He did a complete bug control for us at a very reasonable price. When he couldn't get in touch with me by phone he came in person because of the three-month follow-up. It turned out he had one digit wrong in the phone number but he was so professional that he came to me for my follow-up! He is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody we were brand new here from Pittsburgh and he took the time to explain to me exactly what we were going to be dealing with and how to control anything that may or may not happen with bugs down here. I love him he is awesome thank you dave!

We had an amazing experience with Daves Pest Control. The staff are all professional, prompt, and informative. We had the pleasure of having Evan work on getting rid of an invasive cockroach species, the German roaches that appeared around the time our son was born. We we’re terrified we have never been so clean and to have these just increase by the day. Evan was reassuring on making sure we knew what was going on and safety for spraying with a dog and baby. Mark our current serviceman as well as Jerry who serviced us for at least 15 years before him have always been prompt and go the extra mile to give us the service we need. If we develop a problem , Mark takes it personally and will come back as often as necessary to get it solved. They are highly recommended.

UPDATE: After using their services for the last year or so, I saw a decline in quality of yard service. Always a different face and I notice my yard has never looked worse.. Ron, who does our interior service is always courteous and professional but I can't see moving forward with their yard service. Surprised to read any bad reviews here. My experience has been very pleasant! I'm always contacted by the company before a visit. I've had Breon and Ron out to my house already to treat the indoors and another gentleman that came by to spray the yard while I was at work. All very professional and very friendly! I received a telephone call from the new owner. My issues were completely resolved to my satisfaction. I am quite impressed that I got immediate attention and hope to do business with them in the future. It's not often when a business recognizes and accepts responsibility for shortcomings. I applaud the new owner. Three out of the last four treatment appointment times have been missed. I have to take off of work as we have animals, to let them onto our property. I have missed a total of six days of work for them not showing up when they said they were going to and then having to take another day off for the newly rescheduled service day. Totally unprofessional, not even a telephone call saying that they were delayed or not coming at all. I am through with them.

I have had a few technicians over the years with Dave's and RJ is my newest tech. He's had a tough act to follow since the last tech but he's outdone himself. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't comment on how great my lawn looks. I am fortunate enough to usually be home when RJ arrives to service my lawn and he always asks if there are any problems or concerns.
