We've used Best for over 10 years. Our technician Manny is very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He has been with us every step of the way and is very trusted and appreciated by our family. Aside from our monthly service we have also had the house tented. The company is always very easy to work with and responsive. Fair pricing and prompt. We wouldn't use anyone else.

The office staff when I call is always friendly! The pricing and overall quality of the pest control service they offer is decent. I had a mouse problem and they had it solved within just a few weeks. Additionally, the ant problem I had around my house is now totally remedied! The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is because it really depends on the tech you have. We have Josh and he does a wonderful job. Our tech previously wouldn’t give us any notice of him showing up and would do the bare minimum to get out of there as fast as possible. As long as you have a good tech that communicates you are golden!

Great experience applying under foundation termite spray. Staff was friendly. Mark came and sprayed, very friendly. Had to make two trips because of rain and it did not complain. Recommended.

We suffered with bed bugs for at least 5 yrs.they bite me,I itch,and itch,and itch.they fumigation our house Sept 6 2022,and I don't see anymore bed bugs.the price was reasonable to.That was the reason we suffered for so long is because we didn't think that we would be able to afford the fumigation tent to put on our home.we had Orkin do the bed bugs (yes bed bug)fumigation in 2017(not a typo) and it cost $3000.But when they came back, we lived with them for awhile because Orkin charge a o much money the time that they did it.We said we dont have that kind of money right now.But then I called Best Pest control and for our home, they only charged $1786 that was affordable for us.so I called them and sat it up for 9/6/22.Side note ___Everybody cost is going to be different, cause they charge so much per square footage. EVERY body square footage is different.

I have been VERY happy with the service and results ! Manny is the best. He treated the whole house, giving the kitchen extra attention since that is the only place we had an issue. He gave me an accurate time estimate about how the problem would be resolved. Offered to come out again in between regular visits if I saw unexpected bugs between visits. When there was a surprise bug in the sink last night, I messaged him and he was back less than 24 hours later to give the kitchen a booster shot.

It is very rare these days to be able to have the same company and same service technician for more than 15 years. We have used Best and had Luis as our technician in our last house and our current house. We have the home pest service, not the lawn service. Luis is probably the nicest, friendliest, and most conscientious worker I have ever met. Whenever he comes to the house, he greets me and asks if there are any problem areas he should focus on. He does thorough, meticulous work and is always very honest about what he can do and cannot do (like completely eliminate those little sugar ants). He ensures our dogs are inside before he starts his treatment and then double-checks the gates in the yard just to make sure they are locked when he leaves. The price for he service has not changed much, if any, in 15 years. I highly recommend Best and please ask for Luis if he is available for your area.

Best is priced fair for the area but the reason we stay with them is the customer service from Manny. He contacts me personally 24-48 hours before each visit, is alwaysprofessional and has a personal touch. He always ask about my mother when he calls to remind me of the appointment. While other companies may offer an equal or slightly better price you can’t compare their customer service to our Best provider, Manny!

Quick response, got an appointment right away. Affordable pricing, no hidden fees, great service from people who not only listen but care. I used Best Termite and Pest control 3 years ago, when I bought my home. we had the house tented for termite prevention and as a 1 time pest control for our yard. They did an amazing job. This last service was for a flea treatment and we signed up for a year of bi-monthly pest control. There was no freeze this year so the bugs will be bad this spring and summer. Best Termite and Pest Control is easy to work with, has great prices and wonderful service. I hired them on a recommendation from a friend that's been using their service for 40+ years and I'm so glad I did. Locally owned and operated by people that understand the issues we have here in the area (Tampa/St. Pete). Great service, kind and considerate people. I highly recommend Best Termite and Pest Control.

I moved here two years ago from upstate NY - this type of service is not at all typical, especially for a residential customer. Manny came highly recommended, from my sister, who is also a customer. Luis is always on time, friendly and professional with all staff. Luis will also show me, if there are new areas that are in need of being serviced. This Medical Surgery Center , 11, 000 sq feet. A few times, I have called the same day, with a bug problem and they are here right away. I highly recommend this Best Termite company.

We have had a great experience with Best Pest Control. They have been doing our pest management on our house for a little over 2 year now. Michael comes out bi-monthly and sprays the outside of our house and makes sure to wipe down any spider webs. About 1-2 times a year he comes in the house and the attic and sprays. Very rarely we will see a surge of bugs (usually due to rainy season) and as soon as we call, they are out the next day for an emergency treatment. I can't recommend them enough. We've never had an issue.
