Incredible service from Andy and his team. Called for an inspection, which was free of charge as we thought we had termites but he informed us that is was an ant burrowing issue. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism as termite extermination would have cost more. After the inspection was complete, he was able to spray for ants inside and outside and gave us a great military discount. Timely, friendly, professional, local service, will use again!

I just bought a new house and found out it had a roach problem. I called All About Pest and talked to Joe. I explained the problem and they got someone out ASAP to help (next day). Marco provided fantastic service! He arrived a few minutes early and patiently explained his process and what he would be doing, what type of pest control he was using, etc to me right away. He thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of the home to identify any problem areas. Not only was he incredibly friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about the specific pest issue in my house and I felt my home was in good hands. Excellent experience!

Oh, I just love this company. I had some rodent guests take up residence in the attic last summer with all of the rain. I called All About Pest and spoke with Andy, who assured me that they would come out and help take care of the problem. They came out the next day! Marco comes out every month to check and replace bait in the rodent boxes (hey, you never know when it could happen again!) and is just the sweetest gentleman. I love chatting with him when I am home, but my boyfriend is usually at the house to handle this. Bridget, the office manger, is extremely sweet, prompt, and always reminds me about upcoming treatments. They also do quarterly bug spraying at my house which is so necessary in Florida. I don't know what I would do without them. Their rates are so reasonable and they are quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable. I keep my card on file and they always provide invoices and let me know exactly what was done and if there are any issues I should be aware of. I always recommend people who ask to All About Pest because they are the best! Thank you, guys!

Where do I begin, we were in quite the situation yesterday the day before closing on a home, and the VA asks for a new termite inspection and treatment to be done at 2pm the day before closing. I had read the previous reviews on this company, and they were absolutely right! First Bridget listened to my entire situation over the phone and instead of looking at it as an opportunity to overcharge me, she quickly arranged for Marco to fit me in the schedule to accommodate everything I needed done. Marco arrived at 4pm, thoroughly treated the entire house inside an out, listened intently to every concern I had, literally gave me 5 Star service, thanked me for my military service, and gave me college course on all the bugs in Florida and how to prevent them, etc. He was outstanding, and I felt 100% confident and immediately knew they would be the one to service my new place in the future. They ended up discounting the entire thing based off my situation, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. DO NOT use terminix, this company was so much better in every regard. They use the exact same chemicals and are so much cheaper. Thanks again for the quality service, I was impressed and will refer you out appropriately.

I spoke to Kim who set up the down payment, the service, the technician to go see my tenant to make sure that she secured the home as needed for a tenting. My tenant said tech went over everything; put the home on lockbox, tented the house, then told her when she could return. Once she returned, they took off the lockbox and handed her the keys back. It was a good experience. I would definitely use them again.

A trench needed to be dug up along the side of the house to put in the chemicals and Marco explained the process before the treatment and wanted to be sure I understood the process. Once he was done, he showed me the work and made sure I was satisfied with the work and had no further questions.

I'm 58 years old. I've "been there done that." Please.....Please.....listen to my advice and hire this company. Don't waste your time and money searching. Just click on All About Pest and let them work their magic! I can't believe how good this company is. I am so sick of fly-by-night companies ripping me off. All About Pests is a dream come true. They are knowledgeable, honest, competent, and trustworthy. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they were supposed to do. And...they charged a fair price. The technician (Marco) was incredible. If I could nominate them for the most outstanding business in Central Florida I would.

I had a very notable Ant problem in the townhouse I'm living in, Marco from All About Pest was I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E. He not only was punctual and very polite, but using only natural solutions COMPLETELY eliminated the ant problem I had. He had mentioned to me that after the first treatment (There is always a follow up treatment) I may still find some ants, but by the second treatment they would be gone. After the first treatment I have not seen any ants since. He has just come back for the follow up treatment today and this is simply to ensure that we've kicked the little ants out for good and they don't come back. Again, using all natural solutions! Thank you very much Marco for the incredible service and I will be specifically calling upon Marco for any/all future insect/pest issues I may have!
