The service attitude of NOMO is really surprising in this day and age. They are always helpful and responsive. Sam came out today to spray for ants. Respectful, friendly and did a good job. I would highly recommend these guys. Not sure what some of the bad reviews are about. Never been my experience!

We switched to Nomo last year for pest control services and have not had a single issue with pests of any kind. They treat all areas of the exterior of our home, including soffits, under our deck and the yard. I’ve been extremely happy with the techs they’ve sent each time, but today Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I hope they send him back to service our home whenever possible. It’s important to feel safe and secure with those we entrust with our homes. As a Realtor, I will be recommending my clients use Nomo for their pest control needs as well.

We have been using Nomo for over a year. They always do a good job. This November, today, the service technician, Mr K, went above and beyond and did an extra good job at my home. We have used their basic services and they have been very fair cost-wise if you consider the time and money it would take to buy these products yourself. I was hesitant when I signed up but I truly feel it has been worth it. I have and will recommend this for my neighbors and others. So far no one else has been able to match their price or the frequency of which they make their visits. They have also been easy to reach and accommodating when I need to change a visit time as long as I check my email. Happy homeowner! M

I'm not yet sure how satisfied I am with the overall effectiveness of the product. I began with them in the middle of last year. I did see a reduction in ants in the house, but I don't feel the mosquito treatment was as successful. Hopefully with a full season of treatment I'll see improvement with that as well I do, however, have to compliment the staff. They are helpful on the phone to make additional appointments, as needed. (The company will come as many times as requested for no extra charge if bugs are noticed.) The workers that come to the house have all been professional and seemed knowledgeable. Micah was here today with his trainee, Keelen. They were polite and thorough.

I’ve been with NoMo for almost two years and it has been a very good relationship. I’ve used other popular bug companies and always had issues. All the techs who have been out to my home are always dressed professionally and speaks with me prior to the spray and once completed. DILLON IS THE BEST! The ladies I spoke with over the phone in customer service were very friendly too. The five stars is SOLELY for Dillon, I’d give the company overall 3 stars. Dillon handled my initial service. He was thorough and explained everything he did to exterminate our home inside and outside. I have to quarantine before giving birth to my son in the next week so I scheduled my service prior to beginning quarantine. The two people that came by appeared to be kids and the one who spoke acted very much like one. I never knew he was here the first time he came by. I happened to find a note that said service had been completed. However, my cameras around the outside of my home showed otherwise: Nothing in my contract that I paid for had been done. He definitely never came inside to treat the inside of our home, as my mom and I were here the entire day. I called twice for someone to come back, left two voicemails, and finally got a hold of someone. The same kid came back with a very unhelpful attitude, asking me what I want done. I explained, “everything in my contract, including the inside”. After about 5 minutes of being in his truck he comes back with a WATER BOTTLE of clear liquid. The kind you spray your hair or clean with. He explained it’s “the same stuff”. He said I already did everything so what else do you want done? When I said we never saw him on the deck and asked if he in fact went in there he shrugged and said I have done 50 houses this week I don’t remember. So I just laughed and said okay, I’m not feeling this. Please leave. I called and requested Dillon. I hope he is our guy every quarter!

Jonathan came and did a great job. We didn't know what time he was supposed to show up, but the timing was perfect as I had just gotten off from work and my husband had just arrived home. We asked some questions about some small problems we were having with gnats in the house and he sprayed for them as well as a standard indoor and garage treatment. We had a big problem with mosquitoes to the point where we couldn't go outside for any extended amount of time. For the first time in the 4 years we've lived here, I am comfortable standing outside for longer than 2 min.

Very good experience. Kade was our initial contact. He was very professional, no pressure to buy, and very informative with a thorough knowledge of both his products and the pest control business in general. A pleasure to talk to. (Just for the record...I am not fond of door to door sales calls and generally end them quite quickly). Everything that was promised during the initial agreement was honored and the service tech, Nate, showed up on time the very next day. Nate was very professional and personable. He explained the entire process and was willing to answer any questions we had. I must say, I was very impressed with how well spoken and cordial both Kade and Nate were. As a business owner I would really like to find employees who present themselves as if they personally owned the business...this is exactly what both of these gentleman did. Quite a relief to see that there are younger people who still know how to present themselves in a polite and respectful manner. While I am just in the initial stages of my contract with Nomo I am very impressed this far. If my experience going forward is as good as it has been so far I will be using this company for quite some time. A big "thank you" to Kade and Nate for restoring my faith in our younger generation. I have seen a significant improvement around my house once using Nomo Pest Solutions. Their mosquito treatment has been great and I rarely see any when I am outside and if they start to come back its as easy has calling and asking for them to come back out and spray. Kenny Maness is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment process. His personality is as good as the service that Nomo provides!!

I am giving them another try only because I did not read the small print on my contract that says an early termination fee of $250 would be charged based on the original discount they gave me. Nomo have treated my lawn and exterior twice. The second treatment the guy left without treating the outside decks, which of course is where the spiders are. Then they did not show for the next appointment. They are sending a new person out now. Will see and update if things improve.

A young technician named Keelen serviced our home today. I was not very nice about the service as I had not seen him do the work. I WAS WRONG. He had done the work, but did it again. He was very professional - thru my yapping I was NOT professional - but he sure was. He should be commended for his pleasant and gracious handling of my INCORRECT assessment. He is a truly young PROFESSIONAL technician. He should be commended. I called to apologize and Brooklin said she would let Keelen, his supervisor and manager know. I am disappointed that they didn't tell me they were out of lawn granules and only told me about it when I specifically asked, stating that they did an extra pass with the backpack sprayers on the grass since they were out of granule.

I called for a reservice due to carpenter ants. When we started the NOMO service a month ago we had an infestation in my opinion of mature and very destructive carpenter aunts. We recently had to redo part of our house because of them. We had them for years and didn’t know how bad they Could damage a house. Over the years we tried over the counter poisons, but that didn’t take care of the problem. Now we were seeing immature carpenter aunts that had since hatched. The lady on the phone was very helpful, informational and made the appointment within 2 days. When Nate arrived he was kind and respectful with a smile on his face. He was very thorough and even showed me a video of how the carpenter ants use the gel to kill the colony. He listened to my concerns and sprayed the perimeter of the rest of the house and even looked over our yard for new mole holes. I have to say, the last service we used for pest control was NOT thorough or educational. I’m very glad we decided to use NOMO (we almost didn’t use them because the name is silly, but we did anyway). I suggest them for any service you need. Great Job NOMO! -Gina
