From the moment I called Malinda was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and overall amazing. She took the time to listen to the concerns I was having regarding my ant issue in my home. She put me on the schedule and sent Eddie to my home. Immediately Eddie identified what type of ants I was having, he educated me on why I was having the issue, he was very nice, professional, kept me updated on every step that he was doing and explained to me the next steps. He set up a game plan for my home, he let me know what the next step was and even will follow up to ensure the process is working. He went well above and beyond. I am very thankful for him taking the time, not rushing and his expertise on the matter. When he left I had peace of mind these little invaders were going to be taken care of. I only wish I would have called sooner. Outstanding company. Thank you!

I am giving EcoTech Pest Control Services much praise, applause and appreciation. This company ROCKS. I had squirrels in my soffit and was referred to EcoTech Pest Control Services. Tyler, the wildlife specialist, came out the next day, reviewed the situation and we agreed on a plan of action. He was able to humanely extracate the squirrels and came back frequently to assure that the problem was resolved. Christoph, the owner and a resident of my sub-division, even came out on a Sunday to assist. Malinda, in the office, was always available to answer my questions and timely scheduled all the work to be done. Thank you to Christoph, Tyler and Malinda. Many, many kudos to all!!

I have used EcoTech for the last several years. Both my previous technician (Mike) and my current technician (Eddie) have been outstanding and very knowledgeable. Eddie even went above and beyond after Hurricane Ian to make sure my house was in good shape. Highly recommend EcoTech! Definitely 5 Stars.

Best there is! After countless visits from our prior pest control service and no resolution, we contacted EcoTech on a referral. Christoph responded immediately and our situation was remedied quickly. I can't believe that for 6 months another company could not address the situation and in one week EcoTech resolved it. They are at the top of their game with customer service and they're the best in the business. Count me as a customer for life!

I just wanted to leave a quick note of praise regarding Mike, our service technician at EcoTech. We have been having ongoing challenges with pest invasion and other companies haven’t been able to solve the problems. When EcoTech came out they identified a few ways they would assist in providing our property better protection, (Repair a crack in a door jam, control foliage on the property) versus others who all wanted to just bathe the facility in chemicals. This focus to address the root cause of our issues was a much better solution and combined with the great attitude of their team has led to us being very satisfied with our choice to switch. Thank you Team EcoTech!!

Randall, Fouts, and his crew are the best ever. I have had pest control services with many others over the years, but since contracting with Eco Tech, I have not had one single incident of pest invasions. Up to date on all new techniques, Randall's team sets the bar higher than even the national companies. Eco Tech Pest Control is absolutely the BEST out there. We were struggling with ants for several months. Our Pest Control company (a well-known company) could not figure out where the ants were entering the home and they would just continue to bait. I had finally had enough and found outstanding reviews on our neighborhood FaceBook page for Echo Tech and figured I had nothing to lose by trying their services. After connecting with Echo Tech late in the day, they were literally at my house the next day. Christoph Nord was the highly knowledgeable gentleman from Echo Tech that came out - within 30 minutes, he identified where the ants were gaining entry - I had a nest behind a wall in my kitchen dinette area. He took care of matters that day; came back a few days later to treat once again to insure that the nest was dead. Echo Tech even contacted me AGAIN over the weekend to check on things. Echo Tech came out AGAIN one last time this past Monday to insure that there was no ant activity and then explained to my husband what needed to be sealed on our end to prevent entry to the house. It took Echo Tech a few days to resolve our issue - we are ant free! I cannot believe that I dealt with these unwanted pests for so long. Ughhh! I most definitely recommend Echo Tech to EVERYONE in the area - you will not be disappointed! Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable service technicians, and best of all - RESULTS!

What a great experience, every time. The techs that I have had the pleasure of working with, Nolan and Christoph, were both exceptional. They were pleasant and polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. This is the company to hire if you need any sort of pest control services.

Our house is not even three years old and about a month ago we discovered some droppings on the porch, we called a local company which had been recommended to us and they informed us that it was termites and we were quoted $4,200.00 to tent. WOW, we were not expecting that from a new home. We then turned to Ecotech, the technician Dave informed us that indeed it was termite droppings however it appears to be in a concentrated area (possibly the wood had termites from the lumber yard or from sitting on the ground during construction), the solution was to treat the area with a foam filler which absorbs into the wood and kills the swarm. We found Dave to be very honest, professional and showed us an affordable way to solve the problem rather than taking advantage and treating our home with the most expensive method. I now consider Ecotech my number #1 Pest Control Comany for future problems and we can honestly highly recommend Ecotech for your pest control needs!
