My wife and I moved back to Tampa a little over a year ago and got set up with a corporate pest control company. We got the corporate experience. 6 months in, we were having issues and decided to give Chet’s a try. We are really glad we did. From reception, to the sales rep, to the technician, we have received an excellent level of service and attitude. We have had extensive dry wood & subterranean termite work done and every time Chet’s comes to the house, I feel like they are actually performing the work we are paying for. Our regular technician Frank is very courteous and willing to work around our schedule. Chet’s has a great business model and it shows through all levels of their employees.

They are always friendly and on time. Initial assessment was thorough and they explained very well what services they recommended based on my needs before they even initiated any actual service. Team members are always courteous and always remind you of your appointments well in advance. I had contacted them with a serious problem of ghost ants back in the summer and within a couple of weeks the problem got resolved and has not come back. I recommend them 100%

We had Chets come out and look at our commercial property due to some long term termite damage we were concerned about. We have 2 buildings on the property. Karl was very kind, professional and honest. He very easily could have took us for a ride and said we absolutely must tent both buildings at the same time, but he said we could wait and it would not be an issue. Because he was honest with us, the pricing was very fair and they were able to schedule quick - we used them not only once but twice since and plan to in the future for our other commercial properties. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Started using Chet's shortly after moving in and seeing cockroach's and ants everywhere. Since Chet's started treating my home I haven't seen a cockroach in the house ever, and very minimal of anything else. Any ants I do see in the home they come and treat ASAP and fix the problem immediately. Highly recommend, they're one of the few companies that does bi-monthly visits instead of quarterly, and charge the same. So any issues are taken care of twice as quick as a normal company would be around.

We have used Chet's Termite and Pest Management at our home for about a decade and have had the same employee come to our house every other month for treatment the entire time, Frank G. Frank G. is professional, thorough, and timely. We've established a friendly rapport over the years and he addresses any pest concerns immediately. Our bug situation is always under control thanks to Frank G. and his bi-monthly visits. When we had swarming termites in our backyard, I asked Frank G. about it and he got in touch with the person at Chet's who handles the termite inspections right away. They came out super quickly to look over my entire house and did the subterranean termite treatment within a week. I've been so pleased with the service we receive from Chet's and will continue to use them for years to come.

I moved here a year ago from Colorado, there are not many bugs there, so this environment is a learning experience for sure! My husband and I bought a house that had signs of termites, we called a couple companies to have them come out and due to the professionalism and knowledge of Chets, we decided to go with them. I could not be happier. Josh comes out for our service every other month. He is the Best! I probably drive him crazy with my questions, but he is patient and explains the nature of the business and what we can expect in a tropical environment. I have called a couple times and the office personnel is just as knowledgeable and very friendly. They are easy to work with and make you feel like you are their only customer. Have been a customer for many years. Junior comes out every other month and sprays the outside of house and gets any spider webs or beginnings of wasps nests. That’s it! It puts a barrier so pets don’t get in. If I ever see a pest I call and the next visit they spray on the inside (no extra charge). I’m usually good for over a year before I need to call them to do inside. Junior is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

Chets has done an amazing job for us so far. Roy is excellent in the office & knows his stuff! Eugene is an instrumental part of their field team & a pleasure to work with as well! Chet's has Tented for Termites on two of our properties & handles regular service for 10 total properties. Each time they service your home, they sweep out nests, webs etc from light fixtures, Door frames, roof hang overs etc. They work with my schedule to make things happen. Use Chet's, Tampa & FL have a lot of bugs!!

I purchased my home 13 years ago and have worked constantly to keep it very clean and in excellent repair. I've always had a "bug man" for the interior of my home and don't have any issues there but for the past several years, we have seasonally struggled with carpenter ants. I am blessed to have two precious toddler grandchildren that I keep several days a week. We spend a great deal of the time playing outdoors. This year the ants were present in the thousands covering our back patio and the entire perimeter of our house. We tried everything to get rid of them including a toxic concoction of bleach and muriatic husband my husband spread over the patio. Nothing worked! They continued to multiply and carry on their activities without interruption. We were distraught! I felt as though my home had been taken over. We actually brought up the situation at Bible Study and I prayed and asked God for help. The next morning I surfed the web looking for direction. Several exterminator companies came up but after reading some of the reviews, I placed a call to Chet's. From the initial contact and throughout the entire process, we've been treated with exceptional courtesy, patience, promptness and professionalism. Each person that we've made contact with has shown exemplary kindness and stellar customer service. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours from placing the first call and the technician (John) that came out was beyond wonderful. He took the time to really inspect everything and educate us along the way. We asked for him to apply the treatment and he spent almost 3 hours meticulously ensuring that he was thorough. The ants were gone within 36 hours of the treatment!!! No trace of them, no stragglers! I am beyond satisfied and will sing the praises of this company forever. I've already shared my story with many of my friends and family. Thank you Chet's for your standard of excellence.

I watch him perform his duties and he is very thorough and does not rush. He takes the time to get all the spider webs removed and spray all along the edges and corners of mu whole house, indoors and outdoor. I highly recommend Chets for your Pest Management needs.

Although the inspection was a little shorter than expected, I'm confident in their analysis as the previous homeowner has been a Chet's customer for years. Great experience dealing with a bad situation. Had to tent house for termites initially and now use them quarterly to ensure no pests return. Great prices and warranty included for the tenting. All service people have been timely and friendly.

The previous occupant of our home left it in a bit of disarray, and one of the things they left behind was German cockroaches. We had two other companies come out and treat for them, but nothing they did really helped. Finally we called Chet's. They were the only ones who successfully eradicated the German cockroaches and have kept our house pest free ever since.
