Called this company for preventative maintenance and had a human answer. The help on the phone was incredible. Very professional and she gave me a quote in minutes. Agreed and set the appointment date. The technician came in early after calling and asking if that was okay. Definitely was. He came by explained what he was going to do and was very confident of his product. Told us if we noticed anything amiss within the one year then just call and they would be out the same day and take care of the issue. Professional, tells you what you will pay upfront and what services will be provided. We like that.

They are very thorough. Any issue I have had with insects or rodents in the attic, has been dealt with quickly and successfully. The technicians who have visited have always been very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Also, the phone receptionist is great and seems like a very nice person.

Imperial Pest provided a quarterly treatment inside and outside of our home in Palm Coast at a reasonable cost. When we got a cold snap, we all of a sudden had tiny ants inside the house. We also saw Carpenter ants and Fire ants outside. All of them were gone within a day. Amazing! Thank you! Highly recommend them.

Chris was great!!! I called in a panic and Melissa the office manager got someone out that day. We had a wasp infestation on our patio and we were having a birthday party for my cousin. Chris came out and took care of the infestation. He is a lifesaver with his quick response, saving the birthday. I can't thank Mellissa and Chris enough. I highly recommend imperial.

I use them on all of my rental properties and primary residence. They always call the day before and let me know when they will be there. I had to call they twice because I saw a big bug and they came back asap and didn't charge me.

We have lived here for a little over a year, and had an ant issue. We called Imperial Pest Prevention, and have had no issues since, they come every every 3 months, and always call before, and arrive in time. Every Tech that has visited has been friendly and professional. I do not see us using anyone else.

Although pest services is not something that you want to need, it was great to find Imperial. Everyone from Melissa in the office, to Chris the tech who came out and treated our house were very knowledgeable and professional as well as very customer service oriented. Customer service is a lost art form in today's world. It is very refreshing to find a local company that still believes that customer service is key. We will be using imperial for all our needs going forward as well as referring others to Imperial.
