsoever. He is now our pest guy and I HIGHLY recommend Simmons as a pest company!! We are grateful to have found them. -Happy Home

Today I was having new windows replaced in my home and Wesley Chapel. It was unfortunate that the contractors found a window that has a half moon attachment that terminates had infested. We recently found out we have a rat visiting us and really freaked us out! I didn’t hesitate to search up a good pest control company to take care of the situation. We live in an apartment complex and the pest company for the apartments we live in suck! They always do a horrible job and never finish the job (can’t wait to move out) I explained to Simmons Pest Solutions and quickly got a response and came the next day. Although they didn’t fix the situation, they did give us a lot of insight and information on how to go about it. We showed him exactly where we suspected holes to be and he confirmed with us by looking and taking the time to look throughout the house to look for more possible holes (which he found).
